CChrispoloThe hotel facilities are complete, the service is excellent, and it's clean and tidy. Aside from the unstable Wi-Fi in the room and the slightly loud air conditioning, everything else is great. The breakfast selection is extensive.

AarianawienIt was an amazing experience staying at the loft...the bedsheets was sparkling clean...towel were still in white colour even some other hotels still used even it had already turned into greyish...

LLisdarather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either.
room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea
the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person --
swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut.
the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

TTerestaThis is the third time my family and I have had a staycation at JSI Resort. The reasons are its strategic location, spacious grounds with lots of green open spaces, and how incredibly kid-friendly it is.
- The rooms are comfortable and clean.
- There's a swimming pool, a super large playground, a mini zoo, and we can even play in the river.
- The breakfast buffet is incredibly delicious and complete.

GGuest UserDi tiap sudut ruangan wangi, bener2 wangiiii. Semua staffnya ramah, jam set2 udh bole check in dan main di playground (pdhl blm dapet kamar).
Mesti coba Ofuro spa nya!!! Super recommended, tmpt gymnya juga lengkapp dan sepi (kalau sore)

NNissa-syifaI highly recommend this hotel for travelers, it's perfect for families and super comfortable! The breakfast menu is diverse; my advice is to go really early, like 6 AM, because it gets super crowded later, especially during long weekends ;)

LL15714NII booked for my colleagues and they are happy with the hotel and its surrounding. Service is good with nice receptiont. Late night hanging out in the resto-bar at lobby quite nice. Breakfast variation is good.
