Kemudahannya tenang dan selesa. Mempunyai harga yang baik. Tiada isu.
Bangunan yang muncul baru-baru ini diambil alih oleh Pemilik baru. Penyiram rumput pecah dan disembur ke tempat yang sama di tanah sepanjang malam. Rangka pintu lif nampaknya dilukis dengan kemahiran seorang kanak-kanak berumur 5 tahun. Saya harap mereka terus memperbaiki butiran kecil ini.

This hotel was underwhelming. It was Valentine's Day weekend. The pictures make this place look big and clean. The original room that we got SMELLED like **** BAD and it looked like someone was just in there because it wasn't clean. Water in the bathtub and hair on the sink. Gross. So I called and asked for a different room. They were nice and moved us right away. Still, a very small room for too much money. Also, best western PLUS Kelly inn.... I didn't understand the name until we arrived. It's like they are 2 hotels squished together.

I had a very pleasant stay and found the rooms to be clean and well-maintained. I didn't encounter any major issues during my visit. One helpful tip for future guests: the water vending machines were frequently empty, but you can fill up a reusable bottle for free at the gym! My only reservation was the price point; between the $200+ room rate and the expensive dining options at the ******, the total cost felt a bit high for the overall experience.”

Stylish stay in the heart of Minneapolis. Excellent location and beautiful rooms equipped with a Nespresso machine. Don’t miss the top-floor perks: the Prohibition bar on the 27th floor and the stunning observation deck on the 30th. The brunch at Manny’s Steakhouse is also a must. Highly recommended!

SSophialezouIt was not even noon when we arrived at the hotel, and the beautiful staff at the front desk let us check in directly, which was a big surprise. The second floor of the hotel is directly connected to the mall. I hadn't been out for a few days and was right next to the mall and the hotel, which was super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, unlike many old American hotels, it was very new. Minnesota Nice really experienced it 😊

CColleen NelsonThis would have been PERFECT except that on our last night, it sounded as if there was a track meet going on in the room above us. Ground floor room had a great view of the the lake and just steps to the boardwalk. We were.there to watch big ships come & go (husband thing) and couldn't have asked for a better location. Room was large and very clean...with new flooring, great windows that opened, and a comfortable bed.

GGuest UserIt was a good hotel for the price. Good rooms, in good state, and clean. Only the pool wasn't working, which was a bummer. Breakfast is good. Nothing is really warm already though, despite the description at the entrance of the breakfast area. Everything that you end up eating warm, you had to heat it in the microwave. But they have good and tasty options.

DDaqixiaomiaoVery good, the hotel is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is only 30 minutes away from the airport. There is a slightly older lady at the front desk who is very enthusiastic and friendly. Except that the hotel price is a bit expensive during the exhibition, everything else is satisfactory!
