JJanli Armac VelezOur room can occupy 5 persons which is good. Furnitures and amenities is nice. Only thing I can comment is the AC. It was 20C and I feel its not cool enough and can barely make the room cool. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating. Other than that i like the resort and the food. Add up some activities for the night like party and cool music please.

GGuest UserEvery single thing from the service to the facilities, to the activities, to the food, to the room and just absolute stunning and sophisticated place. We truly have never been so happy with a hotel as we have been with TRS Turquesa. We cannot wait to go back next year!!! Our butler, Ray, was the absolute best!!!! He took care of every single thing for us every single day we were there. We are still speechless and how wonderful this vacation was. Truly amazing!

PPaulo Da cunhavery bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back
