Hotel ini adalah hotel empat bintang di bawah Jinjiang Inn domestik. Persekitarannya sangat baik. Kakitangan perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Bahasa Inggeris juga bagus. Terdapat perkhidmatan jemputan percuma di terminal t2 lapangan terbang. Sangat digalakkan.

I want to share my impression of a barista Mister Menale who has become a true master of his craft! Every time I enter the coffee shop in hotel Skylight, he greets us with a sincere smile and a friendly mood. His attention to detail is particularly impressive. Every cup of coffee he makes turns into a small work of art – from perfect foam to sophisticated decoration. I always feel like I'm being offered not just a drink, but a real culinary experience. In addition, he knows how to create an atmosphere of comfort and warmth, so that the time spent in the cafe becomes a real pleasure. I look forward to every visit, knowing that I will be able to enjoy not only great coffee, but also friendly communication. Many thanks to him for his hard work and inspiration!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect, making me feel welcomed and valued. Five-Star Hotel in Addis Ababa (Finfinne) with Poor Service This hotel used to be one of the best in terms of hospitality and service. However, recently, the quality of service has significantly declined. Employee motivation seems to be almost non-existent, and no one checks in with guests. We used one of their rooms for a workshop, which was poorly ventilated, cramped, and hot, while another room near the swimming pool was noisy. No one asked if we needed anything. Despite requesting coffee four times, I never received it. There was no clear person in charge of managing customer complaints, and overall, I received below-average service.

The customer service was very poor. There was black mold growing above my shower. Overall this hotel presents a nice front but when you get beyond the facade of nicety you find a slum lord mentality. It is true that when you make a customer happy they probably won't say anything but when you treat them poorly they will tell the world... Well that is true here. I had a legitimate complaint and was told there was no managers on duty that could address it. Out of trying to solve my issue the front desk apparently called the ”owners son” who was to be consulted in case of no managers being available. He offered to give me ”free services” next time I came to the hotel knowing full well I was about to fly out and would not be back. I had asked for at least a partial refund or some kind of compensation which he refused.
