Very nice hotel with very beautiful decoration and design. Have many beautiful art and sculpturea. Ethereal from the front desk is very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stay at Ordos Ruiya Hotel.

The location is in Dongsheng district, the former center of the city, a bit far from the Ordos city. Our purpose was to visit the Chinggis Khaan mausoleum, so the selection of the location was a minor mistake. It is not related to the hotel’s wonderful service. The hotel’s service and conditions were amazing other than the receptionists didn’t know English. They asked for a deposit but finally, they did know we already paid. It took some time after our long trip. Hope they will improve their experiences with online booking

Room was clean and tidy and beds were comfy. Breakfast was fair. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel, instead we got a deal on dianping for a hotpot restaurant five minutes walk away. The staff were friendly and a bonus was free entry to the bath house included.

Located just next to the entrance of Wulan Butong Scenic Area. Acceptable cleanliness (questionable dirt on some blankets). Overall very friendly staff. Poor facilities, such as no hot water/ or mostly very weak water supply during our stay. Do not book rooms above 800HKD to justify your stay.

説實在話，酒店一點也不像是2023年開業的，整體感受非常的老舊和老氣。衞生情況尚可，整體打掃是乾淨的；環境因為坐落在涼城相對空曠的地方，感覺舒服、清爽的。 但是服務，真的是不敢恭維了。晚上七八點辦理入住，兩個訂單總共4間房是一起訂的，給我們分配到了不同的樓層。前台大姐還大聲説“你們是網絡預訂的，是這樣的”。這是區別對待、歧視我們外地遊客還是歧視攜程呢？再説，這位大姐連我們連住2個晚上都不知道，早餐餐票衹給了1天的，這剎那間真的是內心萬馬奔騰。這還沒完呢，上到房間了，首先見到一大堆器材，然後就是走廊一大堆生活用品。我們去的是酒店？不是宿舍嗎？後來才知道是郭嘉某隊在此下榻的。但是，前台大姐好歹得跟我們説一聲啊。感覺我們入住了人家的宿舍，還被包圍了？直至第二天早上，見到一樓其實一邊是大床一邊是雙床，完全是可以替我們一行人4間房安排相鄰的，真的太不專業了。服務很想打0分，給兩個星，是給打掃房間的阿姨和温泉那裡的大叔的。早餐也是另外一個吐槽點，簡陋得讓你感覺是風餐露宿的體驗。 設施方面，除了温泉、小童遊樂中心外，沒啥特別，温泉有幾個小榻榻米房間，可以供朋友聚一起聊天、打撲克，是一個亮點，給個及格分。

我和姐妹一起來的，定的是大床房，整體風格也很舒服，服務也很周到，正好趕上姨媽期，服務員第一時間給我送了衞生用品，對於女孩子來説，真的很貼心，也很感謝，酒店外面的環境設施也很優美，我最喜歡的就是大草坪，拍照打卡，還能露營也能燒烤，正好幸運的遇到了拍婚紗照的朋友，挺不錯的，真心推薦大家來薩瓦納酒店度假⛱️

Rundown Town and provably the best hotel available that accepts foreign guests. Came here on the mistaken understanding that this Shangdu was the famed Shangdu of 'Xanadu' fame! OK, fairly priced hotel. Ok coffee shop across the road (with harley davidson motorcycle on display) but ortherwisw a forgettable town.

訂的大床房，二天，住一天後退了，床矮，床墊被子都不舒服，沒有衣櫃，就是牆上釘的掛鈎，電視還是投屏的，年輕人可能喜歡吧，看新聞啥的還是不習慣，早餐是包子鋪，麪食品種齊全，有熗拌菜，粥，豆腐腦。可以去他家温泉洗浴，免門票。

該酒店房間設施很好，酒店衞生乾淨，該酒店的周邊環境，很一般，該酒店的服務員服務很好，酒店停車不方便，酒店停車場外邊的道路入口，經常讓外面的汽車擋住入口，所以汽車無法進入停車場。
