Very nice hotel, lots of amenities like laundry, free cosmetics to choose from everyday, relaxing onsen you can use any time. Helpful and polite staff. Photos shown of the room is what you get.

Love this quiet and peaceful hotel and the surrounding....will stay again the next trip. We stayed one night before heading to Kansai airport ( 5 mins train ride) My son was so elated to enjoy the onsen due to his scoliosis and his pain was eased. Good breakfast with a fantastic seaview. Be there and see for yourself. About 10mins walk from Rinku town station. Should you intend to leave your baggages at the station, there are 2 options , locker or pay 500 yen per pc at one of the shops providing storage service. You can then freely head off to Premium outlet and back before 8pm (shop closure) to airport. Highly recommend Saba fish at OOTOYA - Rinku premium...pls google exact location.

Convenient walking distance to and from the Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station serving the Chuo Line [C] and Sakaisuji Line [K], makes for an easy thoroughfare to all parts of the city, Umeda, and Universal Studios, too. Great amenities are its upper floor Onsen on the 14th floor, along with the swimming pool and gym facilities for an additional (2 700¥) per visit. Room size is fairly spacious for solo travelers, but opt for beds for two persons or couples. The hotel does not have laundry facilities though the nearest laundromat is about 6-blocks away. Very clean and open 24/24. This hotel has a chapel inside on the second floor for those who are observant travelers (for Christian devotees). There are several other temples and shrines all within distance from the hotel itself. Accommodations are very good from a short stay to a business traveler’s perspective or personal experience within this part of Osaka’s financial districts. Very lovely places for returning visitors.

숙소가 연식이 있지만 매우 깔끔하게 관리가 잘 되어 있습니다. 방에 이불도 깨끗하고 모든 곳이 깔끔했어요. 직원 분들도 매우 친절하시고 온천 시설도 관리가 잘 되어 있고 물도 좋았습니다. 도톤보리에서 가깝고 지하철역도 걸어서 충분히 갈 수 있는 거리입니다. 그리고 조식도 먹었는데 음식도 정갈해서 맛있게 먹었어요. 저는 맛있어서 밥 3번 먹었네요 ㅎㅎ 가족여행으로 도톤보리 근처에서 온천도 같이 하고 싶은 숙소를 찾으신다면 구라모토 추천합니다!

Geat live the ramen they may need to rethink the tattoo policy for onsen it is the 21st century and a lot of foreigners visit the area

Lovely place! This is my first time coming to Japan, and it’s also the first day of my trip. I have to say, staying here made for the best start to my one-week vacation. The room is cozy, and I especially love the bathroom, which is neat and tidy. The view is beautiful—I can see the trains slowly departing right in front of me from the compact balcony. Everything is wonderful here. It gave me a wonderful memory. By the way, I heard there is a free sauna available—I’ll definitely try it next time!”

We chose the hotel cos' it was conveniently located near the train station as we wanted to go to the Osaka expo. The rooms were ok. Housekeeping service was good. The Reception lady on our check in day (10/5 ) was not particularly friendly or helpful - perhaps she was busy. Upon check out today ( 10/7 ), however, the 2 ladies ( one from Indonesia ) were very helpful and the Japanese receptionist helped us refill our form to send our bags to Nagoya and called the receiving hotel in Nagoya to check that they will receive our bags. We are very grateful to her n I am sorry that I did not get her name but she was on duty this morning at 10.45am. Our room number was 3526. We also had a drink at the lounge bar on 20th floor on 10/6 night n it was quite nice. Overall, a nice experience at the hotel because of the Receptionist who helped us with our bags today (10/7 )and the Receptionist ( from Indonesia)who recommended us breakfast places n was very friendly and kind. The hot spring was awesome. It was pretty crowded but didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable while soaked in different baths. I quite enjoyed and would want to stay here again if revisiting USJ. We could also drop our luggage at the hotel after checking out. That service is much appreciated.

The hotel location was fantastic, it is conveniently located just right after you step out of the escalator exit 24 right at the doorstep. Though the service crew not really able to speak English, but they use Google translate to communicate. Amenities was great as they provide pyjamas, extra pillow and toiletries at the reception area for guest to pickup, there is welcome drinks too and coffee available at lobby. Great place to stay indeed!
