My boyfriend and I just had the most special stay here. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful team looked after us and helped with everything and anything we could want. We’d wanted to eat dinner upon arrival, and so they provided some of the nicest Chinese food I’ve had to date! My recommendation is the fried eggs and leek. We were obsessed! 🤤 The room and the amenities were really high quality, and I especially enjoyed the incredible view from our bedroom. Daily, we were given snacks and fruits. The food was so good that we ordered again on our second night. Truly, the food was 10/10!! For the room, everything was clean, modern and worked well. All the staff were excellent, too. Yang Yang was especially wonderful (picture of us together!) and made sure we had the best time. She helped with organising our trip, including travel. She is a warm, kind person who made all the difference to our trip. She also introduced us to 土豆 the cat—he was just as delightful! As a foreigner in China, sometimes it can be tricky to navigate how best to travel certain areas. This hotel and the wonderful people here made us feel at home. Thanks so much for this memorable trip, Yang Yang —and also to all the lovely people there! You MUST stay here for the best hotel outside Enshi Grand Canyon!! 💚

Recently, I stayed at Nianshan Xiaoyin Tangquan Hotel, the weather was quite poor so we didn’t explore as much as we’d have liked to, but due to this hotel, we’ll definitely return! The room was cosy, the heater in the room worked well and within 20 minutes it was lovely and warm. Food and drinks are available at the hotel, the food was freshly cooked, ordered from a menu and was delicious. There is a fridge full of beer, soda, and water - tea is grown on site and coffee is also available. The owner is very friendly - she speaks some English and went above and beyond to help us with any requests, even warming up the hot spring for us despite us being the only visitors in the hotel. She typed out the names of the Chinese dishes as our translator didn’t work as well when translating handwriting. We loved sitting by the log fire with a coffee in the morning. The hotel offers a pick-up and drop-off service, I recommend doing this as the hotel is at the foot of the scenic area and it takes around 1.5 hours to drive from the train station to the hotel/scenic area. Overall, we can’t wait to be back! The fog was thick and the air was cold, but that didn’t mean we didn’t have a wonderful, restful stay.

First of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter. It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.

咸寧最好的酒店！環境好，設施好。 連住了兩天，幫忙升級了房間，空調效果不錯，很舒服，洗澡的水壓需要再調一調，洗漱用品不錯，很香。 説説細節，早餐種類雖然不多，但是都是精品，完全滿足了各類人的需求。後續相信酒店也會不斷增加新的品類。 房間隔音非常好，這一點太重要了，周邊也是一片樹林，空氣很清新。 停車太方便了，位置也多，上下車很方便。 總之，以後來咸寧就住這個酒店，很滿意。

The room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm.

第一次去，臨時匆忙決定的，從下車門口接待非常好，前台辦入住人員很好，酒店有接駁車送到温泉，司機大哥也非常好，房間非常大，有小型滑梯鞦韆帳篷，還配了地毯，不小心把小孩衣服掉在温泉中心，請大廳的工作人員幫忙聯繫，也順利尋回，還送了小玩具，一個短頭髮小姐姐，非常好，辦退房的 小哥哥態度也非常好，還送了小朋友玩具！肯定還會再去的！ 唯一兩點不好：第一是 酒店內中餐廳的服務，寶寶椅催了了3次 才拿來， 上餐速度很慢，白米飯也催了3次 才上，老是看不到 服務員，一頓飯吃的心累，以後再去入住，也肯定不會去中餐廳吃飯了！ 第二是 一樓小童區，有一個瘦瘦年輕小哥哥工作人員，説話高高在上，問他問題，回答也不看着你，態度很高貴！ 當時應該拍個照！ 除了以上兩點，其它都蠻好，酒店肯定還會再入住！ 但會避雷這兩個地方！ 雙人碧桂園鳳凰温泉門票: 毛巾一片混亂，沒人及時收拾，亂七八糟散落，温泉區裏 找不到乾淨的毛巾，衹能凍回淋浴區拿

房間很安靜，窗簾遮光效果也很好，空氣清新，豪華大床房還有陽台，而且陽台的衞生也非常乾淨，窗外就是大片綠色樹木，看的眼睛也很舒服，温泉池子有室內和室外，室內池子是遊玩型的方便帶小孩玩，室外的池子適合三五好友泡一泡，聊聊天，非常愜意，管家小雨（跟本人同名🤫）非常熱情，有事諮詢的時候非常熱情回覆，非常推薦已經去過不下三次了😎😎

週末帶着一家老小5口人從武漢自駕出發，定了別墅自帶泡池的泊心湯苑。 到了目的地我衹想説，真的這個酒店太適合一家人自駕遊了。 從武漢出發衹需要不到2小時的車程，全程幾乎都是高速，下高速不久就到。 酒店非常新，工作人員服務態度也非常好，由於我到的比較早，還沒到check in時間，早餐吃的很飽所以中午也比並不太想吃午餐，就在大廳坐着休息。 工作人員時不時就主動過來説明房間衞生清理的進度，並一直致歉，搞得我反倒覺得不好意思了。 前台還特意送了貼紙小禮物給我女兒，她超級喜歡。 泊心湯苑準確地説就是一個2室一廳，前後都帶院子並且帶一個私湯的獨棟小房子，足不出户就可以泡澡，所以我們一家人都沒去公共泡池。 並且最nice的是房間內的私湯的熱水不限時間，這一點特別大氣! 出水量也特別大，大概半小時就可以放滿一池子水，温度也很足，不用擔心一會兒就冷。 （之前在赤壁某温泉酒店也住過帶私湯的花園房，但每天僅限那麼2-3個小時供應熱水，這一對比就顯得太摳門了） 衞生打掃的很乾凈，還主動贈送了果盤；房間裏還有麻將機，外公帶着孩子玩的不亦樂乎。 開車到街上吃飯也就5-10分鐘車程，離京山很有名的一家吃鴨子的餐廳很近很方便。 肯定會推薦給身邊的親朋好友，等冬天天氣冷了還會再來的！

環境衞生很乾凈，而且還是智能的，每次來出差都是住這個酒店，床墊很舒服，靜音效果好，雖然臨街，但是一點不吵。服務態度也很好，很積極的幫忙解決問題。
