11/10 trip! This is a MUST book!  Everything from the hospitality (free snacks in room, pickup and drop offs to scenic sites, super friendly staff) to the quality of the room (very clean, bathtub views were amazing) has been impeccable! Blackout curtains and accurate temperature control allowed me to have the best sleep I’ve had in months Easily the closest hotel to a 5-star in this region - easily better / on-par with many 5-star hotels that I’ve stayed at. Nothing else in this region comes close to nearly as beautiful or comfortable stay as this

First of all, the homestay environment is beautiful compared with other nearby homes. Outside the house, a comfortable atmosphere is created for you, so that every traveler can settle down and stop to enjoy the beauty that is no longer a moment. Two soup springs where we can take a bath let us enjoy the warmth brought by nature in the hot spring. What is the taste of Enshi? Perhaps it is the smell of bacon and pig's trotters and the salty flavor of heavy-tasting food, the sour taste of sour beans and pickles, or the warmth brought by a bowl of pickled cabbage and bacon noodles. Finally, I must emphasize that her family's service is really like that of any star-rated high-class hotel, and she can pick up the car at the scenic spot. Meanwhile, the location of her family is very easy to find, just at the exit of the scenic spot.

First of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter. It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.

The room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm.

先説優點酒店的房間還挺大的設施，各項也不錯，離温泉很近，在這裏作為平時出來玩的地方很適合休閑放鬆 再説一下需要改進的地方，我們在酒店吃外賣比較多，然後詢問前台能不能幫我們拿上來的時候他説可以，但是我們等了足足有一個小時也沒有拿上來，最終還是我們自己下去取的，如果人手實在短缺，建議酒店多僱一些人，要不然就直接告訴顧客説需要等待多長時間才能拿到外賣，而不是讓客人一直在房間等着，拿到的時候飯菜都快涼了。 還有在洗澡的時候，水流量不夠大，還有沐浴露護髮素洗髮用品給的量都有點少，建議直接換成大瓶裝，而不是小瓶裝。 其他各項還比較滿意，建議加強服務質量

設施：還不錯，中國風酒店，温泉環境也可以，毛巾也很多 衞生：不錯，如果按照國際標準那肯定還是有很大差距，如果是國內温泉酒店標準我覺得可以了，温泉衞生也可以，但是比上不足比下有餘吧 環境：房間不錯，因為攜程鉑金會員還給我升級了 服務：也不錯 説一下需要改進的地方，房間收費的產品裏有成人用品，我覺得不用明目張膽放在最前面，情侶出遊是可以的，但如果是帶了孩子的，或者跟父母一起，那就很尷尬了，另外温泉區的汗蒸有4個，但是當天去的時候衹開放了一個，也很尷尬。池子的中葯味或者花瓣池的花味兒都不濃，就感覺是清水泡澡，所以改進，希望下次去的時候可以得到改進

帶着長者小孩一家人定了兩間私湯房，房間設施比較新，私湯也比較大，露天温泉區比較有特色的是可以坐電梯上樓，上面也有幾個小泡池，然後有一個大的 無邊游泳池，20幾度，不怕冷的話，也可以游泳。温泉水35-42度之間，小池子比較燙，大池子比較温，到了晚上加上燈光，氛圍不錯，挺漂亮的。服務一般，服務員沒有熱情，問個話不答直接用眼神讓你問旁邊的，感覺老闆需要加強員工服務培訓。比較驚喜的是，餐廳大廚做的菜很好吃，點了菜薹炒臘肉、鱸魚等，食材都很新鮮，都是現做，米飯也很好吃。

很真摯地寫下幾句話，選擇這家酒店，真的很值得！！！！ 從入住到離店全程被細節服務感動到。前台辦理入住時會給我端上好喝的茶飲，並讓我在沙發等待辦理。不得不説真的很貼心～ 管家級微信服務必須單獨評價！沒想到竟是24小時在線的管家，凌晨1點多詢問周邊夜宵推薦，不僅秒回還給出了指引路線。 酒店設施很不錯，健身房、洗衣房都有！更沒想到的是烘乾機也有，簡直拯救旅遊人！這家酒店的餐廳白天晚上都好看，適合拍照。早餐的性價比非常高，品種雖然説不多但品質上乘，真是物超所值。 不管是前台還是打掃阿姨，都會熱情的跟你打招呼，人美心善沒有距離感。這種被用心對待的感覺真的會讓人想反覆入住！

這次來華僑城遊玩，專門訂了雲海酒店，酒店環境很優雅，海洋主題，房間配套設施齊全，配有小冰箱，床頭自帶無線充電器，大大的沙發，浴室乾淨又衞生，乾濕分離，智能馬桶，侯瑜，孫靜，然然小姐姐詳細介紹了附近園區，周丹，侯瑜阿姨服務很熱情，衞生打掃很乾凈，洗漱用品補充的很充足，水，小童牙刷，拖鞋小朋友很高興點贊，下次還會入住。
