Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back.

I chose this hotel primarily for its shuttle service to Universal Studios, but the shuttle schedule was quite limited. They only offered shuttles *to* Universal in the morning and *from* Universal in the afternoon. The last return shuttle was at 8:40 PM, which is a bit tight considering Universal parks close at 9 PM – it would be much better if there were later options. Definitely make sure to book your shuttle times well in advance, otherwise you might not get the slot you want. Breakfast had a slightly better variety than Drury's, with more fruit, but it still lacked vegetables. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in as early as 11 AM. On the first day, we received two complimentary bottled waters, but none thereafter. When I asked the front desk, they told me to buy water from the supermarket on the first floor. However, on our last day, I managed to get some from a cleaning staff member – I guess she felt too awkward to refuse. My thanks to her!

Upgraded to a suite. The suite is really big and the pool view is beautiful. Staff are very welcoming and willing to assist They were also very helpful during the hurricane! Overall, the hotel is clean and the environment is very good. It is highly recommended. The price is also very affordable There is a shuttle bus to Universal Studios and it takes less than 10 minutes to drive there. You can also enter the park 1 hour early which is great!

Amazing stay, amazing place, amazing people. We hunkered down here through Hurricane Milton, felt safe and important here.

Very nice place for vacation, fully equipped with cooking facilities, swimming pool is good. Walking or running along the lake is also great. It's a pity to play Disney, I have no energy to play here. There is a shuttle bus to Disney, and taxis around to buy things and eat are very convenient.

The trip was excellent, spacious room & hall. Clean and tidy. We enjoyed the stay even though it was only 1 night.

The hotel is very good, the location is good, you can walk to a large shopping mall in five minutes, there are many choices for shopping and dining! There is a steak specialty restaurant in the hotel, which has a good reputation!

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, and their friendliness and helpfulness were evident throughout our stay. Our furry friend was treated like a VIP. The hotel’s commitment to being dog-friendly was remarkable, and our pet felt right at home from the start. Beyond the pet-friendly aspect, the hotel itself was a true delight. The pool area offering a refreshing escape with nice music. The rooms were consistently clean, and the pleasant scent that permeated the hotel created a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that the staff took great care to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. As we returned for our third visit, our love for this place only grew stronger. If you’re seeking a dog-friendly haven where exceptional service, a beautiful ambiance, and pristine rooms converge, look no further. This hotel is an absolute gem that we can’t help but adore.

The room is not very big and the bathroom facilities are relatively old, but the front desk service is good. The hotel is very close to the beach.
