I had an exceptional stay at I’M Hotel Makati and couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made for a truly relaxing stay. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. One of the highlights of the hotel is its outstanding facilities. The onsen spa, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and fitness center were all impeccably maintained and provided the perfect balance of relaxation and wellness. The breakfast buffet offered a wonderful selection of delicious local and international dishes, making every morning something to look forward to. The location is another major advantage. Situated in the heart of Makati, the hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping centers, and nightlife, making it incredibly convenient whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. What truly sets I’M Hotel apart is the consistency of its service. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and eager to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. Overall, I’M Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel is getting better, still offer the best room size and views at this location. If you are into the vibe of the bars and restaurants in Pabloion, this is the hotel for you. The only annoying things about this location is the Burgos area, so it's a give and take about the hotel location but the staff at the reception, super friendly and helpful. They always welcome you with a smile. Been staying here for years. maybe on the more pricey side compared to the other but it's the new building in this area
