Sauna never in use. Was dirty eith hair (wet one). Dry one all cool... But costs 5e. Hotel was clean and really nice... Close to the sea and really nice area... But one elevator died while we were there and we needed to wait for up to 10 min to leave hotel each time. 2nd elevator was also close to dying... So noicy and broken. Brakfast - ok... But many people go there and u need to wait in queue for getting into dining area??? You pay for it and then u stay in queue fpr 10 min just so you get inside. The rest all awesome.

Firstly, it's too pricey and doesn't really offer good value. It feels very hot even after adjusting the temperature to the lowest setting (19 degrees Celsius being the lowest possible). The room is a bit old, and water flows out from the shower room while showering. The bathroom area is extremely dark. This package cost me around $6K HKD, and I can confidently say it doesn't compare well to other new 5-star hotels in Barcelona. The best thing about W is the bar/restaurant on the 26th floor. The staff is generally rude and impolite, possibly including some of the security staff. The reception staff assisting with check-in are also unfriendly, possibly due to a large number of guests waiting.

Stayed for only for one night but the friendly and accommodating staffs made it worthwhile. The room is a getting old and the LED TV is quite small but the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast selection is good. The location is also good. There is a shopping centre opposite the hotel. Overall I will stay again in this hotel.

Bonjour , j'ai réserver pour une nuit la bas et franchement c'était le top , il ya une piscine un bar un restaurant salle de jeu bar dansant .... et j'en passe . Le point le plus négatif c'est la propreté des chambres c'est un scandale vraiment heureusement que ce n'étais que pour une nuit la réception à étais vraiment top car elle nous a changée de chambre donc tour à étais réglée mais la propreté va falloir faire quelque chose ! La chambre en soit etais grande et spacieuse il y a un balcon non vraiment top . Ensuite c'est un hôtel assez bruyant idéal entre familles ou amis je déconseille pour les couples . Niveau emplacement vous pouvez pas faire mieux il y a tout à côté c'est en plein centre ville . Vous avez tous à côté !.

Habitaciones muy antiguas, falta de renovación en general....solo escuchar los comentarios del chico de mantenimiento alegando que esta todo muy amtiguo y que hace falta una buena inversión para mejorarlo todo, te das cuenta que no soy el único que tiene y a tendra problemas de confort y seguridad....... aire acondicionado, puertas del balcon, moqueta sucia, camas, etc... creo que 4 estrellas no lo vale por el estado de las Habitaciones. En 4 días he estado en 2 por tener que cambiarme debido a problemas de seguridad y confort. Esta segunda habitación sigue faltando confort para lo que se paga y la categoria asignada de 4 estrellas qué creo que ya ha perdido. Me quedan 2 dias y espero no tener mas contratiempos, ya que las soluciones por parte del hotel son excusas, ni tan sólo un detalle por parte del hotel de haber pagado algo que no se ha cumplido, como el confort de un 4 estrellas.

La calificación de este hotel balneario es únicamente de tres estrellas. Nosotros estábamos en habitación Premium y no quiero pensar como serán las habitaciones normales. Aún así, lo peor ha sido el buffet del desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena, de verdad que no hay por donde cogerlos y mucho menos comerlos, bandejas escasas y con platos no bien confeccionadas precisamente. Imposible comparar este buffet con otros de distintos hoteles. Camareros acelerados, parecieran llevar todos prisa en desaparecer cuanto antes, les cuesta rellenar el termo de la leche, tienes que insistir en que no hay leche. Había bandejas sobre todo las de pescado que tal como venían se iban completamente llenas, sin embargo, si en alguna ocasión acertaban en cualquier bandeja con otra comida les costaba volver a traer otra de repuesto. En la cena a veces las bandejas que no se habían consumido en el almuerzo se podían ver puestas de nuevo. Lo mejor el agua, te la dan con gas, sin gas, sin ganas. Si pides una cerveza te la cobran aparte. Habíamos estado hace cuatro años y las comidas eran cocina de restaurante. El chef creo que es el mismo, un tal David que está claro que el cambio al buffet no le va a beneficiar nada en su carrera. Se comenta que posiblemente la Dirección vuelva cambiar al sistema anterior de comidas en restaurante. Tal vez, el comedor principal esté en obras y el sistema de buffet haya sido instalado por esta causa, pero curiosamente en la publicidad este detalle se les olvidó comentarlo.

