Hotel Hot Springs di Miyagi Prefecture, Japan

Terdapat rambut di atas katil. Angkat bantal ke atas. Dan di atas lantai bilik tidur terdapat rambut yang tersangkut pada stokin. Berhampiran stesen bawah tanah Tetapi pintu keluar di sebelah hotel tidak mempunyai lif. Mandian onsen kecil di luar, mampu merendam 2 orang pada satu masa. Terdapat popsikel percuma, ais, dan ramen lewat malam. Sarapan pagi adalah banyak, tetapi meminta susu hangat tidak tersedia untuk saya. Kami terpaksa mengambil susu sejuk dan memasukkannya ke dalam air panas sendiri.

very nice Onsen hotel.A very good Onsen.Room is Big compare to Japan Standard.Food was Buffet Morning and Dinner.A lot of variety.Not to bad to eat.Nice view to the mountain from my room.

The ryokan location is excellent. My room has a huge picture window facing east. I can see the famous bay with its many islands, including the Fukuura island (福浦𡷊), in the morning with wonderful sun rise view. The Japanese breakfasts were excellent especially the one on our second day… fresh grilled fish, etc.. The Kaiseki dinners for both nights were wonderful with fresh grilled fish and high grade wagyu beef plus oyster cooked to perfection. The Onsens on the other hand are just Okay. However with the view of Fukuura island and its red bridge … nice.

Unexpectedly grand hotel, especially when you first walk in the front entrance. Very traditional hotel with great service, remember to book your free transport to and from the Sendai train station. The hot spring experience is as expected - comfortable, cozy, clean and relaxing. Highly recommended. The included Dinner and breakfast buffets are great and aside from the typical western food, it served up some local delicacies which were really nice and authentic. Highly recommended place for anyone looking at a day or two to unwind and relax.

We stay here for two consective years and the main reason is their breakfast buffet which is not a huge line but they had every local famous items to offer, one of the best breakfast with variety of local choices for guest to enjoy with proper menu rotation. Easy access from Sendai station, walking distance to Sendai Station, Bus stop, Aeon supermarket, Montbell shop, lots of nearby local restaurants, family mart and 7-11. coffee capsule machine available at lobby from afternoon time onward.

The hotel room is tidy. The dinner and breakfast are in buffet style. Just very normal buffet food. Food not impressive. If u are looking for good Japanese meals in onsen hotel, this one is definitely not an option. The public onsen is spacious without good view. Booked private bath but was bad, small and completely indoor without any view! Do not recommend paying extra for the private bath. I lost a room key inside the hotel and the hotel charges me $10,000 yen cash. I think this price for a lost key is unreasonably high. Hotel staff can’t speak English. Very hard to communicate with them. When i approach staff in English, they will reply in Japanese and did not offer proper help most of then time. Overall not a pleasure stay. Please consider the other hotel in this region when u see this review.

Kolam air panas sangat bagus! Makanannya sedap kerana dibuat dengan bahan-bahan tempatan! Ia dikelilingi oleh hijau segar, dan saya boleh menghabiskannya dengan selesa. Bar minuman alu-aluan sangat bagus dan diterima baik oleh keluarga.

酒店在山坡上，但酒店提供巴士接送服務，讚！ 女湯內提供大毛巾供住客步行往露天溫泉，溫泉旁預備了篝火，增加氣氛；溫泉後可在女湯更衣室內享用按摩椅。美中不足的是在trip.com預定的一泊二食不可選擇晚餐內容，看着其他住客享受高級料理，心裡很羨慕。

Good clear and price reasonable, with free refreshment from 3 pm to 11 pm serve at a ver nice chill restaurant at 3rd floor and all the food are very yummy.

Prefect welcome and return service and very comfortable room and vibes. Good dinner and breakfast with great service.
