Apartments are up the hill which is a good walk or you can get a taxi for about €3.50. Plenty of taxis about. Very basic apartments but they do include everything you need. you need to request fresh towels the day in advance. There is a laundrette on site which charges €5 per wash, also a dryer for around same price. Beds not the greatest so Don’t expect a comfortable sleep but you get what you pay for!

The hotel building was shoehorned into a tight space between other buildings such as a school and other commercial units. It is basically a tower block with a pool and gym on the roof next to the main road. Would I return? It’s average with only the great staff getting it up to 3 star rating, so only if there were no better options available.

Stayed for two nights whilst on vacation exploring Lanzarote, paying a pretty good price for a last-minute booking. The compact hotel is very well located near the centre of Arrecife, on the coast almost directly opposite the Castillo de San Gabriel. There is no parking available at the hotel, although there is a large public 24hr underground carpark near the Arrecife Gran Hotel about a 10-minute walk away (around 30€ for a day and a half). Check in was quick and friendly, despite a late-night arrival. My room was at the back of the hotel overlooking the back streets of Arrecife. The room was comfortable although the décor was perhaps a little old. Good WIFI, but the room had only one free power socket (as the fridge had been unplugged before I arrived). The bed was fairly comfortable, some noise from the street at night, but nothing too loud. My room didn’t have aircon, which wasn’t an issue in October, but maybe an issue in the summer? Breakfast was on the terrace at the top of the hotel giving really good views; and a good selection to food choose from. Overall, a well located hotel to explore Arrecife and the surrounding area, but given the limited facilities at the hotel and lack of parking maybe better for short stays!

My Mum and I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for 4 nights as part of her birthday celebration and it was perfect! The rooms are so comfortable and the bedding is sublime! The team who work there are so fantastic - nothing is too much trouble and ever so helpful. There are beautiful towels by the pool which don’t slip down and you get two as standard so not everything is wet when you get out! There is even suncream at the pool so you don’t have to bring your own! Wifi is brilliant throughout the hotel. Cocktails are beautiful, about 17-18 euros each but worth every penny! Absolutely delicious. My only criticism was the lack of food choices in the hotel by the pool - not a huge amount to choose from, very fish based (I don’t eat fish) and the service was a little slow for drinks but that could be the time of year. But there was fabulous popcorn cones and fruit kebabs which were shared in the morning which was great. When planning you’re trip, just be aware that there is nothing around without a taxi from this hotel - there’s some lovely local places nearby but you will need to get in a taxi. The beach area is incredibly well set up - the little train takes you there, there’s a full bar and restaurant, toilets, suncream and sun loungers. Overall it was a brilliant stay and would recommend the hotel for sure - would be even better once the refurbishments are done and there are a few more pools and the restaurant with a view is open again! Hotel situato in una zona centralissima vicino a tutto ,bus ,taxi e divertimento. Piscina al settimo piano un po’ piccola ma sufficiente . Servizio ottimo ,molto disponibile a tutte le ore anche di notte ,un merito a Ignacio persona fantastica e simpatica . Un consiglio anche se L hotel è un po’ datato andateci che non ve ne pentirete . La colazione è ottima ,cene non lo consiglio andate a Playa che avete l’imbarazzo su cosa mangiare . Ottimo e viene vacanze

Très bon rapport qualité-prix.stue a 20 km de l'aéroport sud.vous devez prendre le bus 10 jusqu'à san isidro, puis le 111 jusqu'à l'arrêt las eras( n' oubliez pas de presser le bouton stop).puis vous descendez tranquillement a pied à las eras.c est tout petit :un café sur la place et deux petites supérettes.l hôtel est au bord de mer.tres bon accueil.chambres petites,mais avec vue sur mer.bon matelas,mais lits un peu branlants.sanitaires et douches en nombre insuffisants.petite piscine et plage de galets.tres grand salon cuisine ou l on peut se relaxer,a l'air et avec belle vue sur la mer.cuisine super équipée.petit dej très copieux (vous pouvez même faire vos propres crêpes). personnel de bénévoles au petit soin.navette gratuite pour san isidro et el Medrano tous les jours a 10h.conseil: prenez en court séjour et si ça vous plaît, prolongez!

The rooms were clean and modern - had all that we needed. The hotel was near the bus terminal so we took a bus to and from the Dunes. Breakfast was great - many options -- and the view from the upper floor - 24th? was spectacular. The beach was a few blocks away where we found restaurants such as the Papparazi which was a great choice. One issue is the elevator up to the lobby floor. It was a bit complicated, but a staffer helped us.

