Great hotel with Onsen in the basement. Check in was a breeze and there was alcohol available for happy hour and soft drinks/coffee throughout the day. Location is not a touristy area, which is ideal. No need to worry about tons of tourists everywhere. Onsen was great and not too busy. Will definitely stay here again.

Sangat berpuas hati dengan kemudahan perkhidmatan hotel. Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat tinggi. Lain kali saya ke Osaka, saya akan menempah hotel ini. Mata air panas di hotel ini benar-benar kelas pertama, dengan pelbagai jenis akan sentiasa ada yang memuaskan hati anda. Selepas keluar untuk berseronok pada siang hari, berenang di mata air panas dapat menghilangkan keletihan. Bufet sarapan di hotel mempunyai pelbagai pilihan makanan, yang boleh memenuhi keperluan citarasa yang berbeza dan pengembara antarabangsa. Makanan pun sedap. Lokasinya mudah, berhampiran dengan Stesen Tenzhuji dan Stesen Zoo-Mae. Ia berdekatan dengan Menara Tsutenkaku dan Daisekai, jadi tidak sukar untuk mencari makanan yang lazat. Just got back from an awesome stay at this onsen hotel right next to Hommachi Station in Osaka, and I honestly loved it! The location is super convenient – literally steps away from Hommachi Station. You can jump on the subway in no time, and getting to Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, or anywhere else is a breeze. The onsen was the best part. The hot springs felt amazing after a long day walking around the city. But what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They were smiling the whole time and went out of their way to help with directions, restaurant recommendations, and even explained the onsen rules so I didn’t feel awkward. It made the whole stay feel really warm and welcoming.

Hotel is conveniently located with good F&B amenities within walking distance. Surrounding is quiet. Hotel has well prepare necessities for guest use and a good hot public bath facility on the 6th floor. Train station is just across the street from hotel

Stayed here for our last night in Japan. First timer staying at this establishment. Excellent location just that need to walk quite a bit from the Kansai airport, thats all. About 10 minutes walk, no biggie. But beware! the hotel lobby counters are manned by dinosaurs!🤣 Great onsens, rooms were excellent with wonderful views of the sea side but like usual, dont expect great space for your luggage in the room. Will definitely stay here again in the future nevertheless.

We stayed there 1st week of 2026 new year and there was no crowd. So it makes the experience very chill and nice. Onsen will less people and restaurants with no queue. I prefer this branch than the Shinsaibashi as it is more quieter. Nearby hotel is office tower crowd so you can really see the local life. There's great restaurants nearby as well. Staff were friendly and nice. Complimentary supper ramen taste very good. Love the experience here. The massage chair were nice to enjoy too.

호텔은 일본에 간 느낌을 물씬 내보고 싶다면 좋은 곳입니다 나눠주는 유카타는 입는 것만으로도 새로운 기분이 들게 합니다. 온천은 생각한 것보다 작았고, 탕은 하나밖에 없었습니다. 아, 그리고 엘리베이터 앞에 주류 자판기가 있더군요. 종류는 아사히 맥주, 하이볼 정도었습니다.

Lovely vibe and very very convenient location, near to Dotonburi, Zauo fishing restaurant and Nipponbashi station. We looked forward to in hotel onsen almost every night, and free late night ramen. Room was relatively spacious for Japan. Only thing is you have to pay additional for room cleaning, so we had to take our own trash down regularly.

Quiet end of Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi. Close enough to walk to everything and Namba station, but far enough from all the rowdy crowds and loud music. Hot spring was small, however it never got too busy. Service was friendly, although the staff weren't particularly knowledgeable with ”local tips” or recommendations. Room was small, however bed was Queen sized (150cm wide) compared to some competing chains that offer only double beds. Very good value for money if all you need is a place to sleep at a good soak in the onsen after a day's walk and aren't spending time at your hotel.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to Universal Studios - but we’re actually amazed when checking in. The views on the bay from our room on 10th floor were incredible - what a sight to wake up to. Our kids (9 and 7) loved the onsen - as did we: so clean and specious with 3 pools indoor and 2 outdoors on a beautiful terrace. Highly recommended
