My boyfriend and I just had the most special stay here. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful team looked after us and helped with everything and anything we could want. We’d wanted to eat dinner upon arrival, and so they provided some of the nicest Chinese food I’ve had to date! My recommendation is the fried eggs and leek. We were obsessed! 🤤 The room and the amenities were really high quality, and I especially enjoyed the incredible view from our bedroom. Daily, we were given snacks and fruits. The food was so good that we ordered again on our second night. Truly, the food was 10/10!! For the room, everything was clean, modern and worked well. All the staff were excellent, too. Yang Yang was especially wonderful (picture of us together!) and made sure we had the best time. She helped with organising our trip, including travel. She is a warm, kind person who made all the difference to our trip. She also introduced us to 土豆 the cat—he was just as delightful! As a foreigner in China, sometimes it can be tricky to navigate how best to travel certain areas. This hotel and the wonderful people here made us feel at home. Thanks so much for this memorable trip, Yang Yang —and also to all the lovely people there! You MUST stay here for the best hotel outside Enshi Grand Canyon!! 💚

First of all, the homestay environment is beautiful compared with other nearby homes. Outside the house, a comfortable atmosphere is created for you, so that every traveler can settle down and stop to enjoy the beauty that is no longer a moment. Two soup springs where we can take a bath let us enjoy the warmth brought by nature in the hot spring. What is the taste of Enshi? Perhaps it is the smell of bacon and pig's trotters and the salty flavor of heavy-tasting food, the sour taste of sour beans and pickles, or the warmth brought by a bowl of pickled cabbage and bacon noodles. Finally, I must emphasize that her family's service is really like that of any star-rated high-class hotel, and she can pick up the car at the scenic spot. Meanwhile, the location of her family is very easy to find, just at the exit of the scenic spot.

First of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter. It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.

First: ladies at the front desk: rally lovely helpful ladies! But about the rest??? Swimming-pool? Not open yet. Was not advertised on the internet it was closed. We booked the hotel because of the poo…I hardly believe it will ever be open … Breakfast? Terrible. Very old food. Bread options were so old, you could not even bite in it. They do not refill. So no fruit was left at 9.15….. breakfast should be open till 10.00… Food options restaurant for dinner: black pepper beef was way to hard to chew, and overpriced. Room cleaning: perfect Roomsize: okay Airconditioning: we had to ask several times why it didn’t work. It was way to hot in the room, so we didn’t have a nice sleep. Overal: despite the lovely desk ladies, would never again stay here again.

朋友來咸寧玩，給朋友訂的房間，環境非常好！前台客服小周服務態度熱情，客房服務員態度也很好！窗户外就是潛山國家森林公園，空氣非常清新！入住酒店，單買温泉票很優惠！距離太乙洞風景區非常近！

武漢近期太熱，每個週末我們都選個周邊避暑。這次選到咸寧，找個親子酒店游泳再去隱水洞。 價格：在其他平台訂房的，週末的雙人房價格不到500，暑假期間不算漲價太高。沒有加早餐的費用，不想為了酒店早餐去特意早起。（事實證明是對的，入住時就很多人。我們出門的時候，隔壁房客就在吐槽早餐時間客人多） 房型：雙人房，床寬1.35，帶陽台。帶兩個孩子還算舒適。洗手間設施不太新，浴缸怕不乾淨沒用。陽台晚上晾曬泳衣很方便。 酒店設施：親子區不太大，有球池和一點vr設備。孩子們看了一眼，親子酒店大同小異，選擇回房看奧運。 室外泳池在户外一個凹角里，夕陽很美，可惜前方建築遮擋，衹能看見一點點殘影。 服務：帶小孩需要增加客用鞋子和洗漱用品，打總枱電話，很快送到房間裏；酒店大堂有冰鎮茶飲，進出太熱，喝一口舒服。 對酒店的建議：預訂房間有一個非遺親子項目，問前台，回覆説客人太多了，拿了一個小小香包給我們，這點不太滿意。做暑期檔活動，難道不應該趁着人多和客人互動嗎？增強記憶點，提高客人滿意度嗎。以人多為由拒絕，還不如不要在平台上寫這些親子活動。

The hot spring is clean and has many outdoor and indoor pools with different water temperatures and even a pool with fish pedicures. The rooms are nice and the staff is very kind and supportive. The breakfast menu is mainly Chinese.

從武漢開車兩小時過來，一路上還算順暢。酒店地理位置不錯，遠離市區喧囂，周圍自然環境優美，空氣清新。酒店的裝修很新，但沒有任何異味，讓人感到非常舒適和放心。房間內部設施齊全，床鋪舒適乾淨，衞生間也很寬敞，提供了很好的住宿體驗。温泉區雖然不大，但是依山而建的設計讓人感到很有特色。有無邊泳池和各種類型的池子供選擇，可以根據自己的喜好和需求進行選擇。水質清澈透明，温度適中，讓人身心舒暢。此外，酒店的服務也很到位，工作人員熱情友好，讓人感覺賓至如歸。總之，這是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，下次還會再來。

雖然是攜程的老會員了，但是極少寫點評，這次是真的有感而發。訂房很匆忙，是因為原計劃的遠途行程有變，臨時看到天嶼湖度假酒店還有適合的房間就趕緊訂了。本來也沒有抱太大的指望，但是整個兩天一晚的行程還是讓大人小孩都挺超預期的，大家已經在計劃下一次的旅行了。度假區面積有1萬多畝，因為很大，所以雖然是國慶節仍不嫌擁擠，有人氣但是不過分喧鬧；酒店是按五星標準打造的，感覺不錯，雖然也有電話不通、刷不開門的小插曲，總體感覺是瑕不掩瑜，尤其是前台經理甘麗的服務意識和糾錯執行力，讓人都要慶幸因為插曲而交到這個美女朋友了，在此特別感謝甘美女讓我們在一天半的行程裏有好的心情。在度假區無論是運動中心打高爾夫、打羽毛球，還是泡温泉，亦或美食街閑逛還是吃火鍋，都沒有讓人失望，尤其是在房間的窗台上看煙花的感覺真是棒極了！雖然是大家預感要人流洶湧的國慶假期，但是這一次短程的度假確實給我們了驚喜，無論是硬件設施還是軟件服務都讓我們要將這裏作為經常打卡休閑後花園了！

環境很好，設備比較新。其次服務態度也很好，碰到了工作人員都會微笑打個招呼，雖然不是大事，但是很多酒店都沒有。最後服務員的響應速度很快，續住了一天沒刷房卡進不去房間，給前台打電話之後，工作人員一路小跑過來給開門。辦入住時説需要床圍欄，剛進房間圍欄就送過來了。自助早餐還可以，但是温泉中心的自助倒很一般。總體是不錯的。本來衹開了一天房間，由於家裡人都住的舒服，特別是寶寶很開心，又續住了一天。 後期如果有機會，會再過來，好評，推薦！對哦，還給開了夜床。
