Really enjoyed my last stay in Sofitel Abidjan! Everything was on point and I enjoyed the way Corine HS took care of my room! The hotel is well located and has a lot of amenities! A fantastic spa, good fitness center and exquisite restaurants and bars!!! Awesome !!!!

Je devais passer une nuit d’escale à Abidjan et j’ai choisi ONOMO pour sa proximité mais l’expérience client catastrophique fera que je ne le referai plus. Le chauffeur qui devait me récupérer vaquait tranquillement à ses occupations dans l’aéroport. J’ai dû emprunter un Telephone pour appeler à l’hôtel. Il m’ont dit d’aller au parking et que le van y est. Sur place, je ne vois pas le Chauffeur non plus. Une vraie galère. J’arrive a l’accueil, j’explique mes péripéties au front office, ils m’ont même pas calculé. A peine s’ils avaient envie de me dire d’arrêter de faire mon malin. Une dame aux dreadlocks colorés à la mèche m’as a limite foudroyé avec un regard méprisant et choquant. La chambre, n’en parlons pas. Heureu*****t j’y ai passé qu’une nuitée. La prochaine fois même pour une demi-nuitée je n’y viendrai pas car si vous bossez encore c’est grâce à nous clients, sinon vous serez au chômage depuis belle lurette. Vous devriez vous pliez en 4 pour notre confort et notre bien être. C’est ça l’esprit client ! S’excuser d’un désagrément causé à un client, c’est la moindre des choses en hôtellerie.

出行方便，安全。標準ibis房間，稍顯陳舊，但是衛生還不錯。戶外泳池不錯，可惜沒有時間享受。請自帶拖鞋，牙刷等用品，酒店沒有提供。

I stayed in Novotel from my friends advice. I really appreciated my stay there . It's one of my best moment staying in a hotel. It's a amazing place to spend time with his friends and family. Especially the cheerful welcome from the reception team . Thanks for everything.

Coming into SEEN Hotel as an English speaking couple, it was a pleasant surprise to be welcomed at the reception by Benjamin, a multilingual concierge who turned out to be a brilliant reflection of what the hotel is: Welcoming, Refreshing, Warm, and Riveting. I can say that we had a really lovely time and we truly felt SEEN & heard. Keep up the good work guys. And thank you, Monsieur Benjamin Youzan!