I have just returned from a week away and wanted rest and relaxation and I got just that. I was in an apartment room really a family room with a balcony. My balcony offered me sea glimpses and I didn't care because just a few steps and you stand at the edge of the Mediterranean . Sun rise one morning was an almost spiritual moment. The storm one night was amazing and the sun shone every day. The staff go to great lengths to oblige, inform and assist any outing any guest has in mind and I have had lifts into the village on two occasions. Amazing. The food was so varied for both breakfast and dinner that I challenge anyone to say they didn't like it. I have so may moments to mention but my favourite was a lunch on the cafeteria terrace. Tuna salad. In the sun. In the open air. In October. I loved it. I cannot comment on the daily and nightly entertainment for adults and for children as that isn't what I went for but the Bingo in three languages and with intermezzo dance must have been fun for young and old. The laughter was infectious. I saw an adder on a walk basking in the sun and flamingos on my trip to the mussel farm. I honestly didn't want to come home. There were things which others might miss but my week was utter bliss. Thank you to all the staff. Susan van Ling

The town where the hotel is located is quite and peaceful, with picturesque natural landscapes that provide a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and hot spring to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Standard business trip in La Garriga with preferable hotel in this location. Room was not quite new , but it it s acceptable for business trip. If somebody would like to stay here for holiday, is better to choose probably more comfortable room. I got room for one person, for 2 nights. Wifi without issue in main build. Breakfast is very comfortable and you can take what you want - they have very good option. Next time, I will take this hotel in this location. I dont know exactly,how much cost swimming pool and spa, so I can not comment their offer.

We thoroughly enjoyed the array of onsite restaurants offering many delicious dining options. The resorts accommodation is the epitome of luxury and comfort with stunning architecture, decor and views! The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of this beautiful resort! Personalized service throughout our stay made us feel so truly welcome and we had such a restful and rejuvenating time there. Globalement ce fut un bon séjour. Bon emplacement de l’hôtel la plage et le centre ville ne sont pas loin on peut pratiquement tout faire à pied pour les plus sportive comme moi. Nourriture pas mal mais pas beaucoup de choix. Les services proposés tels que le spa, piscine font du bien pour faire un break d’une journée remplie de visite. Chambre très bien sauf petit bémol le sol très poussiéreux je ne pouvais pas être à l’aise et pieds nus dans ma chambre. Sinon merci pour l’accueil des hôtesses , femme de ménage très gentilles !

This was our third stay at the Elke Hotel and I don't usually write reviews as I stay at many hotels but this hotel is a jewel. A very good example of a four star hotel that deserves five stars. It has the right balance between privacy and amicable and honest service. Eugenia in particular has been wonderful every time we come. She is pleasant, helpful and good at her job. Also a big shout out for the rest of the reception team and the breakfast manageress - who remembered what we liked and made sure we had perfectly cooked fresh fried eggs every morning. The place and room are spotless and clean, welcoming and nice and new yet warm. the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Even though we had to change hotels for the last night of our stay in San Feliu as the were closing down for a few days after Christmas so the staff could spend time with their families for the holidays, we respect that as it shows management appreciates its staff . Thank you again for a wonderful stay. Oh and the Spa is fantastic - new and very clean and welcoming.

