Hotel Hot Springs di Gansu, China

We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again.

整體入住體驗超棒👍房間乾淨整潔、設施齊全，環境安靜舒服。服務熱情周到，性價比很高，下次入住還選這裏，地理位置優越，環境衞生在線，床品很舒服，休息得特別安心。工作人員態度很好，響應及時，非常推薦，我已默默收藏，下次優先覆住。

這次入住體驗簡直太好了，房間隔音特別好，完全不受外界干擾。而且免費的洗漱用品質量也蠻好的，能看出選品的用心。必須點贊! 住這兒彷彿回家般自在。都是那種獨棟別墅類型的，酒店的智能設施也很齊全 而且衞生打掃得一塵不染，公共區域也時刻乾淨整潔。愛了! 前台小姐姐漂亮又熱情，辦理入住手續也超快，工作人員服務也很到位

特意抽空過來泡温泉放鬆，事實證明這次選擇沒有選錯。整座酒店依山傍水環境清幽，遠離城市喧囂，特別適合休閑解壓。温泉池分佈合理，私密性做得很好，不同功效的湯池可以隨心體驗。 客房佈置温馨雅緻，衞生做得一絲不苟，角落都沒有污漬異味，居住起來安心又舒服。工作人員全程熱情有禮，有需求都能快速解決。在這裏慢悠悠泡温泉、賞美景，卸下了平日積攢的壓力，度過了十分愜意的一段時光。整體體驗感滿分，是值得反覆打卡的温泉好去處。

酒店挺乾淨的，有温泉，還可以直接去水樂園，方便許多，玩累了還可以回酒店吃東西休息，這一點是真好。設施完善，房間也大。早餐是牛肉麪，味道可以！

房間比較老，有點小，洗手池也比較小，周邊環境還可以，尤其離沙洲夜市比較近，離幾個景區也都比較方便，適合居住。

酒店設施很新，裝修風格簡約大氣，房間採光通風很好，他們的服務沒得説，我訂房的時候備註無煙處理，他們給我提前通風處理了，值得表揚。還有他們的温泉也不錯，泡完以後身上特別舒服，早餐豐富多彩，通渭的特色都有。交通便利，下高鐵10多分鐘就到他們酒店，在通渭他們酒店可能是最好的。值得推薦。

設施：主要是室內泡温泉，有個温泉游泳池 衞生：還不錯 環境：周邊環境不錯 服務：五一假期餐廳人員不足，上菜慢，早上沒有涼水，廁所沖不了

非常滿意的一次體驗，温泉是原湯的，體驗感很好衹不過衹能免費放一池水，第二次加水需要付費，房間閣樓有點不通風，其他都還好，衞生間排水有點問題，淋浴後水都跑到衞生間地面，不太方便。有機會再去。
