The room and area was good, but I experienced a scam provided by the receptionist. I have consulted the tour advice with the reception, the guy provided me an excellent two-day rafting package that called by a tourist agent. In the tour, that was a disaster, the tour only half-day with 1/3 distance of his presented tour. The cost he charged me is almost 5 times of the normal price in internet. I would prefer that should be a very special tour and different from I found in internet. That was totally scam and waste my time and money, it was extremely affect my plan and mood. I would report this experience to the concerned parties. It really a shame of Nepalese.

The front desk held my bags while I went on an overnight excursion. When I came back, there was a giant cockroach on my bag that jumped into my leg. The front desk staff saw the incident and when I asked them to kill the cockroach they just shrugged and half-heartedly said they would spay the area later. The room was also tired and the sheets had burn marks on them. The breakfast was good and a good deal for the price, but the hygiene issues were so severe that my friend and I canceled our second booking after returning from Bhaktapur and changed hotels.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel! from the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and had all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and tidy throughout my visit. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Every member of the staff was attentive and genuinely cared about making my stay memorable. Whether it was the concierge offering personalized tips or the restaurant staff ensuring my meal was to my liking, every detail was taken care of with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch service and an outstanding overall experience. I’ll definitely be back! special thanks to ishan, krishna, rosa, and the entire team.

最高のホテル。最高のオーナー。とても暖かく迎えてくださる。優しい。ほんと、大好き。本当の家族のような感じです。夜は扉も窓もすべて開けて寝ました。気持ちが良いです。農村部に暮らす人々を初日から信用できる人は是非ここに泊まってください。変に何か守ろうとすると浮くと思います。全身で自然を、この農村を楽しんでほしい。犬が可愛い。
