Hotel Perniagaan di Abu Dhabi

Was a very nice experience, my first hotel, the room, the food, reception and waiters from the italian and belgian restaurant very attentive and pacient. Just one advise, if i'm taking my breakfast and i leave the coffee in the table, don't take it if the personal just see me get in to the buffet 5 minutes ago. Just that. Thank you so much

الفندق رائع جدًا والعالمين جميعهم لطفاء خاصةً العامل ( مزمل ) جدًا لطيف وبشوش و خدوم قدم لنا خدمة رائعة جدًا . كل الشكر لادارة الفندق ، الاسعار مناسبة ، تمنيت لو هناك تنوع بالافطار حيث الافطار بسيط و سأكرر الزيارة ان شاءالله قريبًا ، أحببت أبو ظبي جدًا و الفندق كذلك .

خالص الشكر للأخت Lilia موظفة الاستقبال على الحرفية والأداء العالي والمميز لما تتمتع به من استقبال مميز لجميع النزلاء وبابتسامة جميلة واستقبال دافئ يشعرك بالطمأنينة والسرور من أول دخول الفندق مما يجعل النزلاء يشعرون وكأنهم بين أهلهم وليس نزلاء أو ضيوف ولباقتها وحرفيتها في حل أي مشكلة تواجهك اثناء فترة البقاء في الفندق كما أخص بالذكر شكرا وعرفانا الأخ محفوظ المسئول والمدير لمطاعم الفندق لبشاشة وجهه وتعامله معك كأنه صديق وهو بالفعل ما حدث لقد أصبح من الاصدقاء في أبوظبي بعد فترة الإقامة في الفندق لما وجدنا فيه من بشاشة وحفاوة لقاء وتناوله لأي طارئ أو شكوي حتى لو كانت صغيرة وجهوده وتفانيه في العمل واستقباله المميز لجميع النزلاء باختلاف جنسياتهم والعمل على تلبية جميع الطلبات بكل صدر رحب. ولا ننسى المدير العام السيد – أسامه إبراهيم والأخ مصطفى في الاستقبال.

Wonderful stay we had just one night stay we couldn’t able to utilize all outlets but so far all perfect House keeping front office well trained staff professional i would like to special thank to the person working at night in front desk I don't remember his name probably his Sri Lankan wonderful person helpful thank you Ramada and team see you soon again

Facilities are good in the hotel… I always enjoy the sauna and the gym… Adagio is good choice based on what you pay for… if you wanna stay long term, you cook cook and they have basic kitchenette equipped… you gotta take care of the cooking ingredients for sure… but there is a mini mart downstairs when you can get what you want…

For a short visit, this might be a minor inconvenience, but it could become a major issue over time. Overall, while City Seasons Al Hamra shines in its strategic location and offers decent dining options, the condition of its rooms, specifically the need for modernization and the issue with warm water availability, suggests a pressing need for renovation. These improvements could significantly enhance the guest experience, ensuring comfort and satisfaction for both short-term and long-term stays.

Central location, attached to a mall through a café which is super convenient. Immaculate room, the cleaning staff really did an amazing job changing bedsheets and towels regularly and replacing anything that’s missing like water bottles, coffee, tea, milk… Very comfortable double beds. The security guard who helped us with our suitcases was very nice, same goes for the reception desk and all the employees of the hotel.

Service of Novotel is not stable… some times you get good service some times not… After a while out of town, I stayed in Novotel for one night again. I called for more water after check in as I knew myself I could finish 1L of water in 2 hours. When the house keeper came, he asked me for the empty bottle with which they used to fill in water before he could give me new one with water. I understand some ppl might wanna take their bottle but come on! If that’s the concern of the hotel, ask the guest for deposit for the bottle then! If anyone ever take it, deduct the money from the deposit. It is no sense to “protect the environment” while keeping your guests thirsty! And it would also rise concerns for me how these bottles are being cleaned?! Stupid!

The location is nice and is well inside the city. the room is spacious and offers plenty of space for a family. hotel staff are all nice and very hospitable, always trying help out in any way that they can. Cons: parking is not free, swimming pool is too small to even enjoy a swim. breakfast is on the shabby side (even if it is cheap, free, or expensive, quality should always be there), choices are very very limited. furnitures as well are quite old; torn out sofas, broken cookers, range hoods are very dirty a lot needs to be updated. nevertheless, the staffs welcoming smiles and helpfulness made our stay pleasant.

This is a budget hotel, so no frills But centrally located, easily accessible, excellent rooftop pool and very good staff. Right from Tushar Mukherjee at the front desk who went the extra mile to take care of our comfort to the room service executive , totally the valet Kumaran who always greets you with a smile and a warm greeting ! Definitely recommended👍
