El hotel es súper limpio, moderno, bien ubicado, el personal muy amable y cuenta con cochera. Lo malo fue que la piscina estaba vacía y en su página web no había un anuncio que advirtiera eso y para nosotros el que tuviera piscina fue determinante al momento de elegir hotel por lo que esa situación nos decepcionó. Por lo demás bien, solo recomendaría que den edulcorante con las infusiones y que le hechen menos azucar a los jugos.

The location, right at the Plaza de Armas, is hard to beat. We had a Suite with Plaza view, and will never forget our arrival in the early evening, it was a very romantic moment. You can have a nice dinner in the restaurant. The buffet breakfast offers a lot of choice. We were looking for a private guide for excursions to Huacas del Sol y de la Luna and to Chan Chan, and were helped by the reception staff in a very good way. You easily walk to all the interesting spots within Trujillo fromout the hotel. Right across the square there is a very good spot to drink REAL coffee. Enjoy your stay in this hotel!

Well situated hotel all the place ,every corner is Very clean ,nice pool and drinks , silent place with cordial and friendly staff, great place to stay for a good price i will be back to stay here every time i need to be back for business or vacations in Trujillo

We had a wonderful stay at this Hotel. The breakfast was good, the room was comfortable and clean. Especially Ingrid helped us a lot with all questions we had, even helped us with a Problem we had with the bus and made a phonecalls for us because our spanish was not good enough. In the end she even drove us to the bus terminal because the taxi drivers had lunchbreak. Thank you for that again.

Very good ratio price/ quality. Probably best hotel in Trujillo. Location not in the heart of the city but it is just 10 minutes drive by Uber or Taxi to old town. Breakfast very tasty, quality of rooms as well. The biggest asset is extremely helpful reception staff. Ladies have helped us to modify reservation after Latam flight cancellation earlier, and also advise most efficient and reasonable sightseeing tour on Trujillo and nearby highlights. One of those ladies was Genesis and 2nd one don't remember the name however worked with Genesis at the same shift during our check in. Generally highly recommended hotel in Trujillo!
