KKenThoThe hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita.
There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby.

Some areas are in need of renovation, which they seem to be working on, while other areas are very nice. The room itself was large and nice and the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was quite dingy and I was glad I did not have to use it as I just went to the onsen (which costs 700 yen extra). The onsen was great. The on-site 24/7 conbini is convenient as is the free airport shuttle service. I would say that the overall room cleanliness could be improved, the sheets were clean, but some other areas of the room could do with being cleaned more thoroughly.

GGuest UserWe were looking forward to the The Farm stay to end our fiat Japan trip. We were 3 kids below 10 and 2 adults. The best parts of the trip were,
1. Staff - mai and Narumi were very helpful. Mai especially took a lot of trouble to explain everything at the farm by using Google translate. Even the staff at the cafe at breakfast time and reception were all very very nice, though I don’t have their names.
2. Hot springs - was super experience and we loved it. Everything clean and proper and very comfortable, even though we were walking around naked.
3. Rooms- I stayed at Habita. It was good and kids loved it quite a bit. The loft, the futon on top, though the projector didn’t work too well.
4. Strawberry farm trip was amazing. The strawberries were all super nice and melting in the mouth with the right textures and flavours.
Even better if?
1. BBQ- we wanted to do a bbq. Habita package didn’t come with free BBQ. The cost to do one was crazy expensive. 3,300 per adult and 2,200 per child just for ‘equipment’ cost. That’s 13,000yen or around USD80, without any meats or anything. Felt really excessive, so we opted out.
2. Board and card games- our family wanted to play some board games and there were plenty of those at the reception. When we asked if we could get a pack of UNO, we were told it was only for the ‘cottage’ occupants. Considering most of the property was empty, it was a bit sad that they did not allow us a pack to play with.
3. Though not the fault of the property, the lack of any public transport and the very taxi costs to outside world for anything was a negative. It would have been even better if they could arrange a couple of more shuttles to narita or to local town etc.

The cabin is colder than expected, so be careful in the winter! There is one summer futon. Blankets are available for rental, but they run out quickly, so be sure to get one early!
But the location is good and the staff are nice, so I'm glad I stayed there!

GGuest UserI believe this is a historic hotel, but the interior was new, clean, and well-maintained. The private in-room hot spring bath was absolutely fantastic; I just couldn't resist using it multiple times. The beautiful coastal view from the bathroom was also a major plus. The staff were all very polite and friendly. I'd love to visit again someday.

Since I booked through trip.com hotel should always ask for a credit to be on file for ease of charges. There was a misunderstanding when I used the breakfast buffet thinking this would be billed to my room.

GGuest UserMany dishes for dinner required lighting a fire, and the timing was bad so we ended up waiting 20 minutes for them to be ready.
A staff member lit the fire, but they wouldn't come unless we called them.
The corridors on our floor were hot, probably because the air conditioning wasn't working to save energy.
It was tough when you came back from outside or after a bath.
The observation bath and the view from our room were great.
We could see the sunrise from our balcony, and by taking a shortcut to the sea we could go down to the beach.

GGuest UserWe had an excellent experience during our stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities we needed.
The location was convenient, it has a convenience store inside the hotel. We had a great time watching the fireworks from Disneyland and the Skytree is visible from our room.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay especially for families.

Inadequate point: Obviously very old. There are some water stains everywhere on the ceiling, the feeling of old. The appearance can also see the traces of the years.
Pros: The meal is delicious. The attitude of the cuisine is for freshness, for cleanliness, for the aroma of the sea. It is possible to get close to the sea in an incredible way. After coming once, I can clearly hear the sound of the sea for a long time, I can smell the smell of the sea, and I can remember the golden waves hitting the black black stone beach.
Decisive advantage: Compared to the surrounding hotels, this hotel can open the window facing the sea. This hotel has an open-air hot spring, which can soak in the hot springs when you see the golden sea. This hotel has a car to pick up passengers to the canine station. This hotel has a very beautiful lobby and can enjoy elegant time.

AAnonymous UserNarita Airport Onsen Hotel was really great! It was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and I was worried it might be damp or dirty, but I encountered none of those issues!
Although the room type was assigned randomly, the room was clean and tidy; I couldn't find any fault with the hygiene. Since I had an early flight the next day, I wanted to stay somewhere close by and also be able to soak in a bath to relax. The onsen facilities here are excellent, and after a good soak, you can watch planes take off and land from the relaxation area. The atmosphere is incredibly pleasant.
Every staff member was friendly and kind, and communication in English was smooth. For those with red-eye flights or looking to relax near the airport, there's a free shuttle bus to T2/3, and it's very affordable!
The only downside is that the hotel breakfast is terrible; I don't recommend buying it.
