這次入住完全超出期待，必須給滿分好評！酒店位置超讚，離河頭老街很近，而且酒店還又免費的百度車，周邊美食、商場一應俱全，出行覓食都超方便。 前台服務熱情又高效，特別是李銅玲美女辦理入住秒搞定，還主動升級了房型，贈送了歡迎水果，貼心的贈送了早餐還提醒了早餐時間，細節拉滿。房間乾淨整潔到發光，床品柔軟舒適，酒店設施雖然已經有些陳舊，但打掃的非常乾淨，浴室熱水充足且出水量大，乾濕分離設計很貼心. 早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮，味道超讚 全程體驗感絕佳，無論是硬件設施還是服務細節都無可挑剔，性價比超高，下次來一定還選這裏！

強烈表揚酒店前台娜娜！前天我不慎將行李箱遺落在附近四公裡外的停電樁，行李被別人放在了十公裡外的派出所。娜娜不僅耐心安撫我，還專程驅車十公里前往派出所幫我取回（派出所説不包含寄快遞，需要有人專門去取回），之後又貼心幫忙寄快遞，不敢想象真的丟了我得多難過！！所以我真的超級超級感謝她！！如果領導有看到，懇希望一定要好好獎勵她！！

雪一下，天地便靜了。 這山谷裏的温泉旅館，倒像特意等着這場雪似的。窗格子外頭，白濛濛的，山啊樹啊都懶懶地躺着。最妙是院子裏那口私湯，熱騰騰地冒着白氣，雪花飄下來，倏地便化了。身子浸下去，温泉水軟軟地抱住人，抬頭看雪片子一片一片，悠悠地，不急着落到哪裡去——這冷與熱的廝磨，真是奢侈的閑情。 訂的是兩居的院子，關起門來便是一家小天地。小孩兒最樂了，穿着絨睡衣在榻上打滾，一會兒撩開簾子叫：“又積厚了！”夜裡泡得渾身暖融融的，裹着毯子喝杯熱茶，看小傢伙臉蛋紅撲撲地睡熟了，呼吸勻勻的。忽然覺得，這世上的好光陰，大概便是由這些暖老温貧的碎片綴成的。 谷名取得好，一個“隱”字，一個“廬”字。不必去尋什麼禪意，這熱湯、這雪、這笑鬧聲裏的安寧，便是人間實在的禪了。

I chose this hotel because it has a sauna & hotspring although it was more expensive than the other hotels, i thought it was okay. Upon arriving at the hotel, sadly we need to pay another 128 RMB per person to use their facilities. I have been to lots of hotels where the use of the hot pool and sauna are already included when booking a room so this is something that shocked me. The hotel is clean but the sofa seems to have bugs. I just sit in their sofa and felt so itchy. Their bed and services are quite good. Location is perfect, near restaurants, convenience store and easy to reach. Breakfast has lots of options.

酒店整體體驗非常棒！位置好找，周邊配套齊全，吃飯購物都很方便。房間空間大，裝修簡約大氣，衞生打掃得特別乾淨，沒有一點灰塵，床睡得很舒服，洗漱用品品質也不錯。工作人員態度友好，有需求響應很快，服務很暖心。酒店設施齊全，環境安靜不吵鬧，性價比很高，無論是商務出行還是旅遊住宿都很合適，住得特別舒心，絕對是值得回購的好酒店。

The resort is clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the service is good. All our needs at the hotel, including ski passes, ski equipment, ski clothes, coaches etc are properly addressed by 张瑶。 She is very very helpful and takes care of us very well. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable for our stay. Kitchen is well equipped. Will be good to have some cups instead of paper cups though.

距北京開車2小時，基本都是高速，很好開，酒店停車很方便，有地面和地下，充電樁充足！酒店房間和圖片一樣，乾淨整潔，設施也很新，房間浴池一客一消毒，酒店餐廳有一箇中式一個自助，自助一人208，120釐米以下的小朋友免費，品種中規中矩，小童樂園如果房間套餐不包含，就是98一個寶寶，玩到退房日都可以，當然，比較適合低齡寶寶。酒店早餐也挺好的，品種肯定夠吃，就是如果房間有人不開，派一個代表打包上樓是可以的，但是衹給2個打包盒和一個塑料袋…酒店客房服務也很好，服務周到，24小時服務，隨時一個電話就可以的！

Singaporean of 6 stayed for 5 nights during March ski season Booked the 3 rooms apartment, 3 showers, 3 toilets with 1 bathtub, hairdryers, Humidifiers, clean, spacious enough for family Home kitchenette available but no utensils, cutlery to use but only 4 cups and a kettle Service is good, responsive especially the gentleman at front desk very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is simple but it is sufficient, good and filling enough for a morning start The service staff at the breakfast restaurant remembers our daughters selection too and is attentive to children. SPA overall is a good respite for the cold weather but hygiene poor, do not compare to Japanese onsen as this is just a heated pool concept with outdoor pools. Movie tickets are good and we managed to catch 1 almost everyday and totally enjoyed ourselves. Short walk over to LAWSON, shops, and skis shops, rentals, ski academy Question is, will I stay again, YES!

先來説説優點：1：酒店前台服務很好！缺什麼少什麼直接一個電話很快就送來了！2：酒店是2023年新建的，整體來説內部環境優美整潔乾淨，無異味！3：人少水質好4：這裏交通便利。酒店有餐食也可以開車出去到市區尋找當地的美食。 下面説説不足：1：酒店地處火車站附近，無論是白天晚上都有不停的列車經過！🙉🙉🙉🙉尤其是晚上，對於睡眠環境有要求的來説這點不是很好！太頻繁了！2：我們訂的舒適雙床房，整體房間不是很大，可以説有點侷促。另外這裏的床墊很軟（因人而異）我們睡的不是很好。睡眠質量好的可以忽略。。。。。 重點特色項目：半山温泉太好了！晚上在室外一邊呼吸着新鮮空氣，一邊欣賞着月光！很愜意啊～什麼煩惱疲憊此刻通通消失了。
