The hotel environment is good, business travel customers said that this hotel building has a history of nearly 100 years, the surrounding environment is safer. Hilton's hotel, the service attitude is not bad. Supporting facilities are not good: the hotel does not provide toiletries, slippers are not; Breakfast is included in the room rate, in fact, you can choose one of the many menus; before leaving, you have to bring a cup of coffee, you have to charge extra, and you have not informed in advance. I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Food at the hotel restaurant was a treat to the palate. Would stay there again. It was close to public transportation, we did not need our vehicle to go to nearby attractions!

The hotel rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped, very suitable for work, vacation and leisure. The environment is clean and tidy and very quiet. The downside is that you have to pay for parking, and guests who drive themselves have to pay extra. But the front desk guy is very good and helped me waive it this time. The location of the hotel is very good and the transportation is convenient The Wi-Fi provided by the hotel is relatively stable.

The hotel was very clean and located right where we wanted to be. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a shuttle service which took us wherever we wanted to go in a 1 mile radius.

Parking in the underground parking lot is very convenient. Talk to the front desk when you check out. There is no charge when you leave the garage. The hotel lobby is not bad, the rooms are relatively old, but the hotels in the central cities of the United States are almost not old. The room was quite large, the air conditioning was very noisy, and when it didn't stop, the cold wind was blown for a while and the hot wind was blown for a while. I booked a room with breakfast, but at the end of the day breakfast was still charged separately, and I was drunk. The quality of reception staff at the reception varies, and there are a few female receptionists who come here for a while, business operations are unskilled, and their attitudes are very general.

If you are looking for perfection, this is as close as you're going to get for the money. Clean rooms, clean beds, and beyond friendly staff. Vick is the nicest and most helpful front desk person I've met. It's quiet, and after 10pm even their front door is locked. Breakfast is from 6-9 on weekdays and 7-10 on weekends. Good choices for breakfast from ceral to bagels to biscuits n gravy. Light stuff too, like fruit and yogurt. The dining area is spotless. They have the typical crazy design carpet in the hallways. Vending on every floor. Very nice place! Will definitely be back!

We have stayed with Drury before, but different locations in St. Louis. This was our first time at the Arch location and won't be our last! Absolutely wonderful customer service. Best kickback yet! My son had a wonderful experience hitting up the Market for a late snack and the associate was soooo nice! They had microwaveable pizza and candy, perfect! Will Absolutely stay here again.
