Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture.

緣分始於隨手刷到的視頻，便直奔這間民宿而來。
民宿在風景絕美的恩施，到這裏剛好撞見雨後天晴。雲海翻湧在峽谷之間，懸崖、瀑布、碧湖在眼前、在腳下。躺在床上便是滿屏中國好山水，震撼到讓人詞窮……
和朋友一起來訂了兩間，房間都很寬敞，整潔舒適，配有大落地窗🪟，一躺下整個人都鬆弛了下來☺️
睡飽之後，在民宿喝一杯咖啡☕️練一段瑜伽🧘♀️再到懸崖書店坐下，隨意翻一本喜歡的書📖
這裏還有藝術展廳🤩
每一個角落，
都是靈魂的安放❤️
最難忘的，是民宿貼心服務和本地師傅做的農家菜。食材就地取材、現采現做，新鮮又美味。説實話，這樣的神仙日子，是真的有點不想走了。

太棒了這酒店，我住完以後直接收藏了！這次入住的是畔山私湯房，在1樓，其實1樓的私隱性最好，而且不潮濕，避免等電梯的麻煩。
再説下房間設施，該有的都有了，非常到位。而且酒店本身就帶一個湯池，不住店的話，門票也要一百多，所以非常值！
在這裏泡泡湯、聊聊天、喝下奶茶，真的愜意。收藏了，以後帶爸媽來~

跟朋友一起出遊，整體感覺還行，温泉在酒店外面，需步行一段距離，温泉池子很多，各種温度和功效的都有，房間比較常規，這個價格還算可以了。唯一不足是房間內沒有電話，退房的時候服務員不停敲房門也是很煩。

我們全家共 4 人於2025年12月31日至2026年1月3日期間入住恩施希爾頓歡朋酒店，預訂了兩間標準房。按照酒店公示，早餐供應時間為每日早上6:30至10:00。我們於1月1日及1月2日在酒店自助早餐廳用餐，整體體驗尚可，但1月2日上午的情況令人非常失望。
當天上午約9點35分，我與家人進入早餐廳時，發現食物已所剩無幾：煎蛋、水煮蛋均已告罄，牛奶亦未補充。我們向現場工作人員提出希望能提供四份煎蛋，卻被告知“煎蛋設備已收起，無法制作”，且沒有其他可補充的食品選擇。最終，我們衹能勉強選取剩餘的幾個麪包和蒸包作為早餐，無法獲得應有的用餐體驗。
在我們之後，另有約五六位住客陸續進入餐廳，同樣面臨幾乎無餐可用的窘境。作為長期信賴並多次選擇希爾頓旗下酒店的客人，我們一直認可希爾頓品牌的服務標準與專業管理，也在全球多家希爾頓酒店有過滿意的入住體驗。正因如此，此次在恩施歡朋酒店的早餐經歷，讓我們感到格外遺憾。

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and plenty to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel is also in a perfect location, close to the main attractions and very convenient for getting around. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

華美達酒店一如既往的沒毛病，接待，設施，衞生，服務都挺好，而且這個酒店旁邊有個景點，和酒店還有關係，所以住宿酒店送景點門票。我這次因為其他原因需要提前離店，前台的姑娘也非常熱情的幫助辦好提前離店手續。

AASTRID HERNANDEZFirst of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter.
It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.

The front desk guy Feng Li provided good service, checked in quickly, and sent welcome fruits. The room was very cozy, the bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the soundproofing was great, so I could have a good night's sleep. The gym equipment was new, and there were Chinese and Western breakfasts with a wide variety. They also helped me call a taxi when I checked out, and the service was so thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again next time I come here!

After climbing the mountain, soak in a hot spring to relax. If it is hot in summer, soak in the open-air swimming pool and count the stars in the sky. . . The hot pot dishes made by the inn are also very delicious. The service of the front desk sister and the kitchen aunt is particularly good, and the experience is very good. After returning, I kept recommending it to my friends and colleagues. . By the way, my chartered driver is also very good. He is a skilled and honest young man.

In the afternoon, I went to the children's play area and the magic carpet mountain bike for an afternoon. I drove to Wanda for dinner and rested for one night. The next morning, I went to feed the animals, giraffes and animals in the cute pet paradise. The hotel environment is very good, we live in the ordinary standard room, very close to the Changjin Deer Restaurant. There is also a shuttle bus, which is very convenient on call. There were a lot of people when I checked out on the weekend. I waited for the bus for a long time. There was no such problem at other times. It is estimated that the scenic shuttle bus is not enough. The disadvantage is that the Giraffe restaurant has a little less stir-fry, and the price is a bit more expensive, but it is not particularly exaggerated.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel truly offers excellent amenities. We only spent a few hundred RMB, but it felt like a full-blown vacation – such great value for money! The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!

KKK_127I checked into this hotel on May Day, and honestly, I was expecting service to be a bit slow due to the holiday. To my surprise, it was completely the opposite! The staff was incredibly responsive; they actually followed up on every request and solved issues, not just giving good attitudes without resolution. The 'little butler' even messaged me on WeChat beforehand with some helpful tips, which was a pleasant surprise. I've stayed at many hotels where holiday service tends to lag, so this was my first great impression here.
The second impressive point is the hotel's 'small yet beautiful' aesthetic, which is evident everywhere. The hotel itself seamlessly blends with the Song Dynasty-inspired aesthetics of Ganlu Mountain Cultural & Creative City, making for a fantastic resort feel.
Thirdly, the hotel has its own hot spring, and with a ski resort and the cultural city nearby, I felt a 3-day, 2-night trip was perfectly fulfilling, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
Finally, a major plus for me was the convenience of ordering takeout in the area. This is super important because many hotels with great views can be a bit isolated. Being able to order food easily is a huge deal for me.
The hot springs were also excellent, maintaining that 'small yet beautiful' vibe. They might not be vast, but the design is quite clever and refined.

GGuest UserThis stay at Maili Mountain Homestay completely exceeded expectations! The B&B is located near the Enshi Grand Canyon Scenic Area, only a few minutes' drive from the visitor center. The owner kindly provides free pick-up and drop-off service, which is especially convenient for free-travel tourists.
The room is simple in design and full of mountain style. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the cliffs of the canyon. When you lie in bed and open the curtains in the morning, you can see the wonder of clouds and mist, as if you are in fairyland. The room is fully equipped with a smart toilet, central air-conditioning system, and projector. The mattress is soft and comfortable, and we are instantly healed after a tiring day.
The boss was warm and thoughtful. He not only helped plan the tour route, but also took the initiative to pick us up and drop us off at the scenic spot. The food at the B&B is even better! The breakfast was very filling and had a lot of variety. Considering that northerners love to eat pasta, they gave each of us an extra bowl, which was super warm and thoughtful! ! ! For dinner, I tried the boss's recommended dishes: stewed chicken with morels and fried bamboo shoots with bacon. The ingredients were fresh, the taste was authentic, and the price was affordable.
The homestay has a viewing terrace and a tea room. In the evening, you can brew a pot of Enshi Yulu, sit on the terrace, look up and see the starry sky, completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Knowing that we wanted to explore the canyon before leaving, the boss gave us a few bottles of water when we checked out. How thoughtful!
