Очень люблю такие отели . Хол большой , мест для отдыха хватает , красиво , чисто , девочки на ресепшене внимательные , отзывчивые , очень приятные. Ключ каждому гостю. Лифт ждать не приходится , приходит быстро . В номере всё прям добротное , всё предусмотрено , каждая мелочь. Всё чистое , ковролин чистый и мягкий , постель , полотенца, халаты белоснежные , тапочки уютные. Подушка мягкая лежит отдельно на полке , жаль только утром увидела. Душ , сантехника , современные. Кружечки под чай очаровали и чай в пакетиках рассыпчатый , тоже очень вкусный. Вид из окна завораживает , просто хотелось стоять и любоваться городом. При отеле есть водный комплекс , в нем и баня , и источники горячие , и зоны отдыха , есть с кинотеатром . Источники есть и на крыше , там же и бильярд имеется. И ещё с 18 часов шведский стол , понравился , всё очень вкусно , только чай не предусмотрен , а так есть всё. Цена отдыха вместе с ужином 98 ю. .

在齊齊哈爾轉車尋到了這家酒店，前台接待很有耐心，給人賓至如歸的感覺。 酒店配置十分奢華，配有煙吧書吧酒吧健身房下午茶，一樓二樓活動區有種類豐富方便自取的花茶和果茶，提供高品質生活與管家式的服務。 燈光設計很有氛圍，指示牌有聚光燈聚焦，屋內開關指示清晰，生活用品高配齊全，房間佈局美觀寬敞，衞生細節一塵不染，還解決了洗澡不能聽歌的問題，但是好像七點以後就聽不了了，不知道是面板沒連上還是什麼原因。住在這樣與的酒店讓人心情愉悦，要不是為了趕車我都打算住這了。攜程訂房比**便宜一點，性價比還是高的。

房間還可以，温泉也挺好的，玩的也不錯，就是退房的時候氣人，到前台退房退按金，前台接待説可以先走，到時候按金原路返回，我説不着急，等等吧！因為之前看過一個點評説按金後續有點小矛盾，等了3天左右才退回。前台就聯繫樓上説讓檢查物品情況，等了兩分鐘樓上回復前台説少兩個衣架😰我當時都無語了😒真是服了，也不仔細看，你説少啥就少啥啊？後來又找到了，才給我退的按金。當時我如果要是直接走了，後續會不會麻煩和説不清楚了？誰住店會偷你們的東西？都是有按金跟着的？不是給自己找不痛快？真是服了你們了。

民宿新開不滿一年，所以各方面設施都很新都完好。院內可以停車，步行至鏡泊湖景區約一公里，庭院中式設計，有點四合院感覺。 屋內設施完善，推門淡淡香薰，電動窗簾，智能馬桶，大屏電視，衞浴乾濕分離等配置超前超出期待。可提供餐飲，老闆親自掌勺，飯菜味道不輸大廚。 如果全是優點肯定有刷好評嫌疑，不足之處如沒配備吹風機，衞生間兩卷廁紙都不是全新，衹有不到半卷，衞生間排風扇聲音很大。此外挑不出毛病了。值得推薦

The service from the hotel was beyond expectation. We enjoyed the hotel facilities, indoor and outdoor hotspring, dinner, started off from front desk who are well trained, led by manager who knows the hotel inside out and made us feel at home. The room are spacious, dedicated housekeeping crews did their job well and we feel like going home after everyday’s traveling outdoor at the coldest place we ever traveled to in our life. Crews who gained our highest respect on their superb service are as follows:- 张云河，孙宇，夏子寒，秀力，王玉梅，葛玉兰. The manager 张云河 really went extra steps made my mom’s new year count down dreams come true. It’s unforgettable 2026 new year countdown that we have ever enjoyed! Will choose the same hotel again if we were to come Harbin again. Owh ya, tried the first even 搓澡, the crew are so professional and expert!! Nice experience especially for 71 years old mom and 7 years old daughter!

First time in Yabuli for us and therefore quite confused about the “city” and areas structure but…..very happy for the choice we made! The Wusuoju-Mountain Hotel is simply the perfect choice if you’re traveling to Yabuli not only for skying. Very well located, not far from the ski areas but as well near enough to other point of interest and attractions. Around the hotel you can find walk distance (from 50mt to 700mt) great restaurants options, very “local” and very authentic, perfect for a mountain resort and full experience. At the hotel you can find also restaurant and a great super recommended coffee which offers everything you need, from western food options to Chinese and local specialities, coffees, drinks and cocktails too ….and all very tasty!!! The hotel staff is overall super gentle and helpful, they will help you to organize and take care of any need you might have, from ski rentals, transfers, attractions and so on, without overcharging and always with a smile on their faces. Very lovely experience, deeply recommended hotel!

the whole place was super clean and cosy, they even clean your boots and luggage wheels at the door. they provide transport and they are even able to organize everything for you, from ski suit rental to transportation from the hotel to the train station. they also recommend amazing hole-in-the-wall places to eat which were not overly expensive (because yabuli is VERY expensive since they only open 3 months a year and many businesses take advantage of this and charge ridiculous prices) the room was big and very well equipped, just that their mattresses are on the hard side, but their service is amazing! will come back

很有北方味道的東北菜～東北大炕，老闆熱情，提行李，全程老闆給規劃路線，去了狗熊嶺，羊草山，做了雪地摩託，太刺激了，客棧離篝火大舞台特別近，兩分鐘就到了，老闆説今年客棧重新裝修了，環境特別好，衞生間特別大，屋裡也寬敞，，特別適合全家人來玩經濟實惠，

I’ve spend 16 nights in the hotel and it was amazing. The people are very accommodating. The breakfast was lovely and they even brought it to my hotel room. The hotel and the hotel rooms are very clean and technologically advanced. Everything you need is there like laundry, gym, other necessities like hairdryer, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb etc. If I needed anything I could just ask for it. The location is a bit far from the center but it was very easy go there with a didi.
