GGuest UserComfortable and pleasant stay for 2 friends in the twin room. The room was spacious enough and very clean. No complaints about the room. The air conditioning was also very powerful and a nice escape from the heat outside. The hostel is literally right opposite the train station and only a 5-8 minute ride away from firenze santa maria novella by the regional trains. However, the trains were sometimes delayed up to 20 minutes. There's also a bus stop outside the hotel, however only one bus goes there and it comes every 20 minutes, so be prepared to wait. The bus timings is also not accurate on google maps so you must check at the stop directly. The hostel is also just a 30 minute walk to the central (santa Croce area) so if you don't mind walking, it's quite convenient! The luggage storage is very helpful if you arrive earlier than the check in time. Theres also a grocery store a close walk away which was great!

AAnonymous UserGreat stay! The room was very clean, and my roommates were all lovely and had a good routine. Although it was listed as a six-person room, it was actually a five-person room. The private bathroom was very convenient. There's a Carrefour right next door, and it's only about a ten-minute walk from SMN train station, with a McDonald's and KFC along the way. I was very satisfied with this trip.

AApex08The staff were quick to respond and resolve the issue with the towels, which I really appreciated. The cleaners were friendly, and the reception and bar staff were approachable and easy to talk to.
The hotel offers plenty of amenities. The rooftop pool has a great view and is a perfect spot to relax and take in Florence.
I also liked that they host a pasta night every evening. It’s especially convenient when you’re tired from a day of touring and just want to stay in and relax.

The location is quite convenient as well, about a 17-minute walk to the Duomo, and just a few steps from Redi Station. Like 1-2 min walk.
Breakfast is à la carte. I wouldn’t recommend including it in your stay if you’re there for more than three nights, as the menu doesn’t offer much variety.
The place has a social, student-friendly vibe. However, if you’re looking for a quiet stay with minimal foot traffic and more privacy, you might want to consider other options.

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Pisa and get around the city, while the atmosphere was friendly, welcoming, and relaxed. The staff were helpful and the facilities were clean and comfortable, making it a great choice for both solo travelers and groups. I would definitely recommend Safestay Pisa Centrale to anyone looking for affordable, convenient, and enjoyable accommodation in Pisa.

GGuest UserThis hostel completely exceeded my expectations for its price point. It's located in a monastery, which you can actually visit, and they offer a free breakfast of coffee and a croissant. The location is super convenient, close to both the train station and major attractions, making it perfect for backpackers like me. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station. To get to the room, you have to go through two doors, which adds an extra layer of security with a code. There's a very practical and spacious storage area under the bed for luggage. The air conditioning runs 24/7, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

GGuest UserThere's a dedicated women's area, completely separate from the mixed-gender dorms, which feels very safe. There's also a small terrace where you might see cats from the neighborhood. The facilities are basic; the pots in the kitchen are old, and one of the shower racks is broken, but thankfully there are enough shower stalls. For food, they offer some bread, cookies, eggs, pasta, and tea, all free of charge. The location is excellent, close to both the train station and bus stops. Florence's main city isn't that big, so pretty much everything is within walking distance. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and even a Chinatown.

KK75clean and pretty hostel! service was also amazing. bed was comfortable. room was spacious. has water purifyer and vending machine (fair priced). also, all the hostel rooms are in the same flior so you don't have to wait for elevator forever.
the only thing is the location. it's far from center. you have to take bus but the bus is only 3-4 times an hour and usually get delayed or even cancelled.

GGalaxia_There are many delicious restaurants nearby, the Medici Chapel is just outside the door, the location is very convenient, and the train station is also within walking distance. The staff are also very friendly and will help you proactively. Just be careful to make sure you have a way to call the staff if you arrive too late, otherwise you may not be able to get in. The environment is very good and clean. I highly recommend it.

One of the highlights is the lovely courtyard outside, which is a nice place to relax. The room I stayed in was generally fine, but the privacy could be better — it felt a bit exposed at times. That said, the cleanliness was well-maintained, with regular housekeeping. Overall, it was an okay stay.
