A special mention goes to the reception staff, particularly Nour, who made my stay even more pleasant. His professionalism and friendly demeanor were commendable, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and efficiently. His knowledge about the local area and recommendations for nearby attractions were incredibly helpful. Super nice hotel with extremely nice service and clean room. Everyone here is really friendly. The breakfast is nice BTW.

7 star hotel, the once in Abu simbel because of the staff was very very very friendly and very polite and the reception was great during the check in they made the check in in their vip room and they welcome us with welcome drink and juicy face towel thanks for the bell captain and for the reception and housekeeping service
