Hotel Hot Springs di Tuscany, Italy

This hotel's rooms are incredibly beautiful and clean! They provide a wide array of disposable amenities, including slippers and body lotion, which is quite rare for European hotels. Our room even had a small balcony with a lovely view of the pool downstairs and the surrounding trees. While breakfast wasn't entirely to my taste, the variety was impressive, even featuring honey with a honeycomb. The front desk offers complimentary luggage storage, which was very helpful. A thoughtful touch was the free long-handled umbrellas available for guests, especially since it happened to be raining during our stay. The only real downside is that, despite being close to Florence train station in a straight line, the walk from the station to the hotel is actually quite long. Plus, exiting the Florence station involves going down a set of stairs, which is very inconvenient with large luggage. This made the walk to the hotel feel even longer, especially with intersections where poor signal made maps unclear and it was easy to get lost. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel. The internal environment is very well-maintained, and the front desk staff are patient and polite. If I have the chance to visit Florence again, I would definitely choose this hotel. The price is truly excellent value for money.

The hotel is clean and tidy as a whole, the room facilities are complete, and the stay is more comfortable, but the front desk staff is relatively cold and the communication is not smooth when checking in. There is a certain distance from the downtown area of Siena, and travel needs to plan transportation in advance.

This is a very old hot spring hotel, not luxurious, most of the customers are locals; the room is large, the facilities are relatively old, but the European-style bed with curtains and very old wooden windows (with wooden shutters) are very European, and the bathroom facilities feel like they are still in the 70s and 80s; it is worth mentioning that the piano room where breakfast is located has a royal and aristocratic atmosphere when taking photos, super 👍

Without a doubt a stunning location and beautiful property (exterior). Rooms and breakfast felt as thought they fell short of the price point being charged. Room was dusty, ac temp was controlled by reception and shower was very small and did not drain. If you are after a beautiful location and facilities this property is great. We went for dinner in the village which was excellent. Check in was fantastic and the staff member was very helpful in all aspects of showing around the property and advice.

The hotel is really nice! The room has an old-style charm but is both classy and very clean. The location is excellent, right next to the center of Cortona. It shares the same entrance as Hotel San Michele, so when searching on Google Maps, look for Hotel San Michele instead of Piccolo. The staff are very friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early (around 11 am) without any issues. Storing luggage after checkout was also very smooth.

Ho recentemente soggiornato presso questa struttura termale e, sfortunatamente, l’esperienza non ha soddisfatto le aspettative a causa di diverse criticità riscontrate. In primo luogo, la camera assegnata non disponeva di aria condizionata, un disagio significativo per me, che soffro il caldo anche a temperature moderate (circa 22 gradi). Inoltre, l’assenza di un estrattore d’aria nel bagno ha causato un accumulo di vapore e calore insopportabile dopo l’uso della doccia o dell’asciugacapelli, costringendomi ad aprire le finestre ogni volta che utilizzavo il bagno e prima di andare a dormire per rendere l’ambiente più vivibile. Un ulteriore problema si è verificato con l’erogazione dell’acqua nella doccia: per un certo periodo, l’acqua era praticamente inesistente, causando notevole frustrazione al mio partner, che si trovava a utilizzare la doccia in quel momento. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, i pancake non erano inclusi nel menu standard e dovevano essere acquistati a parte, . Il bar della piscina della struttura si è rivelato altrettanto problematico, con prezzi elevati e un servizio rallentato dalla presenza di poco personale, il che ha comportato tempi di attesa prolungati. Altri aspetti negativi includono la scarsa varietà di canali televisivi disponibili in camera, che ha limitato le opzioni di intrattenimento, e la presenza di polvere sul retro del letto, indicativa di una pulizia non accurata. In sintesi, l’esperienza è stata deludente a causa di carenze infrastrutturali, organizzative e di manutenzione. Raccomando alla gestione di migliorare le condizioni delle camere, come l’installazione di sistemi di ventilazione adeguati, aumentare il personale nel bar e ottimizzare i servizi offerti per garantire un soggiorno più confortevole ai futuri ospiti.

Amazing hotel with rooms in different buildings throughout the whole village. Very high standards, the staff is very kind, helpful and very professional. It was an amazing experience... this hotel deserves 6/5 ;)))!

Nothing to say excellent hotel ...ma unfortunately they were not consistent for the new-year-old evening in the volant there was written 85 euros for the hotel guest instead to us they made pay as an external guest ,they told us that the offer is for the guest but only if you retire I don't make any negative reviews but now I felt like it wasn't so much paying but little clarity, then with that price sincerely, the dinner was not worthy of anything.

The hot spring town is very good. There is a wild hot spring that does not need money. The hotel's own spa is also good, but a serious problem with this hotel is that his brand has no relationship with the name on Trip.com . The English at the front desk is dripping and looking for a long time. And the hotel is in the restricted area, but it is estimated that there is no camera.

The furniture is old, the facilities are incomplete, and there are all kinds of inconveniences. It is totally not worth the price. Disposable slippers and kettles were provided upon request. It is said that the charge of 8,000 yuan per night makes the guests take the initiative but the service is not adequate. Apart from selling the concept of a castle, there is nothing else worth visiting. The standard of the restaurant is also very average.
