Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Yucatan State, Mexico

Great place for stays in Merida! It is a bit far from most restaurants. If you stay there make sure to eat at Spanglish. It is a bit hard to find as it is within another restaurant but it was great. Also make sure to look up the Walmart. It’s close. Great for buying water.

Betten waren bequem, das Zimmer ausreichend groß. Lage ist super - nicht zu weit von der Altstadt entfernt.  Leider haben wir für 2 Personen nur ein großes Handtuch und ein kleines Handtuch bekommen, Handtücher für den Pool waren auch keine vorhanden. Die Dusche hatte wenig Druck, auch die Löcher der Duschbrause waren wohl teilweise verstopft.

Bel hôtel avec charme, un peu vieillot. Grandes chambres, bons restaurants et bon service en chambre. Parking sous-terrain sans ascenseur et avec mauvaise odeur des égouts.

Buena estancia, buena atención en recepción, recámaras muy amplias, en general buenas instalaciones

It was the best hotel we stayed in this Mexico trip. Hotel room was clean with good air conditioning. Shower was great too. Breakfast buffet offered many choices of Mexican food and drinks.

チェックインの受付時間が15-18時と短い設定だったのですが、前日にチェックインが22時くらいになると言いに行ったら大丈夫だよと言ってもらえて一安心でした！ シャワーもとても暖かくて、エアコンも快適。 お部屋は毎日綺麗にお掃除してくれます。 バスタオルが毎日かわいくデコレーションしてあって、うれしかったです！ 立地が良いので休憩しに一旦帰ったりしても気にならない距離なのでよかったです！ 受付のセニョーラがいつも優しくて大好きです

非常喜歡這個老牌的酒店，完美的地理位置，佛性並且熱情的服務，墨西哥的服務真的是非常好的。定的是行政樓層，那些點心咖啡早餐都是免費的。服務真的是非常棒，讓人情不自禁地多放小費。

From the start even before my trip the staff were very accommodating to allow me to check in a bit later as my flight arrived after usual check in schedule (which Trip.com was able to assist with the change). Service was really great people and the staff are very nice and helpful to answer any questions. They upgraded my double bed to a king. The room was very clean and had a great view of Paseo Montejo. The pool was outdoors and enjoyable with nice weather and the gym was adequate. The staff member called a taxi for me when I left and waited outside to hail it down. I would definitely come back for the impeccable service and friendly staff! Location itself was a big plus as well!
