All staff are extremely polite, helpful, and kind. Made me feel really welcome, and I had a really nice time here. The rooms were very good and well maintained. All food and services were exceptional.

I am Norharizah ofrom USA accompanied by Mr Mohd Said of Clubclass Travel Network / Kuala Lumpur , and was recommended this brief trip to Jakarta/Bandung to experience the whoosh and the panoramic train from Bandung to Jakarta . My heartful comment on the exellent staff service during my short stay and the hotel interior gives me a good rest , and overall for the stay was very good value for money. I would recommend that Clubclass Travel would induct D'prima Hotel as their first choice hotel for their Bandung Tour package.

The best hotel experience in Karawang, the room, the service, the food, the facilities. Will be back again for sure

The room has 6 electricity port in the room but only 1 that well function. The shower gel was too low. Tasty breakfast menu, although the buffet was not even warm.

I stayed here for 4 nights during a business trip. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Hotel yang agak strategik di Karawang kerana dikelilingi oleh pusat membeli belah Hotel ini mempunyai beberapa kemudahan seperti bilik mesyuarat, ballroom, restoran, kolam renang, gim, spa, dll. Oh ya, hari Ahad selalunya ada aktiviti kanak-kanak seperti memancing, mewarna, meniup belon, dll. Kakitangan di sini sangat membantu. proses daftar masuk dan daftar keluar yang cepat. Kami mendapat bilik di tingkat 15 supaya kami dapat menikmati pemandangan Kawarang yang indah. Cuma ada beberapa perkara yang perlu dibaiki iaitu air panas di bilik saya tidak berfungsi dengan baik. dan waktu bersarapan dalam pukul 8, banyak menu yang telah habis dan menunggu lama untuk diisi semula. Berkenaan sarapan pagi, walaupun menunya agak pelbagai, malangnya ia tidak diimbangi dengan rasa yang kami rasa kurang.

Attending business meetings, stay for 3 nights. Everything is fine, suitable for business traveler.

Good staff service; good counter attitude! And the room fee is reasonable! Good hotel!
