We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Frontenac. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in with a discounted upgrade to a king bed room with a view, which was a great start to our visit.
The room itself was lovely. It is on the smaller side, but that is completely expected in a historical hotel and only adds to its charm. Everything was well maintained and comfortable.
The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable and you truly cannot find a better spot to explore Old Québec and the surrounding area.
It is on the expensive side, but if you are visiting for a short stay and want to make the most of your experience, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Québec City.

We stayed only one night during trip through Quebec, but we appreciate access to the beach and pool.
Our room was really big and bed confortable. Not far from the City Center

酒店用廉價的棉簽 完全沒有用了棉簽的頭掉在耳朵裏 酒店前台事不關己的態度讓人怒火三丈 花了一個晚上在葯店跟醫院 我小孩的生日晚餐就這樣被他們毀了 事後一點道歉跟抱歉的話都沒有 更離譜的是checkout時 居然發現賬單多加了一位成人餐費 問原因説有人要求加的 要求算在我們320房費裏 這是什麼操作 我説你們不打電話問我們 我問是誰 他們説不知道反正有人要求加我們就加了 這是什麼酒店管理 蹭早飯這麼容易的。。。 還有我 一條黑色圍巾丟在酒店 半路上打電話去問有沒有找到 前台説有有有 你們隨時過來拿 我電話裏把圍巾細節都確認好 開車1小時折回去給我一條灰色的 ***色盲啊 這是住過體驗最差的酒店

Stayed for one night with family to see Mont Tremblant. Great location, booked a room with two beds and the room has a pull out sofa bed so really recommend it. Parking is $22/night if you are bringing car. Breakfast is nice with your average continental breakfast. Room is clean and organized with a nice view outside. The hotel is overall a bit old but not a major issue.

FFudoumeimeiThe location is super good, just a few minutes' walk from the free cable car ride point, and close to the mountain villa commercial district. You can park your car temporarily on the roadside in front of the hotel, complete the check-in procedures and get a parking card, and then park your car in the hotel's indoor parking lot (an additional parking fee of 26.05 Canadian dollars will be charged).
The hotel breakfast variety is not rich, but this room price is very cost-effective for breakfast included.
The scenery of the room is very beautiful, with colorful autumn colors outside the window, and the cable car is slow, like a fairy tale world.

GGuest UserI had a truly memorable stay at this iconic hotel in Quebec City. The property has a timeless, classic charm and is especially well-known among Korean visitors as a filming location for the K-drama Goblin, which made the experience even more special.
The room was very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a beautiful blend of heritage character and modern touches throughout the hotel. You can really feel the history while still enjoying all the contemporary comforts.
One of the highlights was joining the hotel’s guided tour program—it was such a fun and insightful way to explore the property and learn more about its story.
Overall, a unique and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Quebec City.

Beds are very comfortable and the vibe gives it the finishing touch to come back! This place has everything you need for a stay of one night or a week. Love the location and specially the staff. I hope to be back soon!

GGuest UserI took my daughter to Sherbrook to participate in the figure skating competition. Many athletes chose this hotel. The breakfast was good, the public areas and rooms were clean and tidy, and the swimming pool and other facilities were in place. I will stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, and some kitchen equipment can meet the daily needs of the family. The hot springs are very comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant are rich and delicious. However, the only drawback is that there are not many entertainment facilities around, and the service is a bit chaotic when there are many guests in the restaurant, resulting in mistakes in serving dishes. Hope it will be improved!

EEMMA CHANA small hotel that passes through Sanhe, but it has a feeling of sentiment. The hotel is in front of the lake. The autumn leaves are very good. The room is clean. There is no good breakfast. The surrounding area is not very convenient, but I don’t have a good time to drive. The problem, we specially selected the lake, the price is good
