Hotel Hot Springs di Miyagi Prefecture, Japan

Apabila saya masuk, pekerja itu mengelap kotak saya untuk saya Pada hari itu hujan dan kotak saya sangat kotor. Suhu air dah cukup tinggi, dan suhu sauna pun tinggi rasa macam nak bersiap😅😅😅 Dah minum Yakult dan dapat free popsicle bila keluar malam pun sedap ke kedai beli daging dan telur, dan merealisasikan daging dan telur sendirian hehe🤤🤤🤤. Sarapan pagi sangat kaya, dan anda boleh membuat mangkuk nasi makanan laut anda sendiri juga sangat istimewa. Keadaan bilik itu sunyi sehinggakan saya terus pengsan selepas berendam dan makan. Saya mahu tinggal lagi lain kali!

Sendai has become my second favorite city in Japan. It offers the perfect blend of chill and urban vibes — not as crowded as Tokyo, Osaka, or Sapporo, yet equally lively and enjoyable. This capsule hotel is located right along the main business street, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. There’s even an Ichiran Ramen just next door, and a famous Taiyaki shop only a 2–3 minute walk away. Sendai Station is about a 10-minute walk from the property. However, one downside is the confusing luggage policy. The hotel rules state that large luggage cannot be brought into the sleeping area, so I rented a chain lock (JPY 100) to secure my suitcase in the hallway. Despite this, many guests still brought their bags inside, so the rule seemed inconsistently enforced. For guests like me who followed the policy, it was a bit inconvenient since my capsule was quite far from the hallway and it was troublesome to retrieve my belongings each time.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The location was convenient, making it easy to travel around. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this place.

The ryokan location is excellent. My room has a huge picture window facing east. I can see the famous bay with its many islands, including the Fukuura island (福浦𡷊), in the morning with wonderful sun rise view. The Japanese breakfasts were excellent especially the one on our second day… fresh grilled fish, etc.. The Kaiseki dinners for both nights were wonderful with fresh grilled fish and high grade wagyu beef plus oyster cooked to perfection. The Onsens on the other hand are just Okay. However with the view of Fukuura island and its red bridge … nice.

Nice, clean and great location hotel. Only 5 minutes walk from the train station and one stop to Sendai airport. Variety and delicious breakfast.

5〜6回利用してますが、いつ行っても清潔感あり、接客がいい。言葉遣いが丁寧かつ、お客様側を絶対に不快な思いさせない話し方が徹底されていて安心できる。 今回初めてたまにはだれにも干渉されないでゆっくり温泉旅したかったので素泊まりにしました。(前回まで親友と二人で朝食夕食つきプラン) こういう泊まり方もリーズナブルで接客に安心感ありますので今後も秋保温泉では他の旅館には行かず蘭亭にします。 還暦を迎え、あと何回行けるかわかりませんが、、。 本当にありがとうございました。

Upon arrival, there was no reception or greeting. Unfortunately, due to an issue with the reservation, the hotel did not show flexibility in resolving the matter, and the interaction felt unfriendly. As a result, the check-in experience was disappointing, and the hotel felt rather cold and unwelcoming.None of the front desk staff spoke English, which made communication very difficult. If the hotel does not intend to accommodate international travelers, it might be more appropriate not to list the property on international booking platforms.

Location was far from Train station - hence need a free shuttle bus from Sendai station to go in. Kind of challenging to book and confirm the shuttle arrangement but got it done after few clarifications. Hotel itself is near Akiu Sato centre which is good Hotel is big but quite old looking, room spacious , good onsen. very good dinner buffet with snow crabs daily. Buffet breakfast limited spread but OK Problem is other main attractions are far and need to take bus/taxi. The Akiu traditional craft village/park was a big disappointment with no visitors and only few shops opened. Not worth going at all

The hotel here has spacious rooms with Japanese futons to sleep on. The rooms are clean and the front desk staff provides good explanations. The onsen here is very large and has many pools. The lounge provides clean services twice a day. In the evening, there is unlimited wine, beer, and snacks. Breakfast is good, with a wide selection and delicious. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back to stay here again. I would like to recommend this hotel

The hotel is clean. Location is great. Room is good although it is small as same as most of hotels in Japan. Free onsen for guests. Breakfast is very good. You have local dishes and hot food station. They have Gyutan, Shiroishi noodle, seafood rice and other Japanese food. Only a bit confusion for parking your car and reception tried to fix the issue. I recommend this hotel for everyone stay in Sendai.
