Management have to add ATM machine at hotel because your expensive deposit, nowadays not all people have cash or CC, or you have to easier your consumer ex. Qris/transfered mode payment is ok and easy refundable.

The staff are all very friendly. Location wise for us is amazing as we want a quiet place away from the busy streets. Food is good. Going anywhere is easily accessible by grab. Will definitely come back again in future.

Great Staff. Nice lobby. Free parking. Nice and clean room with big TV and queen size bed. Nice pool. Onsen was closed that day. Restaurants, coffee shop and market around hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!

Love the location which far from the crowd but near when you want to find japanese dinner and convenient store. Love the ofuro, relax and feels like in japan

It is a great hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite impressive too the amount of choices is huge. Location is convenient too that its nearby to some leisure zone. Will come again definitely !!

I am Norharizah ofrom USA accompanied by Mr Mohd Said of Clubclass Travel Network / Kuala Lumpur , and was recommended this brief trip to Jakarta/Bandung to experience the whoosh and the panoramic train from Bandung to Jakarta . My heartful comment on the exellent staff service during my short stay and the hotel interior gives me a good rest , and overall for the stay was very good value for money. I would recommend that Clubclass Travel would induct D'prima Hotel as their first choice hotel for their Bandung Tour package.

Kami menempah bilik loteng, dan saya fikir ia adalah konsep yang sangat menarik dan sangat sesuai untuk keluarga. Biliknya luas tetapi malangnya kebersihannya kurang. Kru tidak memeriksa bilik dengan teliti dan kami menemui sedikit sisa makanan yang ditinggalkan di dalam peti sejuk oleh penghuni bilik sebelumnya. Telah dinyatakan dalam keterangan hotel bahawa hotel ini mempunyai kolam renang air suam dan sebenarnya kami sangat berminat untuk menginap di sini kerana itu. Malangnya, tidak ada kolam renang dan kolam renang yang mereka ada sangat kecil sehingga tidak boleh digambarkan sebagai kolam renang, tetapi hanya kolam berendam. Sauna langsung tidak panas. Dan tempat letak kereta kurang, jadi kami terpaksa meletakkan kereta di bangunan bersebelahan dengan hotel.

rather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either. room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person -- swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut. the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

Semenjak 2024 Ga boleh masuk OFURO/ONSEN/HOTSPRING tuk tamu daily, padahal itu ditulisnya sebagai fasilitas lohh.. hak kami lohh.. tp kami ga boleb pake.. Kami yg menginap kesini alasan utama cuma 1: Ada ofuro, kenapa suka sama ofuro?? karena kami sering gunakan ketika di jepang.. Cara pakai dll sudah paham. Lucunya, teman kami yg 2 minggu sblmnya nginep sini pun sempat dibolehin masuk ofuro dan masih di 2024 loh.. Aneh kan?? Apa diskriminasi atau gmn ya?? Kalo mmg tamu long stay tdk berkenan dgn tamu daily, dan condotel pun ga bs kasih servis yg memadai, baiknya le premiere DITUTUP AJA untuk daily (condotel) nya dan jd full semua long stay..
