第二次入住，秋天的景色比夏天更美！ 酒店環境服務餐食都非常好，入住兩晚晚餐不一樣，第二晚太豐盛了，吃撐也沒吃完。早餐自助餐也是極好的。 酒店服務人員都很友好，可以幫助叫出租車。 酒店温泉很多，泉質非常好。唯一遺憾的是半露天温泉安上玻璃窗了，沒法好好欣賞外面的秋景，也有點憋悶。 混浴景色最美，晚上8點到9點是女士專用時間。如果白天也能安排一小時女士用時間就完美了。比較白天的風景更美，混浴女士還是不太適應。 有機會還會入住這家酒店。

The hotel is about half an hour ride from Ryusendo Cave (龍泉洞) and is close to the Sanriku Coast. Judging from photos, it’s probably better than other hotels nearby in terms of cleanliness and amenities. It doesn’t disappoint me. The public bath （大浴場） is good. The view over the coast is perfect.

在紅葉館酒店的住宿體驗令人難忘。從抵達的那一刻起，親切的服務人員就以溫暖的笑容迎接，讓人頓時感到放鬆。房間寬敞舒適，整潔度無可挑剔，床鋪柔軟恰到好處，一夜好眠。酒店位置便利，周邊環境寧靜，遠離喧囂卻又不失便利性。早晚餐種類豐富，食材新鮮，尤其是當地特色料理令人驚艷。整體而言，紅葉館酒店無論是服務、設施還是環境，都展現了極高的水準，絕對是值得再次入住的首選。強烈推薦給追求品質與細節的旅客！

The hotel is almost perfect except that there is no bathtub in the room. The service struck me most is the courtesy of the staff. Everyone was so helpful and well-mannered.

1、酒店迎接巴士從一關站前，建議還是預訂，否則有可能沒有大車，路程還是比較遠，約半小時。送行巴士可以到一關或者是平泉，也可以順路到嚴美溪。作為附近的旅遊中轉站其實很不錯。 2、酒店外風景很好，溪水顏色碧藍，很漂亮，温泉水質感覺也很不錯。有牛虻，要稍微注意。 3、餐食都是半自助，確實不怎麼樣，可以選擇的自助品種很少，相對來説主材選擇烤牛肉、壽喜燒最好，海鮮鍋和豬肉鍋都很一般。如果對餐食要求比較低，這裏真的不錯。 4、主樓房間視野很好，風景秀麗。 5、要注意提醒酒店當天要打掃房間，否則可能就不打掃了。

A beautiful hotel with modern design , huge room , u can hv a coffee in a big balcony in the morning   Very relax , in room  onsan r wonderful , tasty meal , worth to come again

well mantained old style onsen ryokan. both breakfsst and dinner are good! the night ramen is super delicious. And a very plus point, there are extra toilets on each floor, that is super convenient when needed

I am a US traveler on business. I have visited Kashoen before and based on my experiences it is the only hotel I will ever stay at in Hanamaki. The hotel staff are the kindest, most caring, and passionate people I have met at a hotel. The amenities are fantastic, the hotel food is phenomenal, and my stay is always relaxing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a nice nature trail nearby with a river that is beautiful as well. If you are in Hanamaki or are looking for somewhere to enjoy a peaceful weekend at, I suggest Kashoen.

The hotel is loaded with tourist groups who are unfortunately pretty rowdy and rude. Service at the hotel itself was excellent, and for the price and location it’s a reasonable stay, as a ski-in-ski-out hotel. Breakfast is a standard Prince Hotel buffet.

The best ski in and ski out and Onsen hotel in Japan so far! We loved the hotel so much in Oct 2025 so we rebooked and came again from Dec 20-24, 2025. 1. Very convenient for ski experience. Ski in and ski out. Ski rental and ski coach school are just besides hotel. Good experience for rentals and coaches hiring. 2. Breakfast and dinner buffets are great and so yummy! The food does change every night to give you diversified variation to choose from. Very delicate food preparations by great chefs so don’t worry you will never get bored. 3. Onsen is also great great great! Great view and women and men get alternate the hot spring pool everyday. 4. First floor relaxing area is great great! You have self service bar of juice / soda / coffee and popsicles. 5. The hotel staffs are so nice and make you feel at home. Motoyo-San is extremely friendly and her English is so fluent!!! We were very lucky to have her help out during our stay. 6. 3rd floor is newly renovated so pls try this beautiful room next time! Highly recommend!!!! Great for family and couple trips!
