GGuest UserMy room was clean and organized. The bathroom is very small but reasonable for myself. The quality of the shampoo and other soaps were poor, so bring your own. If you need a clean and cheap place to stay, this place is good.

GGuest UserIt was very good value for money. Owners and staff were lovely, and helpful. I, through my own fault, misplaced my watch, and having travelled 40 hours with sleep thought that it might have been taken. The owner took the time to show video footage which removed all possibility of it being anyone's fault but my own. With the aid of my phone torch, I reported shamefacedly to the owner that I had found it under the back corner of the bed. Not getting an ensuite was a little disappointing, because they are there, but the shower room was opposite. Due to the elevation, the room was somewhat cold at night ( September), but bed clothes very warm. Taxi from the airport was $20 (€17.20). Taxi to the airport organisef by the owner was 25 Peru Sols (€6.25). Highly recommended for the budget traveller.

GGuest UserThe hotel is literally at the train station! Very convenient for taking train to Machu Picchu. However this is an eco lodge - 100 years old & it feels like that. There are no amenities to speak of, the onsite restaurant is very limited especially for vegetarian options.
The rooms are bare with floors & bed that creaks!! (Did I say it’s a century old?) The bathroom is very basic and more like a 2* hotel. Level of furnishings is again basic.
I paid $425 for 1 night & felt badly conned. Definitely not worth that amount.
Service- receptionist & all staff are very warm n friendly so that was really nice.
Cleanliness- very clean hotel.

GGuest UserDue to the change of schedule, the 8-person room dormitory was not extended two days later, so I made a hurry to reserve a private room. I also wrote a review for 8 people, but the location and service are great value for money. Although it's very tired for older people, I don't want to spend money on dormitories when traveling alone, so I use the hotel. Because this room is a private room, there are private toilets and bathrooms in the room. And the bed has a double bed and a bunk bed, so you can stay with your family or friends for up to four people. I was in the dormitory and moved to my private room, so I gave me a towel and used my cell phone until late at night without earphones. But the dormitory is inside, facing the road, the car sounds a little late. Traveling alone, the hotel fee is too expensive, and it would be good for people who don't want to stay in the dormitory.

MMARINAThe man at the reception was very kind. The facilities and services are excellent, so you won't get bored even if you stay for a long time. The rooms are clean. The showers have hot water. The kitchen is spacious. There is also a video viewing room. Since it is in Cusco, tours will pick you up in front of the hotel. They will also store your luggage when you go to Machu Picchu. It was really good.

GGuest Userhonestly such a dilemma to review! It's near the train to Machu so that's awesome! Also they helped us pack a super nice breakfast with water and we are so thankful! However the room was infested with insects and I got a shock of my life!! Like a lot of flying insects and we couldn't do anything about it. The people are nice too and price so reasonable! So it's really dilemma to review !

After few bad hotel experiences in Cusco, finally I can have some good sleep.
Location is nice, room is clean and receptionist can speak good English and helpful. The view from the breakfast room is nice as well.

GGuest UserAnyway, the location was good and it was less than 5 minutes walk from Almas Square to the hotel.
There were many restaurants on the road from the square to the hotel, and there were many streets while the shops were open, so I could walk home even at night.
The hotel is small 々 old and dim image, but it's old and clean, breakfast and fresh juice are included, so I think it's very good for this location.
The hotel staff were very kind.

MM41965****The hotel was completely beyond my expectations. The proprietress was very good. I got up for breakfast in the morning. It was too early. I knocked on the door and woke me up, but overall it was a very good hotel in cuzco. There was an electric heater in the room. Give a good review
