千萬不要來入住，表面光鮮亮麗，實質坑很多，衹能及時止損趕緊離開。這是一家在山區裏的酒店，我訂3天。但不知道要去五漁村必須坐公交車約2小時路程到拉斯佩齊亞轉，且星期天沒有公交，這天要去米蘭，讓酒店退錢不同意，衹能代叫出租車要50歐元。我訂酒店時你不告訴我週日沒車，現在又不退錢有道理嗎。再則，酒店在山裡周邊沒有餐館，衹能訂酒店的，預約號為1號。晚餐跟領班説來點意大利特色的菜品，他推薦肉末意大利麪，最後僅上這份意麪，暈！另桌2號席意大利中登點了份意大利色拉+火腿，邊吃邊朝我眨眼。我強忍把這不算好吃的意麪吃完走人。説好的提供早餐，但要到早晨7：10分才開，公交7：30分到站，走到公交站點也要10分鐘，此後也沒車了，時間被他們卡死。古老之地，今人不放鬆，唯有及時止損，提前2天離開，僅住一晚，損失自理。

L’hôtel est agréable et propre. Notre chambre avec vue sur la mer était très bien. Malheureusement, le monsieur à l’accueil est tellement désagréable que ça donne une très mauvaise image de l’hôtel.

Chambre spacieuse et assez confortable même si nous avons dû réclamer des couvertures non fournies, pas de bouilloire. Les informations sur l'hôtel et ses équipements devraient etre mis à disposition des clients dans la chambre. Je devais appeler la réception mais aucun numéro affiché. Grosse déception pour l'accès au SPA devenu payant (les années précédentes le SPA était inclu) et cette info n'apparaît pas sur le site de l'hôtel. Et malheureusement, j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour profiter d'un moment bien-être entre amies. L'enregistrement des nouveaux arrivants est trop long ! Nous avons attendu 30 minutes (2 couples devant nous) pour passer à l'accueil. Malgré la propreté de l'établissement et le personnel accueillant, nous ne retourneront pas dans cet établissement qui demande à améliorer certains points négatifs (pas de toilettes au restaurant, il faut descendre au sous-sol...)

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

Hotel è molto bello ha una bella vista panoramica dalla terrazza, e molto pulito il servizio è ottimo, la colazione è abbondante ed è tutto buono, il caffè è buonissimo. Il personale è gentile e il servizio è ottimo. È la seconda volta che andiamo per il nostro anniversario. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Hotel buono.. servizio clienti e camere ok colazione da rivedere per un hotel a 5 stelle.. personale di servizio alle colazioni molto impedito.una divisa o una camicia messa bene fa molto in un 5 stelle.. scarsità di salumi e formaggi.. cappuccino presentato molto male..caffè scarso di sapore..un caffè di qualità e una buona macinatura fa molto..

I liked the hostel, there is a kitchen, even free food, a coffee machine, a bar, the hotel has parties, but they will not interfere with your sleep, as the rooms are on the upper floors, and the kitchen and bar on 1. I may come back here again. the only point is that they do not have a unified rule for guests, i.e. for example, not to make noise in the room after 11 pm. people can sit there and talk, if someone is already sleeping and they will not care. I think this is wrong and need to come up with rules for resting at night.

Tutto perfetto come sempre, e’ la quarta volta che soggiorno in questo hotel. Bisogna avere una macchina per spostarsi. Letto comodo, stanza grande, posteggio incluso, tranquillo. Colazione nella norma per il prezzo.

GGuest UserThe appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room.
The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes.
We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini.
On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients.
I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic..
I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep.
Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

ZZHENVery good niche travel destination, it is recommended, the hotel is good: 1, diet: breakfast in the middle of the rules,; booked half-board, dinner dishes can be; service attitude is very good; 2, parking: definitely have to go by car, stayed for two nights, the hotel garage 40 euros stopped for one day, Italy parking costs are similar in several cities, very expensive. 3, room: booked is the administrative sea view room (that is, the 4th floor room), the room area is really small, it is more than a dozen flat, a suitcase will be, two suitcases can not open, slightly have a nainai tide However, the executive room has a small balcony that can be smoked to see the scenery (the balcony will be covered by the room, which does not affect the view), and if it is the 4th floor (408, 409), the balcony does not have a room. But basically can't stand, no area, and the view will be blocked by other rooms, we just switched to other rooms. It feels like the room with 2 floors is the best room type. TTrip LOVERssThis is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged.
Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area.
Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided.
Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill
Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go.
Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.

AAnonymous UserWhen I walked into the room, it was dark and I thought the light was poor. I was excited when I opened the curtains. It turned out to be a room with a view. The backyard surrounded by churches and beautiful houses is planted with cacti and lemon trees. When I opened the window, the fragrance hit me. In the morning, there was also the church bell at 8 o'clock to wake me up!
The interior is very clean and fresh. The room is not small. There are tables and chairs for rest. The bathroom is as shiny as new. The lights are bright.
The location is in the prosperous area of the town. There are various brands on the street in front of the door, which is very good to visit. Turn right and walk a few steps to the Orthodox Church. Cross the street to the seaside avenue; turn left and go to the old town Songguo District Observation Deck to watch the sunset, or go to the seaside pier to watch the boats.
Transportation: It is closer and more convenient to take a bus. The train station is a little far away, but you can also walk there by taking a shortcut through the alley. Note that the entrance is far from the platform. It is more relaxed to walk to the platform early to wait for the bus.
There are many restaurants in the alleys nearby, and the prices are affordable. The pizza is delicious. It is a beautiful and charming town with street music performances worth watching.

GGuest UserThe staff at Hotel al Sant’Andrea were TOP NOTCH! Very kind, informative, and always greeted us with a smile! The breakfast was basic but delicious and we always left full. The rooms were very basic and a bit run down but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms kind of felt like a dorm room to me. A/C worked well. Rooms were big for European hotel rooms (I’m Canadian and used to very large hotel rooms). The shower was very small but for only a 2 night stay it wasn’t a big deal. There was a mini fridge that actually kept items cold! I find hotel mini fridges are usually subpar. The location wasn’t ideal for us because the train station was a 15 minute walk away but if you are driving, location wouldn’t be an issue. We did not explore Sarzana, this was used as a home base to explore Cinque Terre, and for the price, I believe this hotel is worth it.

YYudumVery friendly reception staff. They speak French, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The service is efficient and clean. The only downside is that the sheets aren't changed every day... there's just a room cleaning without changing the sheets. Good stay. Close to the city. I recommend it.

GGuest UserThe hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!
