We went to this hotel on a family trip and booked a lodge. We arrived after dark, the hotel team was helpful in getting us to our lodge, although the languange barrier was clear. Transport was done by electric carts. The lodge was cosy and comfortable, with a nice terrace with wetlands view. Good beds, and a spacious bathroom. It was clean. The dinner we had was good for people liking chinese food (kind of chinese barbeque). The breakfast was chinese too, which may be an issue for people who are into more traditional western breakfast. The buffet was diverse, a lot to choose. The location of the venue is great, plenty of activities for families. We were there during Golden Week. Perfect temperature (10-15 degrees), blue skies... We can recommend this hotel and its amenities and would go back again.

I was really surprised! It was so warm. During the stay in the hotel, you can also take the room card to the second floor to soak in the hot springs, which is really cost-effective. I was very lucky to come to the place I have always wanted to visit in early autumn. I prefer the location of the volcanic hot springs to the river valley. It is further away from the road. The room is very suitable for sleeping, quiet, secluded and comfortable. The housekeeper and service staff exceeded expectations, were professional and considerate. The housekeeper Xiao Wang responded very quickly through WeChat, which was very reassuring. When asking for help, he was very reliable. For breakfast, you can enjoy delicious freshly made egg dishes, and the doneness is simply precise. I was also very satisfied with the hot spring experience after upgrading to a room. The hot spring experience was perfect with the wind blowing from the grassland. Don’t miss the starry sky at night and the blues at sunrise and sunset.

The room was spacious, and the kids loved it. They gave us complimentary tickets to the hot spring bath and the children's playground upon check-in, and the kids had a blast and didn't want to leave. The service was also excellent; they immediately took care of anything we needed when we called.
