Location was honestly excellent and unbeatable, it’s right next to a bus stop where coaches pick you up for the Milford sound day tour. It’s also a short walk to the steamer wharf area, ＜5 mins. The girls at the reception were friendly. We had no issues with only being able to access the room after 2pm. The room itself was cosy. This seems to be one of the only rooms with a king bed and private toilet - it’s called Lucy’s room. However, it was really dusty - see the dust we cleaned off the window ledge. I am allergic to dust, so I had to wipe it down myself.. There is a pub nearby so music can be heard all the way till 3/4am on Saturday night, so not recommended if you are a light sleeper. We had a quieter night on Sunday though! If I could do it again, I would have topped up the $50-$60 to book Crowne Plaza, which was also in an equally prime spot.

非常喜歡這個住宿，完全就是為了給來但尼丁出差工作的人提供了便利的房間，房間裏面有我需要的用品，熱水壺，微波爐，冰箱，座椅和電視，還有洗手池，太方便了，下次出差還繼續住這裏，房間温馨舒服~

Unlike Haka House in Queenstown which has free coffee and tea, this hostel doesn’t have any. It is only $3 though. But the space in the rooms were bigger than then one in the city center. Big kitchen area, and bigger lounge.  You can borrow a cord for your charger. Negative feedback: this is infront of the lake and my room was facing the lake  and so i can hear  the sound of the cars passing by, the noise from the people walking in the road if they were too loud. It’s not something very distracting.  Second one: the “clean towels” use to dry the utensils are looking dirty even if they were freshly washed because of the stains and probably because it’s old and has been used a lot. Also, they don’t put unlimited supplies of the towels to dry, I saw the lady putting only 3 towels unlike in Haka house queenstown and the haka house in mt cook where they put unlimited supplies of clean towels and they look clean and presentable. I didn’t even use those towels to dry the utensils/cutleries I just air dry them to the side. The sponge also looks old and worn out..it would be nice if they are replaced at least every 10-15 days.

Good room, love how there is the privacy in all of the beds with close curtain, love the closeliness and cozy of the guest lounge. Wish there is a charger place right inside the beds.

Great location to base yourself for a few days of seeing Queenstown. (It really is that close.) Nice and friendly staff at check in and throughout. Most helpful. Ents included TV, books, games, couple of guitars, ocassional theme evenings. Couple of outdoor spaces. Bathrooms are fine although if fairly or more than fairly tall, the shower heads are surprisingly low down. I understand the difficulties with this given the time of year but a floor by floor deep clean is probably needed. Whilst I am no member of the fun police, having numerous notes across the place emphasising the need to keep noise down after 10pm, I can see why this might be a bit galling when the staff who live there alongside guests do not abide by this - especially when you have no idea who is a worker who is off duty. Might be impossible given temperatures, but it wasn't ideal to climb into my bunk in the pitch black (other than the light from my phone) and find a cat sleeping there (honestly!) I like a cat but if I hadn't had my phone lit, I would never have known and would have landed forcefully on it. I actually found it quite funny but a lot wouldn't. All hell could have broken loose if I had landed on it. (Amusingly and no joke, I was watching Don't F*** with Cats at the time and had paused it while I climbed in. Perhaps it was written...) Anyway, really nice spot and right for the price. Cheers!

Polite staff and central location in Queenstown ( 5 minutes walk to city center). Amenities include free WiFi, laundry, a garden, hot tub, and bike access. Rooms were cozy but basic. The communal kitchen space was organized and easy to use. The sauna is the reason I will book again when in Queenstown. 🥰

Feel so comfy to stay at here, loved the room decorations and especially the massage chair in public area, that was heaven after a long drive!! They even got a bidet in the bathroom hahahaha

Ia adalah penginapan yang hebat selama empat hari tiga malam. Pertama sekali, lokasinya sangat baik. Ia mengambil masa tiga minit untuk sampai ke kedai Nzone, tiga minit untuk info&track (bas pergi ke Glenorchy), lima minit ke fergburger dan fergbaker, dan sepuluh minit ke Kiwi Park dan lokasi kereta kabel . Ia mengambil masa lima minit untuk berjalan kaki ke perhentian bas lapangan terbang No. 1. Perhentian bas antara bandar juga berdekatan, jadi berjalan dengan beg pakaian tidak memenatkan sama sekali. Sikap perkhidmatan di meja depan juga sangat mesra. Walaupun biliknya kecil, 2 beg pakaian boleh diletakkan di bawah katil, dan tiada bau pelik di dalam bilik. Walaupun dapur kecil, hampir tiada orang di situ pada waktu sibuk memasak. Restoran itu berada di tingkat empat. Persekitaran yang agak baik dan tidak ramai orang. Ia sangat sunyi dan saya berehat dengan baik sepanjang beberapa hari lalu. mengesyorkan.

best location, very friendly staff, very clean room and facilities, and with complimentary breakfast, the best value in town.

路邊停車，9點前免費，夜間停車很友好 一個大斜坡，箱子拖上去還是有些辛苦 樓上樓下都有衞生間，這點很不錯 浴室在一樓，不分男女 洗衣房9點-16點，這點不太友好，我們晚入住，我就洗不了衣服，收費的哈 整個設施都比較完善 對了，拖鞋，沐浴露洗髮水都需要自備 新西蘭全部都沒有牙刷牙膏和拖鞋，也記得自備 傳單被套，走的時候需要自己拆下來，丟到一樓的洗衣房 整個環境設施都很友好，值得推薦
