房間佈置充滿童趣，小朋友特別喜歡。温泉就在酒店旁邊，出行非常方便。
服務更是貼心到位：打電話要求送鞋子、浴袍，三分鐘就送到；睡前還特意贈送了四杯牛奶，助眠又暖心，整體體驗十分滿意！

緣分始於隨手刷到的視頻，便直奔這間民宿而來。
民宿在風景絕美的恩施，到這裏剛好撞見雨後天晴。雲海翻湧在峽谷之間，懸崖、瀑布、碧湖在眼前、在腳下。躺在床上便是滿屏中國好山水，震撼到讓人詞窮……
和朋友一起來訂了兩間，房間都很寬敞，整潔舒適，配有大落地窗🪟，一躺下整個人都鬆弛了下來☺️
睡飽之後，在民宿喝一杯咖啡☕️練一段瑜伽🧘♀️再到懸崖書店坐下，隨意翻一本喜歡的書📖
這裏還有藝術展廳🤩
每一個角落，
都是靈魂的安放❤️
最難忘的，是民宿貼心服務和本地師傅做的農家菜。食材就地取材、現采現做，新鮮又美味。説實話，這樣的神仙日子，是真的有點不想走了。
還會再復購哦！希望商家保留一如既往的品質！

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotspring valley hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. It was right next to the hot spring resort and they had a great Chinese breakfast buffet.

我們全家共 4 人於2025年12月31日至2026年1月3日期間入住恩施希爾頓歡朋酒店，預訂了兩間標準房。按照酒店公示，早餐供應時間為每日早上6:30至10:00。我們於1月1日及1月2日在酒店自助早餐廳用餐，整體體驗尚可，但1月2日上午的情況令人非常失望。
當天上午約9點35分，我與家人進入早餐廳時，發現食物已所剩無幾：煎蛋、水煮蛋均已告罄，牛奶亦未補充。我們向現場工作人員提出希望能提供四份煎蛋，卻被告知“煎蛋設備已收起，無法制作”，且沒有其他可補充的食品選擇。最終，我們衹能勉強選取剩餘的幾個麪包和蒸包作為早餐，無法獲得應有的用餐體驗。
在我們之後，另有約五六位住客陸續進入餐廳，同樣面臨幾乎無餐可用的窘境。作為長期信賴並多次選擇希爾頓旗下酒店的客人，我們一直認可希爾頓品牌的服務標準與專業管理，也在全球多家希爾頓酒店有過滿意的入住體驗。正因如此，此次在恩施歡朋酒店的早餐經歷，讓我們感到格外遺憾。

This property is probably one of the nicest in the area. It is both secluded and very close to the Grand Canyon activities. Don’t miss the local food served in the homestay, it’s very delicious! The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

華美達酒店一如既往的沒毛病，接待，設施，衞生，服務都挺好，而且這個酒店旁邊有個景點，和酒店還有關係，所以住宿酒店送景點門票。我這次因為其他原因需要提前離店，前台的姑娘也非常熱情的幫助辦好提前離店手續。

The front desk guy Feng Li provided good service, checked in quickly, and sent welcome fruits. The room was very cozy, the bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the soundproofing was great, so I could have a good night's sleep. The gym equipment was new, and there were Chinese and Western breakfasts with a wide variety. They also helped me call a taxi when I checked out, and the service was so thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again next time I come here!

After climbing the mountain, soak in a hot spring to relax. If it is hot in summer, soak in the open-air swimming pool and count the stars in the sky. . . The hot pot dishes made by the inn are also very delicious. The service of the front desk sister and the kitchen aunt is particularly good, and the experience is very good. When I traveled, it coincided with thunder and rain. I was worried that it would affect the mood of playing. I didn't expect the service of the park butler to completely dispel our concerns. Considering the baby's young age, the housekeeper specially installed a baby fence for us, creating a safe and comfortable small space for the child; it was inconvenient to travel on rainy days, and specially arranged hot springs for us, so that we could feel full of warmth in a cool rainy day; Even breakfast is delivered directly to the room, no need to go out in the rain, easy and worry-free, every detail is very thoughtful, let our whole family feel warm.
The weather did not affect the joy of playing, we took coco to punch in most of the park projects, the whole process was immersed in joy. Gentle giraffes, cute sika deer, cute ducks, and small animals interacting with feeding up close, is the happiest moment for coco, watching the child carefully feed the small animals, full of childlike truth and joy. We also went to the special Flamingo restaurant, the dining environment is warm and chic, the food and the scenery are accompanied, especially comfortable.
All day, the 3-year-old coco was in high spirits, with a bright smile on his face, and kept talking about the little animals in the park on the way home. Can let children have such a carefree, joyful good time, inseparable from the park staff's attentive service and caring care.
I sincerely thank all the staff of the Three Gorges Giraffe Park for their warm service. This is not only a cute pet paradise full of childishness, but also a good place for people to feel warm. It is highly recommended to bring a family with a baby. We will definitely check in again!

From the viewing platform, you can enjoy the mountain view villa and cliff cliffs opposite without obstruction. The breakfast tasted great, the first time I had such delicious corn, it was crispy and sweet. The potato pot rice ordered at night was very fragrant, and the bacon wild vegetables were also delicious. The breakfast is very rich, with fruit, noodles, soy milk, grains, and free freshly ground coffee. Overall, the price of this accommodation is worth the cost of building a villa here. It really takes a lot of human and financial resources to build a villa so designed in such a high mountain. The sky glass on the top floor is very suitable for taking pictures. The water in the swimming pool does not have disinfectant. It smells more comfortable than the disinfected water after changing the water for a few days.
