I had mixed feelings about this hotel:
-Very spacious room/suite and comfortable bed.
-Nice places to hang out in the hotel with nice views.
-Staff was very friendly
But:
-Poor isolation. We got awaken by loud music from neighbors’ tv at 6 AM. We heard everything as if the speakers were in our room.
-Disappointing breakfast (only toast and fruits).
Overall good experience, but could be better for a 4-star hotel.

You know it was just gorgeous! The staff are nice when you re checking in. They will give u welcoming drinks which are tasty. The view is inevitable so I highly recommend you to book this. We all had a wonderful night together.

The location is good, supermarket and many restaurants are nearby, they also have a 24 hrs coffer shop, which is good for us to have a simple breakfast before we hang out in the early morning.
However, we have to bring our big suitcase to level 3 by staircase and the cleanness needs to improve.

Buen servicio, me dejó a desear muchísimo la comida, más de 2 horas de espera para los restaurantes, el de sushi muy rico y el de carnes también después de la espera lo demás no me gustó la playa muy bonita siempre fue bandera roja la vista muy bonita desde el cuarto vi el amanecer. Calidad precio está bien a secas.

Das Hotel befindet sich am Ende Puerto Morelos in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Es ist neu und sehr gepflegt und der Stuff ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren in einer ziemlich großen Suite mit einem schönen Seitenblick auf das karibische Meer untergebracht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab verschiedene Eierspeisen, einen Früchteteller sowie Toasts mit Marmelade und Honig. Es ist natürlich kein und 4 Sterne Frühstück, sowas braucht man meines Erachtens aber auch nicht wirklich.
Die Anlage liegt direkt am Meer, man kann ohne Aufpreis liegen und einen sonnenschirm nutzen. Wenn man möchte, serviert der Kellner einem kalte Drinks direkt an die Liege. Die Preise im Restaurant sind für
mexikanische Verhältnisse relativ hochpreisig, dafür war das Abendessen unfassbar lecker.
Es gibt sogar einen Doktor, der einem einen Antigen Test abnimmt, sehr nützlich für die weite Reise in die USA. Unser Fazit: wir kommen gerne wieder, es lohnt sich.

This is the best value in Playa Del Carmen. The best bang for the buck especially if you’re booking on this app. Good food. Steak restaurant is great too. Everything is clean and modern although not the newest hotel. This is our go to hotel. Only complaint is they stopped including the premium tequila (Don Julio) in the all inclusive

Zimmer sind mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet - Mexikanischer Standard, Dusche zum Teil mit wenig Wasserdruck. Matratzen super, das Frühstück ist sehr fettig, viel frittiertes, für uns eher ein Lunch. Da geht auf jeden Fall mehr.

Everything was good. We loved the Mexican restaurant especially a man who brought breakfast got mad at me, telling me to make space for the food. There was clearly plenty of room and it wasn't even messy, but he yelled at me with all sorts of commands for no reason. It felt like he was taking it out on me, so I felt bad, but other than that, overall the stay was okay.

The beach was very nice but checkout had to be in person which was a nightmare since it was so far from my room I had to take the golf cart trolly who took me to the wrong checkout building and the line to checkout was ridiculous ! The resort also was way overpriced for the average food and service.

앨앨꼬LeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time.
I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge.
They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know.
I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation.
I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered...
I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult.
My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim.
If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined.
Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests.
He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel.
Spots and tips inside and outside the hotel, and even tips for selecting clothes at the photo zone.^^
He even showed me pictures of what was delicious, what was good to buy, etc. Where can I meet someone like this?
Dear Jaeha, this is the first and last day for the Dink couple, who travel twice a year and focus a large part of their lives on travel.
The angel concierge at Le Blanc, which was like heaven♡
I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt.
First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison.
The quality of the dishes also did not lag behind.
Of course, there were some that seemed a bit insincere, but wouldn't one out of a hundred things be lacking to be humane?^^
Even if you are tired, we recommend that you enjoy the meal at one of the many restaurants rather than room service.
There are a variety of things to enjoy, including classes, spas, laser shows, performances, and more.
The private beach is also kept very clean.
I think it is a strength that can appeal because it is compared to other places, and I hope that Le Blanc will be established not only in Cancun but also in other places.
So much so that my husband is thinking about living at Le Blanc for a month.. haha.
When a picky and strict Korean man thinks about the LeBlanc Flex, his mouth hurts.

There is a facility to rinse with water after playing in the pool or at the beach, and I think the consideration of turning on hot water is the basic mind of the hotel. The various daily events were also good. I will leave with good memories.

GGuest UserThe Five Oceanfront was a pleasant surprise for my wife and me. We typically stay at larger all-inclusive resorts and specifically wanted to try a smaller one. My wife found this by Googling the top resorts in the area, and their larger resort in Playa was on the list, and she found this one by visiting the larger resort’s website. I don’t write many reviews, but when I do, they are detailed; I am particular about a lot of things and appreciate when others write with the same level of detail. We booked a trip for February, but a non-COVID illness forced us to delay the trip. The staff easily accommodated our request to push the trip out 3 weeks with no additional charges. Our visit was 3/18-3/25/21. We were greeted by a modern and stylish entrance. The resort is at the end of the road, with an undeveloped resort property next door. The “front desk” is a large wood table that, from our balcony, looks like the state of Texas, and is similarly large. “Live edge” wood tables are all over the place and in our room. We were on an all-inclusive package (optional at this resort and apparently, is available on a day-by-day basis), and our bracelets were colored string with a logoed wood tile (think Scrabble tile) with an RFID chip on the back for access to our floor and room. That was a nice touch compared to resorts that have plastic color-coded bracelets. The package included a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and a plate of fruit and chocolates in the fridge. 3 of each of these were stocked in the fridge each day: 3 kinds of soda, Sparling water, Heineken and Dos Equis beers. Still bottled water was also in the fridge (think glass coke bottles with water). We reserved a one-bedroom suite. The room was fitted out with a 5-cup drip coffee maker, a 2-burner cooktop, a combo microwave/toaster, and full-size fridge/freezer combo. A 65” (?) Samsung TV was in the family room and also in the bedroom. Unfortunately, the hotel software controlled the TV and changing inputs or using apps was not possible. That would have been nice for the couple of evenings we were in the room early. The living area had modern furniture, exactly as pictured on the website. Our balcony had two cushioned chaise lounges and a two-person jetted tub. The bathroom had double sinks, and a walk-in shower that had the best rainfall shower head we’ve ever had. Many places try, and most fail in providing nice fixtures and decent water pressure. Robes and disposable slippers were also provided. Plenty of room to unpack 2 full-size suitcases and store them out of the way. The sliding doors between the bedroom and living space were quiet to operate, heavy, and thick. This provided a good barrier for me to rise early and get some work done before my wife. I didn’t test the speed of the included Wi-Fi but it was plenty fast for the large files I access online for work. ZzhangdaoThe hotel rooms are renovated, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel beach is small but it is probably the best beach on the island. It is very close to the ferry and diving pier, and the dive shop can pick you up directly at the hotel pier. The hotel's Italian restaurant is expensive but the pasta is delicious.

2 puntos negativos. 1) Te acosan a la entrada y salida para venderte un tiempo compartido disfrazado con otro nombre, haciendo mencion ellos que es programa vacacional 2) El área de la playa en época de bodas no te permite disfrutar, ya que los fotógrafos se apropian del lugar sin siquiera pedir permiso, situación que se reportó y pues no hace nada el hotel.
