We recently stayed at Tangshan Guofeng Grand Metropark Hotel and had a wonderful experience. As soon as we arrived, the staff welcomed our children with small gifts prepared by the hotel, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the kids very happy. Our package included tickets to Hetou Old Street, access to the hotel spa and water world, and we even got to see deer inside the hotel area — it felt like a mini resort experience. Overall, the service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed. It’s a great hotel for families and we would definitely love to come back again.

給滿分，比預期好很多。 設施：空調好用，電視免費能看的，設施齊全，衞生間的地面工程沒弄好，水往外流，但能接受。 衞生：很乾凈，每天一換。 環境：離海邊超級近，海景一目瞭然，第一張就是從樓上拍的，樓下就有早餐，價格實惠而且乾淨衞生。 服務：服務特別好，而且不僅是酒店的人服務好，整個秦皇島的人對遊客的態度都超級好 額外吐槽:跟酒店沒關係哈，酒店對面有個夜市，側面有個大排檔，透明塑料做的隔牆，千萬不要點燒烤，最後那張照片就是實圖，不但不熟，還能糊，我都怕吃了直接原地昇天了，價格還不便宜，去秦皇島一定要找大店面的地方吃，這是經驗。下次去絕對不會踩雷了，我的一百五飯費，唉，就吃了一份疙瘩湯。

這次入住體驗真的特別好，整體環境乾淨整潔，設施齊全，房間寬敞舒適，住着特別舒心。 必須重點表揚九層負責衞生的韓大姐！工作特別認真負責，打掃衞生細緻又徹底，角角落落都很乾凈，看着就讓人心情舒暢。不管是整理房間、還是補充用品，效率超高，響應也特別及時，有需求總能很快處理好。服務態度温和親切，細心又貼心，讓人感覺特別温暖周到，住得格外放心滿意，強烈推薦這家酒店！

Location wise, its at the centre of the town. A convenience store is with 3 min walk and restaurant just across the street. Breakfast is abundant and has a lot of variety. The onsen is what my boy looks forward to. It's gd to relax after a day of skiing. Would be great if they offer a hotel shuttle to nearby ski centres as its difficult to call taxi to the ski centre every morning.

酒店環境很好，給升級了觀景大床房，兩面都是落地窗，霸州地方比較小，海悦酒店應該算是霸州最好的酒店了。 酒店的裝修和員工的服務都很不錯。會幫忙提行李，對客人很有禮貌，着裝也很規整，還有歡迎水果，有五星酒店的調調。 酒店有游泳池水温在30℃左右，上午有點風沒人游泳，下午會有人在玩。 早餐很豐盛，中餐、西餐、水果、果汁、壽司、甜點都有，味道也很不錯。 帶孩子過來還會有小童洗漱用品，孩子很喜歡。 總之這次酒店入住非常滿意，值得推薦！

這次入住體驗真的超出預期！房間的細節做得特別用心，乾濕分離的衞浴設計乾淨清爽，大理石質感的淋浴區打理得一塵不染，洗漱台的收納也很規整 房間整體是簡約大氣的風格，木質傢俱搭配柔和的燈光，氛圍特別温馨。床鋪軟硬度剛好，床品親膚又乾淨，躺下就有睏意，睡了個超舒服的好覺。房間的佈局也很合理，書桌、衣櫃、休閑區一應俱全，無論是商務出行還是短途遊玩都很合適，下次來還會選擇這裏！

I recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work. I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied. The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service. I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone. In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.
