Really beautiful location - mountains surrounding it and such a pretty little town. The first room we were offered was beautiful and large, but it was quite dark with only one window. We were quickly offered a choice of other rooms, which were slightly smaller, but with much more light flooding in. The set menu dinner was really great value and we enjoyed all three courses with a nice wine. Maybe slightly pricey on the B&B cost but we were there when there was a big event in the town so it was quite busy. Breakfast had a wide selection and the swimming pool was beautifully clear but icy cold!! The sun terrace was really warm though, so great to be refreshed then warm up in the sun. Really friendly and helpful team - thank you to the staff for such a lovely stay.

This is a lovely hotel. However, we were disappointed with the hotel as the rating is 4 stars and the pictures/description make the hotel sound amazing. Everything was adequate and we had no reason to complain, however, we were expecting something better. The pool is smaller than it looks in the picture :( The dining room can get very noisy at times with long queues of people. Many groups of tourists (older age range) travelling together. Sometimes you had to wait for more food to arrive, or the food was cold because it had been there for too long. The acoustics in the dining room did not help with the noise levels. On a positive note - we enjoyed the indoor Spa. The rooms were kept very clean and were adequate for our stay and the staff were always ready to help if needed. Located within walking distance of a small town with local bars and friendly residents... there are also other areas of interest within short driving distance of the hotel.

No comprendo algunas de las reseñas que he estado leyendo por aquí. El hotel es un lugar agradable en el que estar. La estética no es “ochentera” como he leído por ahí, es moderna, aunque requiere una pasadita de mantenimiento. El spa es muy agradable y bastante completo, sauna de vapor y finlandesa, hammam de piedra caliente, varias piscinas, incluyendo una de contraste, destaca la piscina exterior con vistas a la cascada del Fraile. El entorno es espectacular. El desayuno buffet es correcto, como mucho podría pedir que el café fuera de cafetera en vez de máquina. De la comida en general no puedo hablar ya que opté por comer en otro lugar. Las camas son cómodas, el baño es amplio y la bañera es enorme, aunque de nuevo hay que indicar que la de mi habitación estaba ligeramente picada. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y en general mi experiencia fue deliciosa. El paseo junto al lago es precioso. En realidad, creo que lo peor es la carretera de acceso, pero es lo esperable en una ubicación de alta montaña. Además salen de allí varias rutas de senderismo y el propio hotel organiza actividades tanto para adultos como para niños, ya que se da la bienvenida a toda la familia. Yo pienso volver y espero que muy pronto.

Fantástica estancia en el balneario de la Virgen. Habitación doble superior de 10 Pensión completa , desayuno correcto, comida y cena cuatro primeros y cuatro segundos bien El balneario muy bien organizado. El paraje espectacular por los alrededores.
