This is a very low density hotel. Suitable for those who want to enjoy the quietness and calmness of the environment. The service is top notch. Every room is assigned to a butler, who gets most of the job done, like room service, prepping the hotspring water, food order etc. The replies are prompt and helpful. The food provided was good. It's semi buffet style, which is sensible considering the hotel only caters for such low headcounts. Some food are ordered from the bar. The quality is not bad. There was only one problem. We chose the capsule room. Mainly because we wanted to enjoy the view from the hill. However, there was a construction right in front of us, which blocked the view. We could mainly see the construction signboard which was a little disappointing. The hotel also provided a parting gift on our checkout day. Overall it was a good experience.

酒店有自己的停車場，有六個快充充電樁，4個慢充充電樁，有洗衣房，房間內暖氣十足。需要加前台的微信，進出酒店要前台幫忙抬桿。房間乾淨整潔，乾濕分離，酒店附近有公交車站，馬路對面就是景點，周圍餐飲店很多，還有超市，購物很方便，上樓要刷房卡，洗澡水大，很舒服

My family enjoyed this hotel a lot! This was our view from the balcony! The architecture made us feel like we were transport into ancient times. The room as very clean and the food at the hotel’s restaurant was amazing. Definitely recommend!!

帶孩子出來度假，選這家真的選對了！衞生做得特別到位，全屋乾乾淨淨沒有異味。專門配備了小童床品、小拖鞋、洗漱用品，細節滿滿特別貼心。房間採光超好，環境清幽空氣清新。工作人員態度温和有耐心，有需求響應很快，周邊遊玩也很方便，孩子玩得特別開心，大人也住得舒心愜意，是一次特別滿意的入住體驗！

Good location, nice and clean , the front desk is very helpful. We have to check out early at 6:45 and no time to eat breakfast. The kitchen prepared breakfast bags with fruits and eggs for us.

Booked the room for my girlfriend, her comment is nice room and clean, the price is bargain with such nice warm room in this snowy weather.

I came here to recover and relax on my own. I had a Beautiful moonlight Apartment. The Service was Great. Since I had trouble breathing with dry heating air, I asked for a humidifier. They immediatly organized one 🙏🙏 my recovery was so fast. I just spend the day within this Apartment and my own privat hot spring in this cute Garden. I had everything for a tea ceremony and they provided every day fruits and wine. They even helped me organize Food delivery to the Room. The Food in the Restaurant was very healthy and delicious. It was nice to have a very private Place to calm down. I probably Will come back.

Отличный отель в шаговой доступности от красивейших пещер Луньмэнь, очень удобно. Гостеприимный сервис, мы приехали поздно и не смогли воспользоваться услугой трансфера (она работает до 18:00), но нам повысили категорию номера, что стало очень приятным сюрпризом. Внутренний дворик с купелью и вечерний чай - это отдельный восторг, все очень понравилось!
