The room is super clean and spacious, and staff are very helpful.  We are so surprised that there are complimentary snack and drinks at lobby almost all the time, and have free croissant in breakfast time. They are very thoughtful that provided a wide range of amenities including skin care, hand cream, body lotion and hair essence.

賢島寶生苑房間空間寬敞，床鋪舒適。窗外面對英虞灣的景色非常治癒。 溫泉讓人感覺非常療癒，泉水對皮膚有天然的滋潤效果，泡完後整個人真的很放鬆。特別推薦露天風呂，環境安靜又隱私。 晚餐的海鮮料理非常新鮮，尤其是鮑魚和龍蝦。 服務人員態度親切，雖然英文交流有時稍有侷限，但他們的用心和細心服務還是能感受到，入住過程很順利。 旅館離賢島站不遠，且有接駁車，對沒有自駕的旅客非常友善。 整體體驗感覺賢島寶生苑是一家能讓人暫時逃離都市喧囂，以自然美景和溫泉療癒為主的溫馨驛站，適合想要放慢腳步、享受日式溫泉文化的旅客。

駅近のアクセスしやすい所にある為、とても交通の便にも利用しやすい場所にあります。 食事はオムレツが美味しいのですがおかずの種類はいたって普通 フロントのロビーの珈琲サービスは何処かのお店の焙煎珈琲のを提供されている様でマイルドな味わいのものを頂けるのでそこは良かったかなという点でした

徒步伊勢路途中選擇了這裏，交通有些不便，小雲取岳分岔路過來，走到休息站需要打車，或者提前跟酒店約，到新宮是有接送的班車服務的，房間不錯，自帶餐廳，沒訂餐也可以吃到好吃的料理，當地雞肉很贊，服務很細心很認真，看着峽谷的大浴室也很舒服，衞生乾淨整潔，轉天走風雲峠什麼的也方便，性價比很高的酒店，有機會來這邊玩值得選擇。

I most highly recommend this place for an authentic Japanese ryokan experience. Splurge some and get the nicer room—you won’t regret it. Impeccable service, delicious Japanese breakfast. The bath is generously open to use all night until the morning. There is also a great and affordable sushi izakaya restaurant next door.

The hotel view is really nice. You can see the sea from your room. The hot spring has both outdoor and indoor. There is free soba between 9pm-10pm. The dinner and breakfast were really great! The staff are really kind and helpful. My husband forgot his passport without any realise, the hotel tried to contact us via the Trip.com. What a great service mind!

到着時に歓迎のドラを鳴らしてくださいました。お部屋はキレイに清掃されており、気持ちよくすごさせていただきました。夕食は、品数も多く食べきれないくらいありましたが、お部屋だったのでゆっくりといただけました。お風呂は、畳敷でステキでした。 歯ブラシ有料とのこと、ホテルの詳細には載っていなかった為、記載してあると良いと思いました。また、アメニティは、欲しい人だけが、選べるような感じで置いてあると助かります。 部屋のタオル、バスタオルは２組づつ置いてあり、夜と朝の2回の入浴にも使用でき、よかったです。 スタッフのかたも、丁寧に説明してくださいました。

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent that we were able to go to Nagashima Farm, Nagashima Spa Land and Jazz Dream. I’ll definitely come here again!

入住當天到早了，在大堂稍等了一會，快三點帶我們進入了房間，給安排的是雙床房間帶榻榻米，比較大。雖然傢俱有一些舊，但是很乾凈。空調是大金的，看起來很新。服務人員雖然不是很多但是服務很好。早飯是送到房間裏的日式套餐。從賢島站出來步行不到十分鐘，酒店上午有送站服務。賢島五六點開始就逐漸安靜，餐廳、車站的便利店六點前都會關門。我們沒有在酒店訂晚飯，後來坐了兩站電車去吃飯。

Booked this as a side trip from Osaka to escape the city and have some quiet time. Set in a tiny village in the middle of a mountainous & forested area alongside a beautiful river with tons of waterfalls, very picturesque and perfect for walking around. The hotel itself is immaculate with great amenities including large bathing areas. Food was incredible and service was top-notch with staff that were always friendly, helpful and eager to please. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Japanese-style onsen hotel in a tranquil setting.
