Hotel Hot Springs di Mimaropa, Philippines

Overall I do like this hotel as the staffs are helpful and polite to make my stay memorable. Although the hotel is a little distant from Sabang town, they do have speedboat to ferry guests in and out. It has nice room with balcony and sea view for a relaxing stay.

По прибытию в отель, оказалось, что в отеле Ricardo не было свободных мест и мы были вынуждены поселиться в соседний полупустующий корпус. В целом номер не плохой. С балконом. Горячая вода присутствовала. Набор для душа - не представляется. В описании номера у нас было указано наличие фена. Но его в отеле нет совсем. Вода из раковины уходила очень плохо! Последний день в унитазе не было воды. Сотрудник Том был очень услужливым и старался сделать для нас все, что мы просили. Спасибо ему за это 🙏. Петух ночью в двенадцатом часу ночи - это отдельный вид безумия))) Думаю ему пора на суп 🙈 😂. Местоположение отеля не совсем удачное, но рядом есть круглосуточный Mc’Donalds ) От отеля до центра и пирса, откуда отправляются лодки на экскурсии- 50-60 филиппинских песо за двоих на трицикле. Сотрудники отеля заказали нам на утро трансфер на трицикле до пирса, откуда отправляются лодки до Эль Нидо. По итогу водитель назвал слишком завышенную цену сравнимую с тем, что мы добирались на минивене с аэропорта. А учитывая, что ехать совсем не далеко - не приятно. В целом жить можно, особенно учитывая стоимость данного жилья. Мы бронировали проживание не задолго до въезда, поэтому выбрать было не из чего.

What i like about the hotel/b&b was that it’s very accessible and within the town so it’s easy to navigate where I wanted to go. Amenities should be upgraded like their wifi and bathroom. Cleanliness as well should be improved.

The view from the window overlooking the bay is breathtaking—definitely avoid rooms with a different view! The staff is fantastic, especially the reception team: incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Big thanks to them for that! The restaurant service is good, but the food was underwhelming—breakfasts were quite basic. Only a few dishes on the menu were tasty; the rest need improvement. They should really revamp their offerings. The rooms are spotless, and housekeeping does an excellent job. The pool looks beautiful and well-maintained, but there’s an issue with unpleasant odors from the port, which sometimes makes swimming less appealing. The gym is poorly equipped—it could use more machines or at least an Olympic bar.

You got what u pay for, not bad but the toilet was a bit nasty although the staff tries to clean as best as possible not all guests have the same concept of hygiene. Overall a decent stay especially for the price

Beautiful resort very far from everything (90 minute ride from airport). Welcoming at this resort was unlike any other in the world. Just amazing staff. Room was what you’d expect in a motel not a resort. The bathroom could fit one person at a time. They do have some newer rooms that probably are much nicer. Driver took us on a trip to local waterfalls which was perfect. If you want to relax and be surrounded by amazing staff this resort is perfect.
