We love Westgate lake and resorts. This is our 3rd year.
Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the resorts is beautiful. If there’s only 1 minor thing we could point out, it is that the rooms have no real curtains. They have the window shades which u can open and close but they are not blacked out.
This means you’re early awake from the sun coming in your rooms.

Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex.
We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours.
The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho.
The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use.
Overall a great stay and we will be back.

You get a room key with your own name on it (which you can take home), and the shuttle bus keeps running until midnight! It runs approximately every 5-10 minutes, and even when it's crowded after the event, you can still get on the bus in about five minutes – awesome! 👍 Early check-in also got me a relatively large room – great! 👍 The room has a microwave, sink, full-length mirror, and a huge makeup mirror!
I'll definitely stay here again next time! 😍

The location was perfect. There are supermarkets and shopping mall nearby, just 3 minutes driving or 15 minutes walking . The staff in the front desk don’t show any enthusiasm, they are cold . The facilities are fantastic.

The beach is OK, no outsiders allowed! The overall guest room facilities are average, almost all made in China! Including toiletries! It is best to bring your own toiletries! The view is nice! Not worth staying for two days! The Japanese food in the lobby is ridiculously expensive because the cooking level is too average! A meal for two people is $126, + this + that fee, and finally charged $210.58. The additional fees are really high! There is no Trump's taste at all!

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. However, the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Slippers are not provided, so remember to bring your own. There's a coffee shop and a pizza place on the ground floor, which is very convenient for dining and drinks. Orlando summers are hot and sunny, and I felt walking to Universal Studios was a bit far. I'd recommend taking a taxi.

I loved it !!!!!!!!! it had everything I need as far as pots and pans to cook, the rooms and bathrooms were amazing and the living room and kitchen area was what i need for my family and the washer and dryer in the room was very helpful. FROM NOW ON THIS IS WHERE I'M BOOKING MY FAMILY TO STAY AT :-).

Everything is great in a resort owned by Marriott👍The price includes tickets to the water park next door, and the children had a great time. There is a big shopping mall opposite the hotel. We didn't have time to go shopping, but it looked good!
