Hotel Kolam Air Panas di Quebec, Kanada

This is a wonderful hotel far from the city. I love the large room, free parking, lovely restaurant and relaxing spa. Perfect place to stay for a vacation. Just a few things - there are no food at late nights, even if you check on UberEats. Sleep earlier and wake up earlier. It would be better if they could change the bed and pillows - they are not really comfy so I couldn’t sleep well. With this price? No complaints though.

The service was truly wonderful — the staff were warm, attentive, and made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring Old Quebec, and the hotel’s charming atmosphere really enhances the overall experience. The little shop inside the hotel is also a lovely bonus — beautifully curated with quality local items, perfect for souvenirs or small treats. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Quebec!

Hotel was a Dream for our daughters and us. We stayed only one night during trip through Quebec, but we appreciate access to the beach and pool. Our room was really big and bed confortable. Not far from the City Center

A small hotel that passes through Sanhe, but it has a feeling of sentiment. The hotel is in front of the lake. The autumn leaves are very good. The room is clean. There is no good breakfast. The surrounding area is not very convenient, but I don’t have a good time to drive. The problem, we specially selected the lake, the price is good

The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, and some kitchen equipment can meet the daily needs of the family. The hot springs are very comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant are rich and delicious. However, the only drawback is that there are not many entertainment facilities around, and the service is a bit chaotic when there are many guests in the restaurant, resulting in mistakes in serving dishes. Hope it will be improved!

The location is super good, just a few minutes' walk from the free cable car ride point, and close to the mountain villa commercial district. You can park your car temporarily on the roadside in front of the hotel, complete the check-in procedures and get a parking card, and then park your car in the hotel's indoor parking lot (an additional parking fee of 26.05 Canadian dollars will be charged). The hotel breakfast variety is not rich, but this room price is very cost-effective for breakfast included. The scenery of the room is very beautiful, with colorful autumn colors outside the window, and the cable car is slow, like a fairy tale world.

The decor was fabulous, the service very friendly and the food excellent. Even though we were gluten free, we ate VERY well. A memorable weekend.

I took my daughter to Sherbrook to participate in the figure skating competition. Many athletes chose this hotel. The breakfast was good, the public areas and rooms were clean and tidy, and the swimming pool and other facilities were in place. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel is on the mountain, 1 hour drive from Montreal. The environment is beautiful and the proprietress is very enthusiastic.
