Saya tinggal di sebuah bilik di tingkat satu berhampiran kolam renang yang sangat lembap. Bilik air di dalam bilik tidak mengalir dengan baik, dan air tidak dapat mengalir untuk masa yang lama. Good location and the room is big and comfortable. It closed to Heitou Old Stree and hotel bus is provided. We walked back and along the way can see the water music fountain behind the hotel. Very enjoyable stay in this hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! THUMB UP !!!

去年暑期旺季就來南戴河遊玩過，當時體驗就特別好，這次出差順路過來，依舊選擇了這邊，驚喜發現是一家全新裝修開業的酒店，更沒想到自己竟是酒店裝修後接待的第一位客人，全程都感受到了格外熱情周到的服務。酒店位置十分便利，出行、遊玩都很省心，新裝修的環境簡約舒適，房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品柔軟親膚，整體居住舒適度很高。恰逢淡季入住，性價比直接拉滿，價格實惠的同時，服務絲毫沒有打折，前台貼心又親切，各項需求都能及時響應，細節處盡顯用心。無論是出差暫住還是休閑遊玩，這家店都十分值得選擇，期待下次再來南戴河還能入住～

The hotel is behind the metro station. The room was ok. The breakfast was also ok, not too many international options tho. The cleaning ladies forgot to leave us water and take out our trash for some days (we had to ask extra in the reception that they should please clean the room). They also forgot our welcome fruit 😕

Location wise, its at the centre of the town. A convenience store is with 3 min walk and restaurant just across the street.
Breakfast is abundant and has a lot of variety.
The onsen is what my boy looks forward to. It's gd to relax after a day of skiing. Would be great if they offer a hotel shuttle to nearby ski centres as its difficult to call taxi to the ski centre every morning.

酒店裝修風格獨特，幾何線條，勾勒硬質工業風，牆壁飾物，閃亮璀璨靚麗。房間遙控都是平板，開電視，開窗簾，關燈等事情都是用平板。每個窗户下面有進風口，配獨立開關。頭一晚開啟有異響，以為是老鼠。但是房間非常乾淨，後來找來服務員才搞明白。衹是温度太高，無法調低。沒有人機對講比較遺憾。大大的浴缸很乾凈。早餐豐富，中西餐日料齊全。酒店外面的燈飾也很美，網紅打卡點。還有也老闆收集或仿製的古代磚瓦，畫面精美，值得一看。總體性價比很高。值得推薦。

Our stay at this beachfront hotel was wonderful. The clean room and stunning ocean views made for a relaxing retreat. Watching the sunrise and strolling along the beach added to the charm. The hot springs in our room were a unique and enjoyable feature.The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience. The dinner buffet, priced at 169 RMB, offered a fantastic variety of seafood and other dishes, making it a must-try. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay and recommend this hotel for its excellent location and amenities.

GGuest UserI recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken.
The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work.
I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied.
The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service.
I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone.
In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.

GG. Solo TravelerJ had a lovely stay at the Argyle resort and the fact that you just need to cross the parking lot to get to the Dongshan Bathing Spot is definitely amazing! There are some tourist attractions close by, but very far from historical sites.
The room was ok, but it looked different from the pictures. Probably a bit of mold on the wall or water damage, dirty windows, and a piece of the wardrobe door was broken. Not what I would expect at a resort.
The breakfast had so many options, but very few western choices, limited to sliced bread, butter and jam, yogurt, fruits and coffee. The coffee machine always had an issue, but the staff quickly came to fix it. During my stay there, everyday someone complained about the coffee maker.
One of the things that I found really nice is that every day they would bring or leave fruit in my room. But on the last day, I was sleeping, and someone came in. She did apologize, but it was weird having someone in your room while you’re there.
In terms of amenities, they have everything really! From shower cap to razors. And the blow dryer was really good!
Because it was golden week, the staff was overwhelmed with work (lots of guests and weddings) and they didn’t talk about the facilities - gym, pool, hot springs.

XXiongjiaqiaoMy elderly family members traveled alone, and choosing Fisher Island Fisecher was a smart decision~
1. The hotel room was spacious and bright. The room facing the park was quiet and had a great view. After soaking in the hot spring, it was very comfortable to rest indoors and sleep soundly until dawn.
2. The hot spring is the biggest highlight. The elders reported that the hot spring was really excellent, with many pools suitable for visitors of all ages. Children can play on the slides, rafting, and surfing areas, while elders can enjoy various themed pools with good temperatures and clean water.
3. It's the closest hot spring to the sea, and the most unique hot spring in the North China region. I will recommend it to other friends to visit Fisher Island together again.

CCandiceyuequqiIt was a good decision to stay at Senzeyuan. I read a lot of guides and they all said that hot spring hotels are too crowded, too humid, and too noisy. In fact, it is true. My child's eyes were inflamed, so I ordered eye drops to be delivered. The shuttle bus brought them to the front desk of the hotel. The service was very considerate, and they also gave me souvenirs before I left. To be honest, the beach experience was crowded and dirty. The water quality was not very good, and there were jellyfish everywhere. I was stung several times. But overall, it was a very happy family trip.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the ski resort, making travel incredibly convenient, and self-parking was a breeze. The room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, with excellent underfloor heating throughout and great soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk handled check-in efficiently, and any requests were promptly addressed with thoughtful attention to detail. The highlight was definitely the natural hot spring, sourced from 3600 meters underground, offering a full range of indoor and outdoor pools with comfortable water temperatures – perfect for unwinding after skiing, melting away all fatigue instantly. The dining was authentic and offered great value for money, and the surrounding amenities are comprehensive, with plenty of options for food, drink, and entertainment. The overall environment is elegant, facilities are complete, and the service is considerate, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

We bought a swimsuit at the entrance of the hot spring, and a swimming cap at the supermarket next to the pool. It was very affordable. The swimming cap was even cheaper than Beijing and Tokyo. The hot spring water on the holiday side was very clean and the pool water was very clean. In the evening, I called the delivery service, beef noodles 18 yuan, preserved egg lean meat porridge 10 yuan, chips 8 yuan, taste good, cost-effective. The next day's wisdom vegetable garden and picking were surprises. The strawberries were particularly delicious and picked a lot. Two days and one night were full and happy. To say that the lack of the toilet and the toilet are partitioned doors, but the glass is transparent, there is no privacy, especially the toilet door is meaningless, it is recommended to make it impervious, so that someone can use the toilet or shower when others can come in to wash their hands. MM135246MThe hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the concierge and front desk service were pretty good – everyone was friendly and enthusiastic! The downside was that my child found a spider in the room after we checked in. I mentioned it to the front desk when we went out, but I didn't even get an apology. I asked for the floor to be cleaned again, and literally, only the floor was cleaned; they didn't even empty the overflowing trash cans! The robot food delivery was convenient, and we ordered room service, but the rice was incredibly hard. Breakfast was just so-so too. The shuttle service to Hetou Old Street was quite convenient though!

GGuest UserNice Hot Spring Hotel is a really great place located in Huailai. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by its luxury and comfort. The lobby is very beautifully decorated and full of artistic flavor. The hotel's hot springs are both indoors and outdoors, and there are many different pools to choose from, with different temperatures. The main reason is that there are few people and it basically feels like a private bath.
The service at the hotel is also great. The staff are very friendly and professional and always catered to my needs.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Nice Hotel & Spa. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants luxury and comfort.
