Easy Hotel is basic but easy to find, I got a basement one. It was neat and tidy but had funny smell, bed was comfy and everything worked fine. I am a big guy, so it felt a little small, easy checking in and out. Happy to hold my bag, Very very reasonably priced. Coffee shop and Wetherspoon around the corner for breakfast.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! In the morning I check out the lady at the counter offered to help me store my luggage so I can take a look at the city without burden. The waiter in the restaurant upstairs is also helpful that he helps take the meal downstairs for me for takeaway(but I still suggest them to get paper boxes for food delivery). However after asking for toothbrush at night the staff forgot to bring me one so I have to get down to take it. Overall nice, will revisit next time!

I wanted to provide some feedback on my recent stay. The room was very hot, and since the air conditioning wasn't working, we were given a fan instead. Additionally, we were not informed about the extra £10 charge per person for a 'spa day' to use the pool, which was confusing as I only wanted a quick swim. It was very disappointing that hotel guests were not allowed even a brief 10-minute pool time. Lastly, the reception desk was quite small, and with three staff members talking over each other, the experience felt chaotic. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Comfortable stay with professional and personable staff. From the point of checking in, to the restaurant/bar staff and the room attendants our experience was 5 star. This was a lovely hotel in a very useful location. Room had all amenities required for a comfortable stay, from the bath to the robes, all providing a relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be staying again, thank you to everyone who made our stay so lovely. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Room was fine, bed comfortable, wifi worked well. The food seems to be less good than previously. No marmalade! Brown bread of poor quality. Enjoyed the pancake machine though! Staff very helpful and pleasant, and I liked the luggage room service- that was very useful. I will probably stay there again- it's good value for the price asked and is in a central location. Car park under the hotel (at an extra cost of £18pn) The only difficult thing is getting to the hotel by car, as it sends you down a bus/taxi lane which can be confusing.

Right next to the train station and within walking distance of the main shopping street. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helped me check in despite my early arrival. The reception was always manned even when the doors are locked at night. A few guests forgot their key and the staff would come out to help. Very quiet and cleanliness was top notched. Exceeded by expectations as a basic functional hotel. Will definitely book with the Sleeperz chain again.

We stayed at the Hilton Cardiff for four days at the end of March 2023. We really enjoyed our stay! The people at reception made us feel very welcomed, and couldn’t have been nicer! ALL of the people who work here were extremely friendly and helpful. We wanted to give a special thank you to Mark, the night manager. He was always cheerful - at the beginning AND at the end of his shift in the morning, which is not easy! He even kindly got us a bucket of ice very early one morning when my wife hurt her knee as she was stepping out of bed and the bed rolled away from her. We spoke to Mark about the incident, and hopefully, by now, they have fixed the “rolling coasters with no brakes on the box springs” problem. Mark was so kind and concerned about her fall that he checked on her twice - right after the incident and even the next day, which was the last day of our stay. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of hot and cold food offerings and was maintained to perfection by the attentive and efficient staff! The buffet was hosted by Bassam, who was very personable and interesting to talk with. The executive lounge was lovely, with beverages and a few snacks available throughout the day. There is an evening manager’s reception and some savory finger foods were offered each night. Our room had a stunning view of Cardiff Castle and the castle grounds! We would happily return to Hilton Cardiff, and we thank them for making our stay really memorable and pleasant. As a side note, we took the Cardiff Castle Ghost Tour and highly recommend it! It’s great to be able to tour the castle at night, and the two hosts were full of fun facts and historical information about the beautiful and “over the top” decor of the castle!

My personal observation was that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but overall the room and the entire hotel was in very good condition.

Excellent location, close to the castle and Cardiff market with great range of food choice. Comfortable huge bed. Spacious bathroom. Excellent front desk services who has helped me to register loyalty program to get free parking.

Ice maker is ready on each floor. It’s come with water also. NO Fridge is a bit disappointed. Stay 5 days 4 Nights… not suggest staying in the summertime; you must request Fan. AirCon is only available at 10:00 p.m. If you complain, that no doubt that the response is more rapid than expected. But the problem remains the same. A fan may probably be available for you. No late check …my first time to request to pay for a late check such as 12:00. (Due to my train is at 14:00) All staffs are polite when approached and in a helpful attitude…BUT as I said. Everything remains unchanged. Good luck all

The hotel is centrally located with being near to all major attractions and shopping places in the city , Great room and service . Recommended to stay