My phone broke and i slept very little and told them what i a need so i could carry on with work and only 1 3 guys tried to help. Some of the staff was very nice i tipped the guy that came with the pizza he was very nice but he when i woke up it was bad and you told me i needed to lesve the room and i had to stay awake and it was ****

I went on holiday with my partner far away to celebrate our anniversary and we were super lucky and got an upgrade to one of the duplex with golf views, absolutely beautiful and massive for the 2 of us, but it was a bit disappointed as the room was not clean enough and the housekeeper had to come to clean the bathroom a bit better and also the horrible stains on the floor in the room but after that everything was perfect and we were very happy. The hotel is very good located if you are looking for a quiet place to stay far away from the hubbub but be aware that you need to take taxi to get the beach or rent a bike or a car, walking distance is not an option. The swimming pools are really good and you have plenty of space to sunbathing. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and with a high level of customer service and always willing to help, special mention to Martin from the restaurant and also Raul and Diana from the Reception, very good customers service and happy to help. The breakfast was really good and we were very impressed with plenty of variety for everyone and the staff really efficient. On the negative side we would like to mention that we would have liked a small touch from the hotel to say congratulations as we got engaged and we mentioned to Diana and Raul from the Reception and also to Martin but not a small little thing to say congratulations like a card or 2 glasses of prosecco or kind of. About the room, we would like to mention that the mattress are not very comfy as you expect from a 4* hotel and even though the room was very well equipped we missed a bin in the room and we had to use the one from the bathroom in the living room. We did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot tell about the food there and we did not use the gym or the spa either. We will definitely come back next year.

The shower was probably the most powerful I’ve had. The toilet room a little small. Bed was huge and comfortable and there was wireless phone charging on both sides. Up top there was a rooftop pool and bar which is a real feature. I ventured into the pool even though it was freezing. Nice to stand and look at the cruise ships. The rooftop bar is ran independently of the hotel so no charging to room. The drinks were reasonable there. WiFi worked well throughout. We did not eat at the hotel though could have pre-booked breakfast for €15 each. Checkout at midday and overall the room rate was good value for money.

First we receiver a room on 6th floor, 604. Outside the hotel, aprox 1 meter from the entrance there is a highway with 6 files, heavy and fast traffic 24/7. It was like the beds were placed in the middle of the highway, no sleep that night, called the reception at 5:30 in the morning to change room. We had two choices, one at the first floor at the highway and one with the view to a black wall, but quiet. A small room, probably a single room because there were only one towel and one papercoup. Well we felt the odour in the bathroom but not as heavy as day two, today. I nearly throw up and had to leave the bathroom. It said it should be shampoo with conditioner but of course it wasn’t, it was very dirty in the shower with a lot of black mowl. The hairdryer was screeming when I used it. My husband booked this as a birthday travel and stay during his birthday. It is the most horrible stay we ever had in a hotel and we have made many trips. In the description of the location of the hotel you get the impression that it is just beside the beach. IT IS NOT!! You are located at the highway. Do not go here if you are not forced to. We moved out two days before our check out and moved to a very good hotel, far away from the highway and close to las Canteras. Ps to the manager do not bother to explain this. Do your work and see to that all Windows Will be changed to 4-glass.

Modern hotel set on a side street just 100m from the excellent beach & promenade. We stated 7 nights on a bed & breakfast basis. The room was large with very nice bathroom and included tea/coffee facilities, air con and safe. The double bed was two large singles together which is now unfortunately more common throughout Europe but we loved the crisp white cotton sheets and the two different types of pillow. Our room was on the 5th floor to the front over looking the street but we had minimal noise. The hotel was immaculately clean in all areas and we had fresh towels each day. There was a sun terrace on the top floor with modern sun loungers available. Breakfast was sufficient with an acceptable level of choice but I would have liked the three hot choices to be cooked more often as they can sit in a hot tray for a prolonged period. All of the staff were excellent in manner and efficiency. The new shopping centre at the end of the promenade is within walking distance and there is a second shopping centre available 1000m at the opposite end of the hotel street from the beach where the cruise liners dock. This a great value hotel in an outstanding location with fantastic access to the promenade (flat location) and beach, highly recommended for a winter break, we shall return.

Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

The staff and entertainment team really make this place. In particular Daniel and Rosemary who did all the activities, they are so friendly and make everything such good fun. The all inclusive is good (yes the food isn't the warmest) but everything we ate was good quality. Loved the pool snack bar and the a la carte restaurant and the pub for night time entertainment. As previously mentioned the location is excellent but to be honest we didn't go out as much as expected as the hotel had everything we needed for a great holiday. The rooms are a good size (we had a superior pool facing) twin beds, sofa, fridge, TV etc. Yes there's a few areas for improvement in the fixtures and fittings but they are having a refurbishment next year so imagine these will be addressed. The 5 stars is for the overall experience as opposed to it being a 5 star hotel. Would I return absolutely.

I just want to reassure everyone who are planning on visiting soon, that our 1 bed apartment is SPOTLESS huge in size and has gorgeous views, the staff have been super friendly ensuring our room was ready for us hours before check in time. Having visited Hard Rock in Ibiza, I was disappointed in this hotel as the standard did not live up to expectations. It was my sisters 30th and the hotel did not want to accommodate us as a family party of 10! The service was extremely slow and the staff were rude. The adult only pool had been closed, with no prior warning, due to maintenance and the pool bars were closed. As much as I appreciate that it isn’t fully into the season yet, it has put me of visiting again or recommending to friends!

Great hostel in a rich area. The hostel is like two mansions teamed up. I stayed in December. I arrived to be greeted by Andrea (who is awesome) training two new volunteers at reception, who all kindly entertained my attempt at speaking Spanish. I did find it quite odd that 90% of the staff were incredibly good looking women. The breakfast is really good in a fantastic underground fancy cave like setting. They have themed food nights each night, while a little pricey for what you get, is a great way to meet some of the other guests. There is a really good Italian pizza place a few minutes walk inland nearby. And a park just over the road with a small calisthenics open gym area. My only note of improvement would be to ditch these squeaky clunky metal bunk beds and replace them with solid wood, maybe even more of a pod style type. Anyway thanks for the great stay

If you're a wheelchair user, please make sure to let the hotel know with plenty of notice. I use a wheelchair that doesn't fold and I couldn't get into my room without taking the wheels off as there's a wardrobe immediately as you enter the room. Fortunately, I am able to walk and only use my chair for longer distances.l, but for others, this could be a real issue. We stayed in that room for one night and they were happy enough to swap me into a different room in the morning. That first night was awful. There were concerning dips in the floor and the noise from being next to the ocean was so loud, plus the wind rattles the windows, it sounded like I was lost at sea. The receptionist was lovely and upgraded us to a family room, no issues, though I hope for the sake of others that there are double rooms available that are more accessible, not just family rooms. The family room was luckily on the other side, so it was totally silent. The breakfasts were quite stale and the milk for the cereal was warm so stuck with the crepes every morning. We did have dinner here one evening but unfortunately, when I got to the dessert stand, there was a cockroach crawling on the food. They were very apologetic and gave both of us a glass of wine as an apology, but then still had to pay full price on the meals. Fortunately, we did bring an extension cord as there weren't many sockets and not all of them even worked. There were no ceiling lights, just plug in lamps, which made it quite dim at night. The pool is barely heated but it takes a few seconds for your body to acclimatise. The mattress is quite firm and I found the pillows were far too high. Also beware that the hotel is on a VERY steep hill. Luckily, I can actually walk quite well in hot weather but I was definitely out of breath when I got from the bottom of the hill to the hotel. The WiFi is awful and I ended up just using my data. The zoo is well worth visiting though and it's a very short distance away. As you come into the hotel, it's got a huge lovely lobby which was lovely to sit in, so it really surprised me how poor everything else was. I have no ill intentions and the staff were lovely but I have to be honest.

In the description of the location of the hotel you get the impression that it is just beside the beach. IT IS NOT!! You are located at the highway. Do not go here if you are not forced to. We moved out two days before our check out and moved to a very good hotel, far away from the highway and close to las Canteras. Ps to the manager do not bother to explain this. Do your work and see to that all Windows Will be changed to 4-glass.

