Hostels di Connecticut, United States

Excellent service. Shelley was a great help. She has excellent customer service. Goes out her way for guest. Has a nice smile when she talks to customers.

Location is great. Room was clean and everything worked properly. Housekeeping did an awesome job.

As part of our exciting trip to Yale University, our group consisting of students, teachers, and parents stayed at the Quality Inn, and we couldn't have asked for a better location and experience! our trip to Yale University was greatly enhanced by our stay at Quality Inn. The combination of its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made it an ideal choice for our group of students, teachers, and parents. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Yale or the surrounding area!

The boss is very enthusiastic and talkative. There is breakfast. There is no Wi-Fi in the room. The hotel Wi-Fi can be found in the outdoor courtyard outside the room. But you know, the mobile phone signal is weak at the location of the hotel, and the built-in roaming superman can’t be used. . Basically, I guess I went to other places to see the high school in Kent. The room is small, the bathroom is small, and the equipment is older. Maybe the boss wants to find someone to chat, so the Wi-Fi doesn’t cover the room

This time around the room was perfectly clean, warm and comfortable. All facilities (tub, shower and sink) worked perfectly. The staff was very helpful and the lobby area was sparking clean. I will definitely be back!

Most things not in a clean space but the front desk was nice and the elevator worked so that was good. Strange activity in the parking lot so lock you car doors. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The location is good and convenient. There are supermarkets and car rental shops nearby, making travel worry-free. Don't worry about safety

The hotel's breakfast room was very delicious and finally had a serious breakfast and coffee instead of a large bucket of coffee processing factory bergo
