Qualidade do serviço é fraca, exceto recepção e bar (funcionários que estão presentes no pequeno almoço facilmente esquecem-se do que o cliente solicita) As instalações necessitam de restauro (edifício, elevador, esperguiçadeiras, kitchinet, etc.). Não oferecem opções para pessoas com intolerância à lactose, mesmo tendo requisitado com antecedência, exceto leite. Estadia ficou muito aquém das expetativas. Necessitam melhorar muito.

Hotel is in perfect location within the historical site, the room is clean and comfy. Beautiful pool in the middle of the garden. Despite all ups, the downside was the service in general, however the reception was helpful when asked.
Tips:
Avoid staying the same floor as the reception because there is a staff room next to you, and the staff come to chitchat in the room and the hallway (the same hallway as guest doors, clearly echo).
Beware of hot food running out from breakfast way earlier than closing time, you cannot request those eggs, bacons, mushroom if it's runs out. even there are many guests coming in and was no hot food.
Like other comment says the hotel is full of potential and personally we think its a very peaceful & lovely place with historical charm. Just the frontline service staffs around the place still far from that so called well service.
House keeping were friendly and helpful, gardening maintained well.
Enjoyed the place and once learned to didnt expect any service, Its was the best way.

Hotel mewah yang sangat bagus berhampiran dengan padang golf yang indah.
Ia mempunyai bilik-bilik moden yang besar dengan pelbagai kolam renang yang sangat bagus yang terletak dalam persekitaran taman tropika yang sangat indah. Sangat baik bertemu.
3-5 minit ke marina dan pantai dengan Teksi/Uber atau hanya menaiki pengangkutan ulang-alik hotel.
Alangkah baiknya jika mereka boleh menambah beberapa mi soya dan lumpia ke dalam sarapan barat mereka yang sangat lazat.

Gostei da localização, o quarto muito bom. A melhorar o aviso que a recepção não é no próprio hotel,e sim no hotel central a 100metros.

GGuest UserInteresting quirky location full of historic character. Very friendly welcome. When receptionist saw on passport that it was wife's birthday, we were given an upgrade and bottle of bubbly in room! Buffet breakfast fine, but it would have been good to have bacon on the hot-food selection. Our suite was quite spacious, but only had a standard double bed - OK for us, though others might want to request a king-size.

KKernVery nice luxury hotel close to a beautiful golf course.
It has large modern rooms multiple very nice pools set in a very beautiful tropical garden environment. Very well meet up.
3-5 minutes to the marina and beach by Taxi/Uber or just take the hotel shuttle.
Would be great if they could add some soy noodles and spring rolls to their very good western breakfast.

舒舒It's a very good hotel. It's with Hilton, and breakfast is also there. The food is very rich. The room is large, and the kitchen supplies are complete, including washing machine, oven, microwave oven, cooking utensils, and tableware. Two bedrooms and one living room are suitable for a family of four, and children's entertainment facilities are also complete! recommended choice
