設施：房間不大，尤其是衞生間，有點小；在沙特住了好幾家酒店，只有他家沒有燒水壺，幸好我自己帶了；房間的窗簾沒有開關，賊難拉； 環境：大堂環境高大上；地理位置很尷尬，地鐵站在對面馬路，但沒有直接過去的路，非得繞一大圈，步行到地鐵站用時15分鐘以上； 服務：VOCO的早餐一直不錯，品種豐富品質高，吃完撐到中午。

YYounès MhamediThe Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, although renowned for its standard, unfortunately leaves something to be desired in several aspects. When we arrived, the welcome was far from warm, which is disappointing for an establishment of this size. Fortunately, the room staff was able to compensate with their professionalism and impeccable service. However, other aspects of the service were failing. At the pool, we were surprised to find that there were no staff to greet us and prepare towels, which is not up to the standards expected of a hotel bearing the Four Seasons name. It is crucial that these points are quickly improved to maintain the reputation of the establishment.