I’d like to start with the positives, although there aren’t many, and each comes with a caveat. The lady at the front desk is great. Her manner is impeccable, and she always speaks with courtesy and professionalism. She handles everything with ease and a positive attitude. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work, but she can only work with what is given to her. The hotel features a spa with a steam room, sauna, cold plunge, and jacuzzi. However, when we visited, the sauna was not working, so we were left with only three functional amenities. On the upside, the spa was quiet during our visit, which allowed us to enjoy some peaceful moments. The location of the hotel is another highlight. It’s set in a tranquil, picturesque mountain area, providing a beautiful and serene environment, perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. However, there were several disappointments during our stay. The hotel is advertised as an adult-only establishment, but this was far from reality. Over our three-day stay, we frequently saw children running around, using scooters, and dining at the restaurant. When we raised this issue with the staff, they informed us that children were only permitted in the restaurant. Despite this, we noticed a family staying in one of the rooms (between rooms 11 to 15, though we aren’t sure which exact room). From the pool area, we could clearly hear a little girl screaming, which directly contradicted the hotel’s adult-only policy as advertised on their website in CAPITAL LETTERS. Our experience was further soured by a shockingly unpleasant check-in. We arrived at 9 PM to find no lights guiding us to the reception and no staff to assist us. There was a man behind the desk at a computer, who took his time getting up and did not greet us or say good evening. Although he found our booking, he struggled to assign us a room, leaving us standing at reception for at least 20 minutes while he sorted it out. Parking was another issue. The hotel is supposed to reserve parking spots separately for hotel guests and restaurant customers, but this policy was neither respected nor enforced. This lack of organisation added to our frustration. It seems the hotel is desperate for money and willing to compromise every principle it was supposedly founded on. The room itself was very basic, offering only towels and shampoo. There wasn’t even a box of tissues provided. The room had a strange smell and felt extremely plain and unwelcoming. The daily room cleaning service consisted of new towels, and that's about where it ended. Finally, we had lunch in the hotel restaurant. Options for vegetarians were limited; however, the food was very good. Compliments to the chef, who is let down massively by appalling service. We could hear the waitstaff swearing and complaining to each other, as well as having conversations about former employees—completely unprofessional. I had an exceptional stay at Petit Palau during five days recently. The whole staff was friendly, sincere and always welcoming, including the breakfast and cleaning personnel. There are many things to praise, but a few things deserve to be highlighted. First of all the bed, it was fantastic, super comfortable! The shower was modern and had a luxurious touch to it. The overall cleanliness of the hotel should be mentioned, it was absolutely spotless. The breakfast was varied, delicious and healthy with an assortment of fresh fruits and local produce in addition to all else that was included. Lastly, since Blanes was blessed with warm, sunny spring weather during my stay, I had the pleasure of enjoying it from my private 6th floor balcony with rooftop views! Hôtel situé près du stade de football de Lloret, un peu à l'écart de l'agitation et à proximité immédiate des rues offrant de quoi faire du shopping. A environ 500m à pieds de la grande plage. Hôtel très propre. Personnel à l'accueil très aimable et parlant également français. Le cadre est magnifique avec sa piscine qui s'illumine la nuit. Le buffet du soir était correct. A noter que les boissons sont payantes et non incluses, ce qui est un peu dommage. Le petit déjeuner est de type continental avec café, confitures, oeufs, bacon, fromage, céréales, ect... On y trouve tout ce que l'on veut. L'accès à la piscine intérieure, au Spa et aux installations de sports est payante. Ce qui est dommage aussi. Il vaudrait mieux déterminer un prix final avec les options incluses plutôt que de devoir se promener avec sa carte bancaire pour les boissons et installations. Le soir, il y avait une animation musicale. Le public était des séniors. Je recommande cet hôtel pour des séniors mais pas pour des jeunes, des trentenaires, quarantenaires ou cinquantenaires. Moi j'ai 50 ans, j'aime m'amuser et l'hôtel n'est pas fait pour moi, surtout quand on vient à Lloret de mar. Pour se détendre, être au calme, cet hôtel sera idéal pour vous et surtout il n'y a pas d'enfants et ça, quand on veut se reposer, c'est super !
