Great stay - good sized room. The onsen facilities were excellent especially the outdoor onsen. Never busy when I was there. Great breakfast too. Welcoming and helpful staff. Quiet at night. Easy access to the castle, shops and restaurants and about a 15 min walk from Matsuyama City station.

Location is a short walk from Dogo onsen station. The experience was amazing, rooms were huge and I was surprised to have a staff member show us around the room and explain the amenities available. The amount of hospitality is above and beyond any we've experienced at other places and ryokans. They also have a very beautiful outdoor garden, onsen and geta (traditional Japanese wooden shoes) and yukata to wear around the premises.

這個酒店的定位可以理解成plus版的國內桔子水晶，裝修是五星酒店的裝修，費用是商務酒店的費用，裝修得非常用心，早餐所有店都保持一致水準。都有頂樓免費觀景温泉泡澡。在不同的地方住了不同的candeo，總體來説愛媛這家衞生間設備偏老，估計是老酒店翻新沒改衞生間。冬天住房子窗户打不開沒辦法透氣就結大量的露水，晚上露水結多了會順着牆往下滴，露水多的地方就會結黴菌，所以房間裏一進去的時候會有黴味，打掃衞生的每天要處理每個房間的露水也很痛苦。最不喜歡的是沒有被套，人和被子是用一張床單隔着，衹在愛媛和鹿兒島遇到過是這樣，可能是習慣……這也沒辦法。其他都很好。

Excellent location, have a ”private road” to Dogo Onsen. Staff are really welcoming and helpful. Breakfasts are good. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits the city.

다시 가고싶은 곳입니다. 돈만 있으면 1달내내있고 싶어요. 너무 행복한 경험이였습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 온천도 너무 좋고 룸 컨디션도 너무 좋았어요. 마쓰야마 여행에서 가장 인상깊은 곳이였습니다.

Good location near the Dogo Onsen Main Building and the onsen streets. The room is very basic and quite small. There was only one pillow provided and there were no extra blankets. There are three onsens in total; one indoor and two outdoor ones. The best part of my stay was the dinner which was sumptuous. It costs 10000 yen per head and has to be ordered in advance of check in.

６年ぶりに宿泊し建物が美しくなっており気持ち良く過ごせました。モーニングのバイキング美味しくいただきました。夕食に食べたそばが一番美味しかったです。裸麦美味しいです。スタッフさんもみんな優しく本当に過ごしやすかったです。ここのスタッフさん達に６年前に宿泊した時に助けてもらった事がありました。この日は夫婦で宿泊していた時のモーニングの会場で段差で主人が転倒して立てなくなってしまい救急車を読んだ事がありご迷惑をかけて申し訳こざいませんでした。その時支配人さん他皆さんに親切にしてもらい感謝しています。主人は肝臓に持病持ちで４年前に亡くなりました。今は夫婦で旅をした思い出の地めぐりをしております。また寄らせていただきます。

精緻的和洋式旅館, 房內有溫泉. 兩餐自助餐水準一般, 最好食係鯛魚SASHIMI. 酒店對面就係大街,非常方便. 可惜,厠所有不散的異味 !

좋았습니다 재패니즈룸으로 예약했고 다다미 바닥이며 공간넓었어서 현관-＞중간에 작은테이블과 이불장있는 방-＞ 메인방 이런식으로 꽤 넓은 공간에서 편히 쉬었습니다 다만 환풍기? 공기팬이 도는 소리가 크게나서 어디서 꿀줄을 몰라 건조하게 지냈지만 그거빼곤 좋었습니다 세면대/욕실/화장실이 모두 분리되어있으며 추가인원을 위해 이불도 넉넉히 준비되어 있습니다 낮은층이지만 나름 동네뷰에 일몰이 보임니다 대욕장도 적당히 좋았습니다

호텔시설도 깔끔하고 서비스도 훌륭합니다. 1층 대욕장은 오전 9시반쯤 갔더니 혼자서 이용했어요. 노천탕 좋습니다. 호텔에 샴푸,린스,바디클렌져,스킨,로션까지 다 있어요. 다음에 마쓰야마 오면 다시 묵고싶은 호텔입니다. 잘 쉬다갑니다. 호텔키가 카드키가 아닌 열쇠예요ㅋ
