Hotel Hot Springs di Tottori Prefecture, Japan

Had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic — super convenient yet peaceful. One of the nicest surprises was the free ramen served at night – perfect in the cold weather, warm and comforting. It really hit the spot! 💕 The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. They also offer free access to hot spring, which I was really looking forward to, but sadly I was too tired this time. Definitely a reason to come back again soon! A truly cozy and heartwarming stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and recharge!

My two nights here were a perfect escape. The room felt like a retreat into calm. I especially loved the private baths, quiet, serene, and easy to access. What made the stay truly unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. From the afternoon tea with a Japanese sweet served in the room to their constant thoughtfulness and gentle smiles, every detail made me feel welcomed and cared for. My stay here will remain one of the most memorable parts of my time in Japan.

This hotel is the perfect destination to choose when travelling in Tottori. It is very close to the Tottori station and there are a lot of onsen choices, local eateries around too. The onsen provided in the hotel is very good and comfortable too. Overall a wonderful stay.

The room I purchased was 11 sq metres. It’s actually cramped and not suitable if one Carries a big lugguage. No laundry service nearby. Only suitable for those who carry light.

Modernized ryokan with its own onsen. 5 minute walk to the train station, not too many restaurants / bars around the hotel. Lovely garden and nice rooms. The main onsen shouldn‘t be used if you have tattoos but there is a private family bath that can be used with tattoos. The family bath is first come first served, so you might need to wait a while… Breakfast was delicious and plenty!

I received room upgrade. I could the see from my room. When I arrived at hotel, a staff welcomed me in front of the front door. All staff were very nice and the hotel was very clean. I was drizzling on my face and soaked in the hot spring water and enjoyed a healing time like heaven.

Perkhidmatan hotel adalah seperti rumah dan seperti VIP. Terdapat tempat letak kenderaan percuma. Kemudahan kolam air panas sudah lengkap. Skor sempurna untuk kebersihan💯. Semasa lawatan kelip-kelip malam bermusim, semua pelawat ke kawasan Mata Air Panas Misasa akan berjalan di sepanjang jalan gunung di mana kelip-kelip menyerang. 

Building just minute away from Tottori Station! Very closed and I was happy to stay here! There is breakfast for free and night drink. Room with bathtub and they provide iPhone/Android cable at room and it was point plus for us. They have alot amenities and Onsen (too bad I wasn’t tried it since we just arrived from Kinosaki) Staff not really good in English but they really supportive. Closed to Aeon as well and so far two thumbs from us and if I come again (definitely I’ll come back to Tottori) I will stay here again🫶🏼🫶🏼

깨끗하고 서비스도 좋고 너무 친절하셔서 여행기간동안 정말 행복했습니다. 조식도 대접 받는 느낌이었어요. 대욕장도 생각보다 만족스러웠고 고즈넉한 분위기가 너무 좋았습니다. 요나고 다시 방문하게 된다면 고민없이 가이케후가로 예약할거에요!

The location is good, facilities and amenities is perfect, onsen is allow for child, breakfast and dinner is excellent, the room is clean
