The hotel is directly connected to the thermal bath and a ten minute walk away from the Frasassi cave making it a perfect vacation base. The rooms are beautifully furnished with modern furniture pieces and appliances. The only thing sadly missing is a coffee machine or a kettle. Olga at the reception was fantastically helpful with hike and nature walk tips but the entire staff was very welcoming. The breakfast spread is great and the restaurant also offers daily dinner menus, the saltimbocca was a great choice. Lots of local wines are offered and the verdicchio is definitely worth a try. Great value for money, if in the area, this hotel is a great choice.

My partner and I went to Sans Souci for a week for some down time and it exceeded our expectations. We had a sea view room that was truly exquisite and the beach was literally on our doorstep. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. Claudio at reception was so friendly and helpful. The food was plentiful tasty and always fresh. Our waiter Lorenzo was very attentive with a great sense of humour, fluent in English and always made sure we felt looked after. The staff during dinner service were so welcoming and always willing to accommodate our needs. This hotel is not only good value for money but made our holiday experience better than we could have imagined. The hotel provided bicycles free of charge so we could cycle at our own leisure. We also had a day in the spa that was relaxing and a nice touch. Came back feeling thoroughly refreshed. We would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return. Capitati per caso in tarda serata troviamo questo bellissimo hotel dopo numerosissimi vecchi hotel abbandonati dopo il terremoto del 2009 seppur ancora segnati. Arriviamo a la ragazza della stupenda reception ci accoglie con gentilezza. Ci da una bella stanza e ci indica un ristorante o due raggiungibili a piedi. Camere pulite e semplici, ascensore e corridoi con profumo di acque termali. A disposizione un solarium sul terrazzo esterno, con sdraio, ombrelloni e idromassaggio, la piscina con acqua termale e tubi per chi non sa nuotare e area relax interna al piano superiore luminosa e rilassante con giochi, libri, riviste. Colazione ottima e abbondante. La piscina non è nuovissima, ma è calda e piacevole e i prezzi sono decisamente più abbordabili di quelli degli hotel termali come Salsomaggiore. L'hotel è tra le montagne subito fuori dal centro del paesino, quindi in una zona super tranquilla.
