Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture.

房間佈置充滿童趣，小朋友特別喜歡。温泉就在酒店旁邊，出行非常方便。
服務更是貼心到位：打電話要求送鞋子、浴袍，三分鐘就送到；睡前還特意贈送了四杯牛奶，助眠又暖心，整體體驗十分滿意！
酒店外部環境也很愜意！如果是小情侶來，強烈推薦它的山莊私湯☺

緣分始於隨手刷到的視頻，便直奔這間民宿而來。
民宿在風景絕美的恩施，到這裏剛好撞見雨後天晴。雲海翻湧在峽谷之間，懸崖、瀑布、碧湖在眼前、在腳下。躺在床上便是滿屏中國好山水，震撼到讓人詞窮……
和朋友一起來訂了兩間，房間都很寬敞，整潔舒適，配有大落地窗🪟，一躺下整個人都鬆弛了下來☺️
睡飽之後，在民宿喝一杯咖啡☕️練一段瑜伽🧘♀️再到懸崖書店坐下，隨意翻一本喜歡的書📖
這裏還有藝術展廳🤩
每一個角落，
都是靈魂的安放❤️
最難忘的，是民宿貼心服務和本地師傅做的農家菜。食材就地取材、現采現做，新鮮又美味。説實話，這樣的神仙日子，是真的有點不想走了。
還會再復購哦！希望商家保留一如既往的品質！

太棒了這酒店，我住完以後直接收藏了！這次入住的是畔山私湯房，在1樓，其實1樓的私隱性最好，而且不潮濕，避免等電梯的麻煩。
再説下房間設施，該有的都有了，非常到位。而且酒店本身就帶一個湯池，不住店的話，門票也要一百多，所以非常值！
在這裏泡泡湯、聊聊天、喝下奶茶，真的愜意。收藏了，以後帶爸媽來~

剛入住就發現衞生間馬桶上有細細的長裂縫，用廁後一沖水就有水滲出，向前台反映後予以換房，處理方式及態度皆認可。不過，希望像這類情況應該早處理而不是待客人住進來提出來才跟進。
酒店附近生態環境不錯，值得點贊👍🏻

service very good. buffet have alot of options. when we reach, the staff came to help us with our luggages. got gym and able to wash the clothes for free. they will send ur clean clothes to ur room after washing. very good service

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and plenty to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel is also in a perfect location, close to the main attractions and very convenient for getting around. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

華美達酒店一如既往的沒毛病，接待，設施，衞生，服務都挺好，而且這個酒店旁邊有個景點，和酒店還有關係，所以住宿酒店送景點門票。我這次因為其他原因需要提前離店，前台的姑娘也非常熱情的幫助辦好提前離店手續。

The front desk guy Feng Li provided good service, checked in quickly, and sent welcome fruits. The room was very cozy, the bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the soundproofing was great, so I could have a good night's sleep. The gym equipment was new, and there were Chinese and Western breakfasts with a wide variety. They also helped me call a taxi when I checked out, and the service was so thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again next time I come here!

GGuest UserI booked a Yunyin room. Lying on the bed and looking at the fairyland shrouded in clouds and mist outside the window is really a great pleasure in life. . After climbing the mountain, soak in a hot spring to relax. If it is hot in summer, soak in the open-air swimming pool and count the stars in the sky. . . The hot pot dishes made by the inn are also very delicious. The service of the front desk sister and the kitchen aunt is particularly good, and the experience is very good. After returning, I kept recommending it to my friends and colleagues. . By the way, my chartered driver is also very good. He is a skilled and honest young man.

TTatjana BrkicLovely place! An oasis of peace nature and tranquility in urban region. We booked this hotel due to proximity to airport not knowing that it is a animal nature attraction. The location is remote and next to the lake with well appointed rooms excellent food and exceptionally kind restaurant staff and management. Employee 221 was even so kind to take us to airport himself once we explained how important is for us to get to airport in time and how concerned we are that as foreigners we may not be able to request taxi or didi in time. Overall I would recommend this hotel without reserve for families and business travellers alike. It is restful in nature and with kind people.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel truly offers excellent amenities. We only spent a few hundred RMB, but it felt like a full-blown vacation – such great value for money! The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!

The hotel itself is relatively new. Both breakfast and lunch were superb. I'll definitely bring my child back to stay here again. The hotel staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Very satisfied, and I've already recommended it to several people.

From the viewing platform, you can enjoy the mountain view villa and cliff cliffs opposite without obstruction. There is a balcony in the room, you can sit on a lounge chair and chat with friends watching the mountain view. The breakfast tasted great, the first time I had such delicious corn, it was crispy and sweet. The potato pot rice ordered at night was very fragrant, and the bacon wild vegetables were also delicious. The breakfast is very rich, with fruit, noodles, soy milk, grains, and free freshly ground coffee. Overall, the price of this accommodation is worth the cost of building a villa here. It really takes a lot of human and financial resources to build a villa so designed in such a high mountain. The sky glass on the top floor is very suitable for taking pictures. The water in the swimming pool does not have disinfectant. It smells more comfortable than the disinfected water after changing the water for a few days.
