Exceptional service. Beautiful boutique hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Special commendation for Lulu on reception. Well located for visiting Longmen grottoes.

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Although the place is a bit outdated. We and our kids loved it. The hotel has its own hot spa bath in the room. And the spa hot spring with large swimming pool is 100 meters away. It needs extra payment though. The place is about 20 minutes from trainstation and 40 minutes from luoyang old town and 10 minutes from the grottoes. We liked the green environment. And staff was very helpfull.

My family enjoyed this hotel a lot! This was our view from the balcony! The architecture made us feel like we were transport into ancient times. The room as very clean and the food at the hotel’s restaurant was amazing. Definitely recommend!!

設施：不錯，房間很大。給我們選的房間特別好，層高窗户大，但是不吵，温度也很合適。 衞生：很乾凈，整潔 環境：洗澡水又大又熱，很舒適！ 服務：很周到熱情！提供很多服務！ 退房時給了伴手禮一個杯子一個小熊！一瓶温水，棒棒噠！下次還來住！👍🏻

預訂該酒店是是臨時起意，所以訂的時候看的沒太仔細。忠誠建議：帶娃的家庭不要選！房間極其小！ 設施：房間極其小，慎重考慮！介紹的面積顯示 40，其實是包含户外的面積，一進屋站兩個人就滿了，真的滿了！衞生間衹能容納一個人！小到什麼程度呢，比如房間內沒有地方放電視機，一進門衹有一個小小的電視櫃，連本應該在衞生間放置的洗漱用品都沒地方而被放置到該區域！ 衞生：整體看着感覺還是可以的，但是床單上有不明液體！如圖所示 環境：有一説一，環境和服務還是可以的，綠化和户外整體很棒，服務人員的態度也很好，無論是客房，温泉區域，還是入住。 另外，小户型的樹屋我們也住過，但這個實在太小了！隔壁的冰雪酒店比這個簡直不要好太多！ 總結：温泉可以，入住酒店的該房型實在沒必要，親子游實在需要入住，請選擇該酒店其他房型，或者隔壁的冰雪酒店。

房間床品清潔，衞生良好，服務挺好，前台服務也挺好。停車場可以。衞生間水龍頭有些陳舊，房間窗子材質質量是比較老舊的那種，檔次不高，性價比還可以的。

朋友推薦來的，果然絕絕子！酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務很温馨熱情，辦理入住很迅速，主動推薦了當地好吃的 好玩的地方，還送了小朋友零食 糖果，基本上有求必應，主要是房價也實惠，停車方便，地上地下停車場都有，不用擔心停車問題，門口就是充電樁，快充慢充都有，温泉水絕對正宗，洗完澡皮膚光光滑滑的，住的很滿意，已經推薦朋友們了，下次還會再來的
