Хороший отель для семьи, есть все удобства, расположение отличное, рядом ночной рынок и море 10 мин ходьбы, нам понравилось. Очень шумные уборщицы громко говорят и шумят в 8 утра, я понимаю у нас отдых где хочется выспаться, а у них работа. Девочки у ресепшена очень приветливые и отзывчивые🤗

The location is okay, staffs weee friendly and cooperative, however, the service is not up to the mark. Price seems to be expensive compared to the services offered. No telephone inside the room. There was no way to contact the property other than visiting the reception which is in another building,3-4 mins walking.

We recently stayed at Tangshan Guofeng Grand Metropark Hotel and had a wonderful experience. As soon as we arrived, the staff welcomed our children with small gifts prepared by the hotel, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the kids very happy. Our package included tickets to Hetou Old Street, access to the hotel spa and water world, and we even got to see deer inside the hotel area — it felt like a mini resort experience. Overall, the service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed. It’s a great hotel for families and we would definitely love to come back again.

Location wise, its at the centre of the town. A convenience store is with 3 min walk and restaurant just across the street. Breakfast is abundant and has a lot of variety. The onsen is what my boy looks forward to. It's gd to relax after a day of skiing. Would be great if they offer a hotel shuttle to nearby ski centres as its difficult to call taxi to the ski centre every morning.

The hotel is behind the metro station. The room was ok. The breakfast was also ok, not too many international options tho. The cleaning ladies forgot to leave us water and take out our trash for some days (we had to ask extra in the reception that they should please clean the room). They also forgot our welcome fruit 😕

服務：既熱情又周到，特別是前台Alex.Angel.Yomi，非常的有耐心講解介紹酒店.不愧是東來老總説的有情又有趣酒店，不僅有熱情的服務，還有美味的佳餚 位置：位置特別方便，旁邊就是愛情廣場，晚上很熱鬧，有很多跳廣場舞的， 設施：新酒店就是好，全新傢俱，出行必選新酒店， 設施：健身房挺不錯的，還有洗衣房 總體來説還是很不錯的，住的挺好，是一個打卡的地方，有機會還能見到網紅魏總，因為旁邊就是長城大樓😊

Perfect hotel with excellent service.  You won’t find a better location, ski-in ski-out, next to the gondola, ski rental and skipas in the hotel. The hotel is well equipped, clean and lot’s of facilities.  Ella and Miya from the reception were outstanding. Really helpful, friendly, easy to communicate with (via translate app) and pro-active. They even made a late checkout possible. Skipass, ski rental was easily arranged via the reception.  To end the day in the hotspring while it’s -16 outside was the icing on the cake! Don’t look further, this is your hotel! A perfect stay!!

這次選的酒店我非常滿意。無論是房間乾淨衞生，還是前台服務熱情，都讓我覺得這家酒店有用心在做服務。給我帶來了賓至如歸的感覺 來的時候有下雨，看見前台有準備雨傘 特意提醒我，小心路滑。停車位也挺充足。而且每天還能免費水洗三件衣服，挺貼心的。已經推薦給身邊朋友了。

家庭親子出遊首選，前台服務態度很好，帶小朋友還贈送了早餐券，房間內設施齊全，兩張1.5米大床，床品很舒服，體驗感很好，電視不同於其他網絡電視，有機頂盒，央視各大頻道都可以看，酒店位置優越，停車免費，停車位很多，酒店附近小吃飯店超市都有，離着河頭老街也不算太遠，性價比極高

Room & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer. Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient. Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk! Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away. Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December). Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.
