Dinner option at restaurant does not meet expectation Was told that there is no ayam and bebuk.. This morning at 5.30am, when i wanted to return room key, staff was not enthusiastic in assisting me. He was busy meddling with incoming flowers.

pesan di aplikasi family room, sampai di receptionist bilang kamarnya nggak ada tinggal deluxe, suruh pilih cancel refund, atau terima aj kamar deluxe. nggak mungkin pilih cancel sudah 3 jam perjalanan. nggak ada kompensasi refund untuk selisih kamar, pdhl saya sudah bayar lunas. report di aplikasi nomor kamar berbeda dengan realnya. tolong manajemen hotel perbaiki.

AAnonymous UserWhen I stayed here, the room happened to have no water in the toilet so when I had to take a shower I had to use the room of my relative next door. The mattress had lots of stains so it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep in. If you bring small children, it’s quite okay because there’s a swimming pool, the size is just right for children, but for adults, it’s still okay for soaking. At night, some of the lights in the room were off so it was a bit dark. In front of the complex, there’s a slide for children. Yesterday, check-in was only allowed at 2 pm, so early check-in wasn’t possible. If you want to go to the beach, you can walk but you have to pay. The location is on the side of the road so it’s easy to find.
