It's a nice hotel located in a very green environment, very soothing for a walk, so it's not in a urban area. For stores you need to travel, but it's not too far away from the city centre.

Goede locatie, goed bed. Snelle wifi. Nespresso en koelkastje op de kamer ook fijn.
Kamer en badkamer waren echter niet zo groot, en de vloer in de hoeken niet schoon. Kluisje werkte niet, airco ook niet. Erg vervelend na een dag van 30+. Volgens de reveptie hoorde het zo. Ramen kondem gelukkig helemaal open. Een receptioniste sprak gebrekkig Nederlands.
De prijs kwaliteit was wel in orde, daarom toch voor herhaling vatbaar.

This hotel offers a lovely ambiance, creating a truly pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which definitely enhanced the overall experience. However, it's worth noting that the location might be a bit far from the train station, making a personal vehicle quite advantageous for getting around. The rooms, while comfortable, were on the smaller side. Despite the slightly remote location and smaller rooms, the delightful atmosphere and wonderful staff.

Voor business lijkt het me een super hotel, voor ons als privestel nogal zakelijk en onpersoonlijk.
Vreemd dat het ontbijt vegetarisch was en dat er niet cash kon worden betaald.
Nog vreemder dat we wel schone handdoeken en prullenbakken kregen maar geen opgemaakte bedden.
Na dat te hebben gedeeld met de housekeeping, kregen we voor de laatste nacht van de 5 nachten een schoon opgemaakt bed.
Aangezien het ontbijt vegetarisch was, was kaas als beleg een belangrijk item. Wat ons betreft erg onaantrekkelijk aangezien de plakken er met de dag krommer en droger uit leken te zien.

酒店環境可以是一層平房，酒店前後都有免費停車場，缺點是訂的2間標間都是135*2米大的床靠牆擺設有點不是很方便，房間很狹小，其它都不錯早餐很豐盛。

GGuest UserAn ordinary hotel on the edge of the center on a busy roundabout. By the way, you don't have to worry about this at all. It is about a 10-minute walk to the attractive center. We only used breakfast and the bar in the hotel. You can park your car in the parking garage where Dirk van de Broek customers also park, but Mercure space is reserved. Extremely friendly staff and very customer focused. We still plan to come here again. Top!

AAROONCHATI highly recommend this place for solo-travellers. I booked a bunk pod bed for 2 nights, the pod is well located and clean with an enough size for one person. Inside the pod, there is one fluffy pillow, one thick blanket and one towel. There is a personal locker where you can put your bags. The restroom and bathroom are a shared-type, 3 toilets and 3 showering rooms, which contains shampoo, conditioner and body wash. However, since it is a shared-room, you will hear what your roommates do.
The location of the hostel is pretty near Utretch Centraal, you can directly walk from the station to the hostel in 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and welcome to help. It is such a great and comfortable moment here :)

The service is also excellent; the staff are friendly, and luggage storage is free. I've stayed in hotels for over 20 days while traveling in Europe these past two years, usually choosing three- or four-star hotels since five-star ones are out of my budget. This is the first hotel I've ever seen that provides five items in the bathroom: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. I was practically moved to tears! Oh, and there's a pair of disposable slippers too, which is a rare treat. Park Plaza Utrecht, you'll be etched in my memory!

GGuest UserThe apartment hotel is useful for independent travelers. The rooms have both bedroom and a well equipped kitchen if you choose to shop and prepare your own food.
The bathrooms are on the small side, but functional.
The rooms are serviced only every four days, so make sure you dry your towels
Facilities at the hotel include a bar restaurant, but this was often taken over by local events and parties - without any notice. There are not so many restaurants in easy reach of here.
Overall, it’s a great base and although 4km from the city, there are very frequent direct buses and taxis

GGuest UserGreat hotel. So close to train station and concert hall which was reason for my visit with my daughter. Enjoyed the pool very much.breakfast was great. We had drinks in the bar on the evening .staff were all very friendly. Would definately go back again. Thank you to everyone there.

GGuest UserI traveled with my 83 old mother which use a walker. The location of the hotel was great. Parking lot had enough parking space, was secured with gate and cameras. The service was very good, friendly and everyone spoke two or more languages ( good to know for international travelers).
The room was very spacious/ large. Bathroom as well and shower easy to enter, also for my mother. I give the Hotel 10/10 for cleanliness, breakfast, service, parking. Would stay again in this Hotel.

GGuest UserThe hostel has its ages and our room is more student dormitory like, this meets the expectations as hostel. Everything is clean and tidy, and good enough to stay one night. Breakfast is nice too. The big highlight for this hostel is its surroundings and all outdoor activities (ex. Biking, running, hiking etc). Lots of historical landmarks/buildings and beautiful forests allow you to plan a culture or nature tour. Highly recommended to stay a few more days here to explore more!
