Throughout our travels across Asia over the years, this hotel has stood out as one of the most memorable among the many we've stayed at. From the get-go, this hotel nestled in Xingyi's stunning Wanfenglin Landscape captured our hearts with its genuine hospitality and cozy atmosphere. The staff here are pure gold – super helpful and always smiling, making us feel right at home. Our host was a total gem, sharing insider tips on exploring the area that made our trip extra special. The location? Absolutely killer! Right in the middle of those jaw-dropping karst formations, we could step out for a morning stroll or sunset hike among the peaks without breaking a sweat. It was nature lover’s paradise meets relaxing escape. Rooms were spacious, clean, and just what you need after a day of adventure. In short, this place nailed it! With top-notch service and views to die for, it's not just a hotel; it's an experience that feels tailor-made for anyone seeking a personal connection with Xingyi's natural wonders. We can't wait to come back and relive the magic. Definitely recommend for those looking for a down-to-earth stay with a touch of class amidst breathtaking scenery. Btw, We are here for Jan 1st 2024, the fireworks and atmosphere is unforgettable.

We visited Muyun on our way to Guiyang. The resort is a pleasant surprise. Driving from the airport through the local neighborhoods, you do not foresee this setup! Excellent - you get the vibe from the moment you step outside the lobby. The facilities are well designed and are made with every detail taken into consideration. Room facilities and amenities are very high end. Value for price is excellent. Venues and garden landscape is impressive. We tried the spa which is equipped with branded oil essentials - 5/5 Breakfast was also well appointed and the venues for both Chinese and western restaurants very comfortable. 5/5 Tea room was also beautiful and we spent one afternoon there - We were lucky to avoid the holiday peak days and enjoyed excellent service by the resort’s staff.

What a nice Hotel. Me and my family enjoyed the stay for one day. The location is in the middle of the nature. And the swimming pool and the hot springs are one of the best we have seen. I would Definitely recommend the stay here. We got a family suite with 2 rooms and a balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. On top the service here was amazing. Providing fruits to the room and supported us in every case. Never got this service in other countries. Our children even got a gift at the check out. It worth to come here and we will come back another time. Thanks again

Excellent hotel . Love that robot making delivery . We have had all 3 nts meals at the Cantonese restaurant . Excellent services and their fresh steamed 石班魚 , if you order with them early in the day before 1pm , was soooo fresh and steamed to perfection . Their pool is excellent , one of the biggest pool .. needless to mention several hot spring pool with different heat to suit individuals .. both indoor and outdoor . Pity l didn’t get to visit the 2 floors shopping . My husband is glad 😃

這家酒店太棒了！環境十分優美，一踏入就給人一種舒適愜意之感。酒店前台Lrene服務很棒升級房間，入住有歡迎水果。酒店設施齊全，尤其值得稱讚的是這裏的本地特色早餐，酸湯粉和豆花堪稱一絕。酸湯粉的酸辣滋味在舌尖舞動，豆花軟嫩，豆香四溢，開啟活力滿滿的一天。而且酒店位置絕佳，距離黃果樹景區很近，遊玩非常方便。住在這裏，既能享受優質的酒店服務和美食，又能輕鬆遊覽景區，性價比超高，強烈推薦給來黃果樹遊玩的朋友！！

很早之前就從朋友那聽聞萬峯林的綺麗風光，但由於諸多事宜出行計劃一拖再拖，錯過了夏的稻田風光，但此次出行還是被深深驚喜到，除開萬峯林景色的震撼，便是這家酒店讓我映像最為深刻。 酒店的地理位置得天獨厚，位於景區內部的一處山腳下，周邊環境優美，寧靜舒適，在煙火氣滿滿的景區內，尋到這一處淡泊，也實乃本人之幸運。 服務：酒店的管家們熱情友好，從入住到退房，每一個環節都體現了他們的專業與細心。無論是詢問路線還是尋求幫助，總是耐心解答，這份温柔與細心也緩解了獨自出遊的不安。第一次感受到服務的真誠與貼心，不由得感到十分欣喜，我認為在這裏並不是單純的顧客與服務人員，更像是朋友與親人。（特別值得一提的是，酒店還有提供許多貼心的服務，免費接送機、行李寄存、早晚瑜伽課等） 設施：酒店的客房舒適明亮，裝修豪華而不失温馨，每一處細節都彰顯着品味與格調。房間內設施齊全，從柔軟的床鋪到智能化的家電設備，應有盡有。值得一提的是洗漱台為客人準備的洗漱用品十分齊全，連女士的卸粧棉都有準備。 總的來説，這家酒店無論是從環境、服務、設施等方面都表現得非常出色，讓人十分舒適，不難看出酒店管理者的用心與為客人的考慮，提供的私湯和瑜伽課服務也很有特色，酒店的狗狗鐵鎚也十分温順可愛，期待我們的下一次相逢！

畢竟是五星級酒店，裝修大氣上檔次，比鬧市區的好太多了，各方面設施設備都很完善，房間寬敞乾爽整潔。服務很到位，特別是大堂小班經理，知道我們帶娃，主動贈送早餐券温泉券，對我們的問題也熱情耐心解答，夠專業夠熱情，值得點贊十分好評👍 温泉不錯，小孩子玩得很開心。 8天貴州之旅，這最後一晚算是意外驚喜收穫。

Maybe I overlooked the details during booking, we didn’t expect our room came with a hot spring pool! For the kind of price we paid, it was really a bargain. Our room was on 21st floor, I think, which is serviced by staff nearby in the same floor. So efficient service was provided. Awesome stay here.
