The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly .Breakfast was fresh and had a little bit of everything .Unfortunately for my partner and I ,we booked the hotel because of it’s amenities ,upon out arrival we got the news that the hotel is doing some refurbishments therefore we couldn’t use the amenities we booked the hotel for .I suggested that we at-least get upgraded as we are unhappy,but nothing of that sort happened .So I was very unhappy that the hotel couldn’t at-least meet us half way.They just said the site I booked at need to take full responsibility for not notifying me of the refurbishment.

We used the recommended driver William/Mrudi to come from Johannesburg. Thank you very much, William. We also want to thank Fifi for her sharming smiles. We stayed more than a week in the lodge. The food was good. There are 3 options for vegetarians in the dinner menu. We enjoyed all of them.

We had such a lovely stay and were given such a sympathetic welcome when we arrived tired and my husband needed immediate first aid after a fall. Wonderful breakfast, quiet and convenient surroundings and comfortable bed. Thanks from us both - Rosie and John

The staff was friendly and very helpful on arrival. The rooms was neat and clean and we had a great experience with the guesthouse. I will highly recommend the guesthouse to anyone that want to sleep in Bloemfontein.

Good quality business hotel. Very clean overall, attractive decor, good lighting. But no bar fridge in room, and small desk. There is a small boardroom on the first floor. Rooms small and rather a squash for two people. Bathroom part of the room itself with separate, private toilet. Breakfast above average. Service overall a bit slow. Location very good for CBD and SCA. Reasonably priced. R1800 per night per room, breakfast an extra R215 pp.

The place is very neat and I had a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the fact that the guesthouse is closer to the mall and the ******. Only the improvements needed is the parking as the one you have current is narrow and cars an easily bump to one another.

Service was excellent, I was moved to another room swiftly when I found out it had two single beds, and I was looking for a double bed. Staff offered to carry my bags as well. Staff were also quick to fix minor mistakes when I pointed out that the spoons were not on the table in one morning. Easy going staff!

We enjoyed ourself at Bon hotel.It was my first time there.Due to my health issues I hardly sleep over, however Bon hotel room arrangements accommodated my special need.Breakfast Buffet add to my expectation.Bar manage made our stay so pleasant.Staff and security friendly.All challenges addressed within time.Thank you Bon

This hotel was a perfect stop on the way from Johannesburg to Durban. It is located at a major service center complex off the N3 highway with a 24 hour food court, petrol station and a Mugg N Bean restaurant on site. We received a welcome bottle of complimentary wine as Marriott Bonvoy Elite members and also a 20% discount voucher for Mugg N Bean breakfast. Definitely a positive stay overall.
