The staffs at receptions are super helpful, one helping me reserve a restaurant in Matsusaka. Another lady staff also heled me finding new restaurant on the 2nd night as the one i plan to go was fully occupied, i am really thankful for that.💜 The Aircon is not a centralized type, which is really good during the autumn/winter. The hotel has pilow bar where you can lend pillow of your choice without charge. They also provide icebar at the public bath area. Location is the best

昔ながらの巨大温泉旅館です 色んな温泉旅館に行きましたがどこも閑散としており従業員の方も少なく外国の方が多かったのですがこちらの旅館は従業員の方が沢山おりお迎えもお見送りも丁寧に対応してくれました お風呂も広く脱衣所の清掃も頻繁にされバスタオルも自由に使え何度もお風呂に入りたい私達には嬉しい限りのサービスでした。お部屋からの景色も穏やかな海と夕陽が最高に良かったです。お食事は初めての提供のシステムで戸惑いましたが食べる量の違う我が家には便利なシステムでした 最後になりますが亡き父と闘病中の１５年前程に宿泊しました、当時小さかった子供達と記憶を辿り思い出を振り返る事ができました。当時と変わらず良い旅館でした お世話になりました 館内とても広くボーリング場もあり子供達と楽しめました

It was clean, comfy and the location is good since it’s only a few minutes from the station. It was a nice stay, I stop comfortably.

徒步伊勢路途中選擇了這裏，交通有些不便，小雲取岳分岔路過來，走到休息站需要打車，或者提前跟酒店約，到新宮是有接送的班車服務的，房間不錯，自帶餐廳，沒訂餐也可以吃到好吃的料理，當地雞肉很贊，服務很細心很認真，看着峽谷的大浴室也很舒服，衞生乾淨整潔，轉天走風雲峠什麼的也方便，性價比很高的酒店，有機會來這邊玩值得選擇。

I most highly recommend this place for an authentic Japanese ryokan experience. Splurge some and get the nicer room—you won’t regret it. Impeccable service, delicious Japanese breakfast. The bath is generously open to use all night until the morning. There is also a great and affordable sushi izakaya restaurant next door.

到着時に歓迎のドラを鳴らしてくださいました。お部屋はキレイに清掃されており、気持ちよくすごさせていただきました。夕食は、品数も多く食べきれないくらいありましたが、お部屋だったのでゆっくりといただけました。お風呂は、畳敷でステキでした。 歯ブラシ有料とのこと、ホテルの詳細には載っていなかった為、記載してあると良いと思いました。また、アメニティは、欲しい人だけが、選べるような感じで置いてあると助かります。 部屋のタオル、バスタオルは２組づつ置いてあり、夜と朝の2回の入浴にも使用でき、よかったです。 スタッフのかたも、丁寧に説明してくださいました。

An excellent hotel right on the doorstep of the theme park with direct access. The spa facilities are not tattoo friendly unfortunately and the beds are as hard as a rock otherwise this hotel would have been 5 out of 5 for us. The buffet dinner is amazing.

入住當天到早了，在大堂稍等了一會，快三點帶我們進入了房間，給安排的是雙床房間帶榻榻米，比較大。雖然傢俱有一些舊，但是很乾凈。空調是大金的，看起來很新。服務人員雖然不是很多但是服務很好。早飯是送到房間裏的日式套餐。從賢島站出來步行不到十分鐘，酒店上午有送站服務。賢島五六點開始就逐漸安靜，餐廳、車站的便利店六點前都會關門。我們沒有在酒店訂晚飯，後來坐了兩站電車去吃飯。

Booked this as a side trip from Osaka to escape the city and have some quiet time. Set in a tiny village in the middle of a mountainous & forested area alongside a beautiful river with tons of waterfalls, very picturesque and perfect for walking around. The hotel itself is immaculate with great amenities including large bathing areas. Food was incredible and service was top-notch with staff that were always friendly, helpful and eager to please. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Japanese-style onsen hotel in a tranquil setting.

Located beside bus and rope way station. Food was good and open onsen is fantastic. Got massage for shiatsu for 8000 yen which is super bargain compare to luxury spa outside in Bangkok or sea
