Excellent onsen Hotel surrounding with beautiful garden. the staff in the hotel is nice and super-helpful, though I wish they could find more english speaking workers. Room is clean and food is delicious. Wish I could have spent more time in the hotel! Definitely will come back to enjoy!

太棒的溫泉酒店，就在出雲大社旁，周圍吃的很多，但是晚上都關門了。酒店的庭院很精緻，溫泉一般般，餐食中規中距。勝在地理位置和庭院，是個老建築，服務也不錯。

酒店位於松江宍道湖温泉站（不是JR松江站）出門就是私鐵（都是一畑公司的）和宍道湖風景。私鐵可以直達出雲大社景點，還有一日券1800日元。
我們入住的是豪華雙床湖景房，攜程上帶早晚飯的價格很划算，所以就在這裏吃飯。早晚餐都是偏日式的自助，晚飯更加豐盛一些，食材新鮮，有刺身小份烤牛肉 類似肉夾饃的，還有其他種類很多，性價比很高了。
設施：泡湯在6樓，衹有室內温泉大池和桑拿房。
一樓有咖啡和簡餐，入住贈送了兩杯果汁也在這裏兑換。
需要注意的是，松江現在超過5000日元一晚的酒店需要交200宿泊税，温泉税是1人1晚150日元。

部屋はツインベッドの部屋を利用。ゆったり広く過ごしやすかった。無料サービスが充実していて、贅沢な旅になった。お風呂も天然温泉でゆっくり入ることが出来た。
ただ部屋の向きによっては目の前が病院という景観になってしまうので、そこだけ残念な気がしました。
概ね満足のいく宿泊になりました！

溫泉水質太好了☺️非常喜歡

以及會注意到客戶需求，並提早詢問，非常謝謝您的貼心。
晚飯後可以提燈籠外出散步，回程有足湯可以休息放鬆愜意，浴衣花色限量挑選，很可愛也讓旅行多了一個紀念。

We stayed for three days and the hotel was beautiful. Very spacious, all of the amenities and such a relaxing hot spring tub. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and different each day, with local foods. The ladies who worked at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful and so nice. The front desk people were accommodating and easily aided us with any questions we had. Such a wonderful day and such a pleasure to meet James, the owner. It is really a lovely hotel.

以前利用したことがあり、その際の印象が良かったので3年ぶりに利用しました。
外観は少し古く見えますが、中は非常に綺麗で、素晴らしいです。部屋も広く、不満なことは一切なし。
風呂まで少し歩きますが、浴衣でゆったり歩きながらお風呂に向かう時間もよく思えます。
何よりも満足したのは朝食バイキングです。全ての料理が美味しい。普段は朝そんなに食べれないのですが、あまりにも美味しいのでたくさん食べてしまいました。
また来たいです。

GGuest UserNicely situated in the centre of one of the two main streets in Yunotsu. I stayed in the bottom capsule which is much more spacious than the top capsule since you get space to put your belongings. Kitchen was equipped with basic condiments like soy sauce and cooking oil. There is a coin laundry facility in the adjoining building - 500 yen for wash and 100 yen per 10 mins of drying.
The only concern I had was with the check in process, which luckily for me I was informed about before by reading the reviews. Check in is at Kazeto, another hotel around 5 mins walk away from Watowa. This can be troublesome for guests arriving by foot as you’ll need to backtrack to Kazeto if mistakenly arriving at Watowa first. Staff at check in were helpful and friendly (English speaking) and provided ample information about the facilities and attractions in Yunotsu and surrounds.

- warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel
- gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view
- free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100)
- impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110
- quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change
- free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information
- the environment of the public bath was quite clean
- totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights
Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

RREI YSIt’s really a very good hotel. I didn’t expect anything from Shimagen, but from the beginning of landing at Izumo Airport, all the way to the hotel, I met very warm and friendly people. The staff of the bridge management were very enthusiastic and responsible. The design and facilities of the hotel can be said that I have lived in the top three in all Japanese hotels. The design is obviously very attentive, convenient and practical, not fancy, simple and generous, and the room is really clean. The hotel is on the right hand side of the station and the traffic is convenient. The reception staff at the front desk were not only enthusiastic and patient, but also specially printed the Chinese version of the hotel guide, moved, great praise! ! !

啤啤梨mamiAs the room rate is cheaper than the surrounding hotels, so as to book. Arrived to find a hotel with a period, the receptionist in the evening was very friendly and enthusiastic, and the friendly smile was very patient to introduce the facilities in the store. When we entered the room, we had placed the tatami bedding for us. Although the facilities are slightly old, but the items and facilities are hygienic and tidy. Everyone sleeps very comfortably and the room is air-conditioned! And the large bath is in good size, an open-air bath, it must be good in winter, and you must come to soak and relax for two nights! The parking fee is only 300yen a night, very reasonable! 🙏 Very suitable for families!

出出差者It was a great experience, very much like a budget Japanese inn, with tatami floors throughout the building, a natural hot spring on the rooftop where you can soak in the hot spring and watch the stars and the night view, free massage chairs that were great, and a variety of free food.
The last entry for breakfast is at 9:00, so remember to get up early for breakfast. You need to queue up to enter at 7:00 on Saturday morning. I like the homemade seafood bowl and all-you-can-eat crabs the most. Every dish is very Japanese and the fruits are very sweet.
The hotel is affordable and I would like to stay in the same group of hotels again if I have the chance.

Ttravel with IlaEverything was perfect! The staff was kind, helpful, and extremely efficient, as always in Japan. I loved the delicious ramen served in the evening, the relaxing onsen, the peaceful atmosphere, the impeccable cleanliness, and all the extra services included. The location is also very convenient, just next to the station. I would have loved to stay more nights, but unfortunately, there was no availability. I really hope to come back!

Jjo taroIt feels like an old inn has been renewed for private guests. The building may be old, but the interior is beautiful.
The single private room is super small with only a bed. Well, there is no problem with lying down and looking at your phone. It's a private room, but of course, you can hear the snoring in the next room, as well as the sound of opening the bag. It might be better to have an earphone.
However, there is an inner hot water, the location is good, and the price is sufficiently satisfactory.

YYoshioIt was delicious with only breakfast. I didn't have dinner, so I went to a nearby izakaya. The owner of the izakaya used to make banquets here better. I heard that I can't cook for some reason now. The inn itself was awarded by a travel agency and had a shield. Clean and good. The hot springs are also good. I thought it would be better if there was dinner. Iwami no Kata 々, who was present at the izakaya, was very friendly and fun.

LLareina__This is a huge garden-style hot spring hotel. Following the signs, you can even crawl through caves to discover the former residence of the Emperor…it's incredibly hidden!! I bet many people didn't even find it! Hahaha! I also experienced mixed-gender bathing, which was quite enjoyable. The beauty bath is great! There's a foot bath right at the entrance…and a free JR shuttle bus…Apart from the food being so-so, everything else was perfect!
