很不錯，離龍門很近，停車也還行，龍門停車場挺大的，酒店工作人員也可以幫忙接送到酒店，很乾凈，性價比很高，服務也很好，西瓜汁很好喝，晚上坐在院子裏吹風很舒服，院子設計的也很好，還給泡了茶和果汁（小吊梨湯偏清淡，花茶好喝），整體很舒適，房間無煙好評，就是廁所的燈有問題，可以修復一下，要麼不亮要麼不滅，床有一個框架，坐在沙發上吃飯，看電視有點小遮擋，衞生很好，很乾凈，還有早飯算是比較普通吧，種類不算太多，但是還行，包子之類的可以出一點素的，肉類希望有雞肉更好，全是豬肉對少數民族有一點點不太友好，走的時候伴手禮也很精緻，小陶瓷很可愛，另外酒店提供的水是百歲山不是農夫山泉好評

This is a very low density hotel. Suitable for those who want to enjoy the quietness and calmness of the environment. The service is top notch. Every room is assigned to a butler, who gets most of the job done, like room service, prepping the hotspring water, food order etc. The replies are prompt and helpful. The food provided was good. It's semi buffet style, which is sensible considering the hotel only caters for such low headcounts. Some food are ordered from the bar. The quality is not bad. There was only one problem. We chose the capsule room. Mainly because we wanted to enjoy the view from the hill. However, there was a construction right in front of us, which blocked the view. We could mainly see the construction signboard which was a little disappointing. The hotel also provided a parting gift on our checkout day. Overall it was a good experience.

Room was clean and the view was just as nice as expected. English skills of the employees are very limited but communication works out as everyone was doing their best :-) When you have an issue like 4 people will try to take care of it. The A/C on our room didn't work (the fridge also didn't work) and the employees and ourself spent like 1-2h in total but haven't been able to fix it. The next day they tried again and in the end we changed the room. Gym is great but external I guess so you have to bring your own towel otherwise they charge 20 RMB (but in China nobody uses towels anyway). It also closes at 08:30pm which is a pity. Breakfast is okay but ends at 09:30am which is pretty early as well o.O You can walk to Zhongyue temple, there are small restaurants around and the view is great so we liked the location. The best aspect of the hotel is the friendly employees.

帶孩子出來度假，選這家真的選對了！衞生做得特別到位，全屋乾乾淨淨沒有異味。專門配備了小童床品、小拖鞋、洗漱用品，細節滿滿特別貼心。房間採光超好，環境清幽空氣清新。工作人員態度温和有耐心，有需求響應很快，周邊遊玩也很方便，孩子玩得特別開心，大人也住得舒心愜意，是一次特別滿意的入住體驗！

趁着假期帶娃來泡温泉，這家酒店可以説是我住過最好的酒店之一，整體給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。從入住打預抵電話到離店，每個環節都安排得妥當周到。我訂的私湯房，房間超大，大概有80平左右，湯池能泡八九個人都不成問題，辦理入住的時候，前台給娃送了小零食，還有浴球，温泉水超級好，水温40來度 泡澡剛剛好，娃在裡邊玩的都不想出來，幸好離得比較近，過年的時候，有機會一定帶娃再來玩，強烈推薦大家來，絕對不會踩坑

The cleaning staff in our courtyard were lovely and very helpful and the man at reception we dealt with too. It was obvious the staff work hard to do their best considering the condition of the hotel and spa. But the hotel and spa are tired and both locations need facelifts. For example, the basin and surround in our room was all discoloured, as was the wall at the door, and there were loose wires visible and the courtyard plants were all dying. The hotel communal areas away from reception were unkempt. The spa pool had broken and discoloured tiles, with lots of leaves in the water and the flumes were closed. Both could be great with investment.

very nice hotel located close to longmen grotto. tranquil environment with great hot springs in room. best of all is the hospitality of the host and staff who graciously took great care of me during my stay. highly recommended.

明錦精品酒店很不錯，很安靜，很乾凈，停車場也很大，很方便，還有自助洗衣機，自助早餐🥣也很美味，點贊👍！！！
