Decent location. Could do with improving when it comes to food choices. A lot of space for kids to roam around and play which is a plus. The girl at the front desk who speaks Russian was absolutely amazing, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. However, we tried to go to a restaurant to eat once and the lady (manager I think) told us that were no tables available and we could not go in. We saw people continuously go in and more than one table available, she told us to go somewhere else. We ignored her and sat down to have our meal. Very disrespectful behaviour towards foreigners it seemed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fisherisland Hot Spring resort. The kids loved the pools and all the activities in the resort. We all loved the beach and the beach bar and Jay the manager was very friendly and assisted us with everything. We even stayed on the beach with a beautiful sea view. Thanks to Jay and all the staff who made our stay enjoyable! 🔆

I recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work. I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied. The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service. I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone. In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement. Great for a family or group trip - spacious suites with room to gather. Prompt service. The kitchen is empty, no plates, knives, pots/pans. Breakfast is okay. The location is great, just a few minutes from the high speed rail (Taizicheng) and walking distance to restaurants and the equipment rental hall. Access to the hot springs is included.

I've been staying here on a season basis, and it's a fantastic place to be. Especially after the renovation.

酒店很新，房間面積和衞生情況完全符五星級標準，浴缸很大，衞浴分離。雖然不在保定老城區，但是在新城區距離古動物博物館和保定博物館都很近，停車方便。酒店的早餐和中餐廳味道很好，旅遊的就餐完全可以在酒店解決。酒店的服務人員都很熱情，服務生主動幫客人拿行李，送到電梯口。

What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October. I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

此次雄安旅遊。首先住店停車免費就很友好。其次免費贈送一份早餐也是太暖心了。因為太乾燥流鼻血了不小心弄臟了床單被套，酒店很貼心的就在當天提供了加濕器，並贈送了好多飲用水，酒店早餐豐富，菜品量足、食材品質優秀，葷素搭配均衡。值當👍酒店的泳池很乾凈，晚上去游泳，設施都很好。最重要的是酒店的工作人員，無論是前台、還是服務員任何時候見面都有温暖的微笑和問候，讓人賓至如歸。房間佈局合理，床品舒服親膚，對於有潔癖的我來説，邊邊角角都有打掃的乾乾淨淨，真的是很棒。給美泉團隊點個大大的贊👍

J had a lovely stay at the Argyle resort and the fact that you just need to cross the parking lot to get to the Dongshan Bathing Spot is definitely amazing! There are some tourist attractions close by, but very far from historical sites. The room was ok, but it looked different from the pictures. Probably a bit of mold on the wall or water damage, dirty windows, and a piece of the wardrobe door was broken. Not what I would expect at a resort. The breakfast had so many options, but very few western choices, limited to sliced bread, butter and jam, yogurt, fruits and coffee. The coffee machine always had an issue, but the staff quickly came to fix it. During my stay there, everyday someone complained about the coffee maker. One of the things that I found really nice is that every day they would bring or leave fruit in my room. But on the last day, I was sleeping, and someone came in. She did apologize, but it was weird having someone in your room while you’re there. In terms of amenities, they have everything really! From shower cap to razors. And the blow dryer was really good! Because it was golden week, the staff was overwhelmed with work (lots of guests and weddings) and they didn’t talk about the facilities - gym, pool, hot springs.

觀瀾社區非常大，酒店 咖啡廳 餐廳 超市 萌寵樂園都很便利，環境非常好，美景如畫。這次扶老攜幼入住湖邊的聯排別墅，推開門就是一望無際的湖水，這感覺太好了。但是一樓衹有餐廳廚房，沒有卧室，對長者來講爬上爬下有點累。服務人員都特別熱情，很關照長者，入住體驗很好，期待下次再來。

訂的親子間，房間夠大，床品舒服，衞生很好，服務好，院子裏有好幾個泡池，晚上在院子裏泡很是愜意。 小院兒長廊花花草草很是漂亮。

當天去了給升級了房型，孩子們很愛玩，水上樂園也很不錯，工作人員認真負責，水池裡的水會有人定時測温度，更新水池裡的水，唯一不足的就是湯泉小院的床太老舊了，床墊很硬，浴巾也該更新了，嗯😐
