Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture.

房間佈置充滿童趣，小朋友特別喜歡。温泉就在酒店旁邊，出行非常方便。
服務更是貼心到位：打電話要求送鞋子、浴袍，三分鐘就送到；睡前還特意贈送了四杯牛奶，助眠又暖心，整體體驗十分滿意！
酒店外部環境也很愜意！如果是小情侶來，強烈推薦它的山莊私湯☺

緣分始於隨手刷到的視頻，便直奔這間民宿而來。
民宿在風景絕美的恩施，到這裏剛好撞見雨後天晴。雲海翻湧在峽谷之間，懸崖、瀑布、碧湖在眼前、在腳下。躺在床上便是滿屏中國好山水，震撼到讓人詞窮……
和朋友一起來訂了兩間，房間都很寬敞，整潔舒適，配有大落地窗🪟，一躺下整個人都鬆弛了下來☺️
睡飽之後，在民宿喝一杯咖啡☕️練一段瑜伽🧘♀️再到懸崖書店坐下，隨意翻一本喜歡的書📖
這裏還有藝術展廳🤩
每一個角落，
都是靈魂的安放❤️
最難忘的，是民宿貼心服務和本地師傅做的農家菜。食材就地取材、現采現做，新鮮又美味。説實話，這樣的神仙日子，是真的有點不想走了。
還會再復購哦！希望商家保留一如既往的品質！

太棒了這酒店，我住完以後直接收藏了！這次入住的是畔山私湯房，在1樓，其實1樓的私隱性最好，而且不潮濕，避免等電梯的麻煩。
再説下房間設施，該有的都有了，非常到位。而且酒店本身就帶一個湯池，不住店的話，門票也要一百多，所以非常值！
在這裏泡泡湯、聊聊天、喝下奶茶，真的愜意。收藏了，以後帶爸媽來~

剛入住就發現衞生間馬桶上有細細的長裂縫，用廁後一沖水就有水滲出，向前台反映後予以換房，處理方式及態度皆認可。不過，希望像這類情況應該早處理而不是待客人住進來提出來才跟進。
酒店附近生態環境不錯，值得點贊👍🏻

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and plenty to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel is also in a perfect location, close to the main attractions and very convenient for getting around. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

華美達酒店一如既往的沒毛病，接待，設施，衞生，服務都挺好，而且這個酒店旁邊有個景點，和酒店還有關係，所以住宿酒店送景點門票。我這次因為其他原因需要提前離店，前台的姑娘也非常熱情的幫助辦好提前離店手續。

The front desk guy Feng Li provided good service, checked in quickly, and sent welcome fruits. The room was very cozy, the bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the soundproofing was great, so I could have a good night's sleep. The gym equipment was new, and there were Chinese and Western breakfasts with a wide variety. They also helped me call a taxi when I checked out, and the service was so thoughtful. After climbing the mountain, soak in a hot spring to relax. If it is hot in summer, soak in the open-air swimming pool and count the stars in the sky. . . When I traveled, it coincided with thunder and rain. I was worried that it would affect the mood of playing. I didn't expect the service of the park butler to completely dispel our concerns. Considering the baby's young age, the housekeeper specially installed a baby fence for us, creating a safe and comfortable small space for the child; it was inconvenient to travel on rainy days, and specially arranged hot springs for us, so that we could feel full of warmth in a cool rainy day; Even breakfast is delivered directly to the room, no need to go out in the rain, easy and worry-free, every detail is very thoughtful, let our whole family feel warm.
The weather did not affect the joy of playing, we took coco to punch in most of the park projects, the whole process was immersed in joy. Gentle giraffes, cute sika deer, cute ducks, and small animals interacting with feeding up close, is the happiest moment for coco, watching the child carefully feed the small animals, full of childlike truth and joy. We also went to the special Flamingo restaurant, the dining environment is warm and chic, the food and the scenery are accompanied, especially comfortable.
All day, the 3-year-old coco was in high spirits, with a bright smile on his face, and kept talking about the little animals in the park on the way home. Can let children have such a carefree, joyful good time, inseparable from the park staff's attentive service and caring care.
I sincerely thank all the staff of the Three Gorges Giraffe Park for their warm service. This is not only a cute pet paradise full of childishness, but also a good place for people to feel warm. It is highly recommended to bring a family with a baby. We will definitely check in again!

The hotel itself is relatively new. Both breakfast and lunch were superb. I'll definitely bring my child back to stay here again. The hotel staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Very satisfied, and I've already recommended it to several people.

GGuest UserThis stay at Maili Mountain Homestay completely exceeded expectations! The B&B is located near the Enshi Grand Canyon Scenic Area, only a few minutes' drive from the visitor center. The owner kindly provides free pick-up and drop-off service, which is especially convenient for free-travel tourists.
The room is simple in design and full of mountain style. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the cliffs of the canyon. When you lie in bed and open the curtains in the morning, you can see the wonder of clouds and mist, as if you are in fairyland. The room is fully equipped with a smart toilet, central air-conditioning system, and projector. The mattress is soft and comfortable, and we are instantly healed after a tiring day.
The boss was warm and thoughtful. He not only helped plan the tour route, but also took the initiative to pick us up and drop us off at the scenic spot. The food at the B&B is even better! The breakfast was very filling and had a lot of variety. Considering that northerners love to eat pasta, they gave each of us an extra bowl, which was super warm and thoughtful! ! ! For dinner, I tried the boss's recommended dishes: stewed chicken with morels and fried bamboo shoots with bacon. The ingredients were fresh, the taste was authentic, and the price was affordable.
The homestay has a viewing terrace and a tea room. In the evening, you can brew a pot of Enshi Yulu, sit on the terrace, look up and see the starry sky, completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Knowing that we wanted to explore the canyon before leaving, the boss gave us a few bottles of water when we checked out. How thoughtful!
Whether it is the geographical location, accommodation quality or humanistic services, they are all super good! I highly recommend this to friends who plan to visit Enshi Grand Canyon. I will definitely come again next time!
