We stayed only one night during trip through Quebec, but we appreciate access to the beach and pool.
Our room was really big and bed confortable. Not far from the City Center

- located in a vantage point that commands a fabulous view of the river
- The receptionist, Khalil, is friendly and caring to us.
- nice and comfortable room that puts it on the pedestal in the same league;
- squeaky clean and spick and span;
- very comfortable mattresses. You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack;
- quiet but conveniences are a stone's throw away!

Amazing place to stay and relax. Winter would be even better as there is an on-site onsen swimming pool and Spa for extra cost though. Gym is the best.

This hotel is fantastic from the moment you walk into the lobby and are greeted by their wonderful staff!! The rooms are cozy and very clean! Beds are very comfortable and the vibe gives it the finishing touch to come back! This place has everything you need for a stay of one night or a week. Love the location and specially the staff. I hope to be back soon!

HHello there!We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Frontenac. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in with a discounted upgrade to a king bed room with a view, which was a great start to our visit.
The room itself was lovely. It is on the smaller side, but that is completely expected in a historical hotel and only adds to its charm. Everything was well maintained and comfortable.
The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable and you truly cannot find a better spot to explore Old Québec and the surrounding area.
It is on the expensive side, but if you are visiting for a short stay and want to make the most of your experience, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Québec City.

FFudoumeimeiThe location is super good, just a few minutes' walk from the free cable car ride point, and close to the mountain villa commercial district. You can park your car temporarily on the roadside in front of the hotel, complete the check-in procedures and get a parking card, and then park your car in the hotel's indoor parking lot (an additional parking fee of 26.05 Canadian dollars will be charged).
The hotel breakfast variety is not rich, but this room price is very cost-effective for breakfast included.
The scenery of the room is very beautiful, with colorful autumn colors outside the window, and the cable car is slow, like a fairy tale world.

GGuest UserI took my daughter to Sherbrook to participate in the figure skating competition. Many athletes chose this hotel. The breakfast was good, the public areas and rooms were clean and tidy, and the swimming pool and other facilities were in place. I will stay here again next time.

The hot springs are very comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant are rich and delicious. However, the only drawback is that there are not many entertainment facilities around, and the service is a bit chaotic when there are many guests in the restaurant, resulting in mistakes in serving dishes. Hope it will be improved!

EEMMA CHANA small hotel that passes through Sanhe, but it has a feeling of sentiment. The hotel is in front of the lake. The autumn leaves are very good. The room is clean. There is no good breakfast. The surrounding area is not very convenient, but I don’t have a good time to drive. The problem, we specially selected the lake, the price is good