Modern hotel set on a side street just 100m from the excellent beach & promenade. We stated 7 nights on a bed & breakfast basis. The room was large with very nice bathroom and included tea/coffee facilities, air con and safe. The double bed was two large singles together which is now unfortunately more common throughout Europe but we loved the crisp white cotton sheets and the two different types of pillow. Our room was on the 5th floor to the front over looking the street but we had minimal noise. The hotel was immaculately clean in all areas and we had fresh towels each day. There was a sun terrace on the top floor with modern sun loungers available. Breakfast was sufficient with an acceptable level of choice but I would have liked the three hot choices to be cooked more often as they can sit in a hot tray for a prolonged period. All of the staff were excellent in manner and efficiency. The new shopping centre at the end of the promenade is within walking distance and there is a second shopping centre available 1000m at the opposite end of the hotel street from the beach where the cruise liners dock. This a great value hotel in an outstanding location with fantastic access to the promenade (flat location) and beach, highly recommended for a winter break, we shall return.

Hotel bonito y tranquilo

It was a surprisingly nice hotel and it exceeds my expectation to be honest. I booked two nights to stay in the Las Palmas city centre with easy access to Santa Catalina and Playa de Las Canteras. I did not expect fancy room, mega facilities, etc, but just needed a clean room for my stay. However, on arrival, the friendly and welcoming staff at reception allowed me to check in even before standard check in hour. The hotel was clean, new and refresh for me. The room was very new and very clean, with full kitchen facilities. You can cook small meals or make some snack during your stay if you like. It has a balcony with view of small alley/ narrow street of Las Palmas. There are also social working/ meeting space, laundry, sauna, gym facilities in the basement, which I did not have time to use. The air conditioning in the room is a plus and make you feel very cool and comfortable in hot weather. The hotel is in a very convenient place, with plenty of restaurants, bank/ A** and shops nearby. Walking to the beach is under 5 minutes with more activities to offer. For public transport, Santa Catalina bus station is around 5 minutes away, where you can get buses to the airport, south part of the island and San Telmo Bus Station which is near the historical centre. Overall, I like this hotel and would certainly recommend it to you if you would like to stay in Las Palmas. Everything is so convenient and yet it was not noisy at night, as I had a very good sleep.

Fading. Could be 5 stars but is only 3.5. The staff are nice but the main reason we used to stay here was the pool. However that now does not open until 12..or later some days and it closes at 7pm. Therefore on arrival it was closed and on check out day you cannot use it at all. The bar has no draught beer...just a few bottles and closes at 4 pm. Many people were trying to order during those times but nobody was there to take their orders. Sat and Sun there were 30 people plus on the roof until 8pm and wanted to spend their money but could not! Madness. Some days there was a life guard sitting by an empty pool and other days when the pool was busy..no lifeguard. The Aircon works but is noisy. The TV is an antique and most channels do not work. There was a heatwave but you get one free water each on day one but no more than that even if you pay for 7 or 14 nights. Wifi works but you have to login everyday. Hotel is in a great place but Las Palmas is noisy, dusty and a little fragrant at times! If the main company, Eurostars would look afresh here and spend some money on a refresh then this could be a 5 star. Until then we will stay elsewhere, most probably.

The hotel was ok.Very nice architecture reminding of Africa. They even have some real baobabs. But there was one issue why we will not return. The light in the evening was so dim, they you could not read the menu in the bar. Same in the rooms. They do not give the guests the opportunity to decide how much light there is in the room. No extra lamps or a dimmer. There is only this African savannah light everywhere. Also light from outside all over the day is dim, due to loggia construction instead of balconies. Difficult to read a book in the evening.

Just spent 4 nights at hotel Concorde. It was great, rooms spacious comfortable and clean. breakfasts were good plenty of choice, location good, pool on 7th floor was a bonus. bar area good and reasonably priced. would definitely stay again.

Really big rooms, very spacious and a nice cute small hotel with nice staff and good review. Good overall was good and different every night, could have maybe done a wider breakfast menu. The entertainment team was hit and miss. Aircon was weak so took 6 hours for the room to cool down, although they leave it on for you after check in thankfully so stayed at a decent temperature after check in. Sometimes issues with food temperature, and some of the serving staff a bit slow when waiting for cooked live items. However overall food was good. The main issue with the hotel is the sunbeds. They make a big fuss about not reserving them but there literally all always reserved and you end up way to the side or in the shade. The ones by the pool are comfy but the other ones are very lumpy. The hotel facilities don’t seem to be big enough for how many people there is. Not enough sun beds, luggage room full, can’t accom date late check out. However all in all the staff work hard and are polite, facilities are good and it’s got a nice communal feel and everything is laid out for easy use.
