Hotel terbaik di Adendorf

This was our second stay with this chain hotel. We knew to only expect the basics. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were disgusting. So flat, ragged, and worn. The two panels of double glazed windows were effective, and we did not hear any noise from the railway line that we could see from our window. It was a freight line and had very few trains. The passenger line was located further from the hotel but still within walking distance. The old town was within walking distance, and it contained many eateries. We were able to get boiling water from the restaurant in the morning to make our own coffee in the room. We had our own mugs and provisions and bought bags of ice from the Shell gas station (10-minute drive). The hotel room only contains 2 extremely small paper cups, about the size you would use for mouthwash.

Wir waren für drei Nächte im Seminaris und waren rundrum zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt dirkt am Kurpark und gegenüber der SaLü. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang vom Hotel in die Therme. Das Hotel ist mit öffentlihcen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Personal war durch die Bank sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber. Trotz Lage zur Straße war es angenehm ruhig. Frühstück topp, mit vielen veganen Optionen. Keine Kunsstoffverpackungen!!! Es gibt ein ausgereiftes Energiesparkonzept. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen!

Tolle Lage direkt an der Ilmenau, nah zum Zentrum. Äußerst freundliches Personal. Am Anreisetag kostenlose Getränke aus der Minibar. Abstriche nur für die etwas altbackene Zimmerausstattung. Hier gibt es sogar noch Modembuchsen am Schreibtisch.

Die Hotellobby betritt man mit einer gewissen Erwartungshaltung. Prangt doch ein 4-Sterne-Superior Schild neben dem Eingang. Die Ernüchterung kommt schnell, das Highlight der schmucklosen Lobby ist ..... ein Billardtisch! Die Enttäuschungen gehen weiter. Die junge Dame an der Rezeption heisst einen mitnichten willkommen oder sagt wenigsten Guten Tag. Nach kurzer einschätzender Musterung sagt sie mit ausdruckslosem Gesicht: Was kann ich tun? Im folgenden Gespräch geht ausschliesslich darum, uns Sonderleistungen zu verkaufen. Wollen Sie nicht auch das Frühstück buchen?( im Nachbar-Hotel). Auch die Nutzung des angrenzenden Parkdecks hat Sie empfohlen, kostet nur 19 Euro pro Tag, bezahlen solle ich das Ticket am besten im Hotel. Als ich darauf hinwies, dass am Parkdeck ein Preis von 15 Euro steht, sagte sie, der Preis sei erhöht worden, das Schild müsse ausgetauscht werden. UND DAS WAR GELOGEN! Da ich der Frau inzwischen misstraute, habe ich es vorgezogen, die Parkgebühr direkt am Parkdeck zu entrichten. Und habe pro Tag 15 Euro bezahlt! Dass man an der Rezeption belogen wird, um zusätzliche Einnahmen zu generieren, habe ich auch noch nicht erlebt, passt aber zum Gesamteindruck des Hauses. Das gebuchte De-Luxe-Zimmer war gross und hatte einen modernen grossen Fernseher. Ansonsten abgewohnt, schlecht gereinigt, eine Zimmerecke, in der offensichtlich mal ein Sessel gestanden hatte, war leer. Die durchgelegene Matratze wurde durch eine sehr dicke Matratzenauflage erträglich gemacht. Scheinbar mit Rücksicht auf das Rezeptionspersonal bleibt die Rezeption vormittags bis 13.30 Uhr unbesetzt. So muss sich das Personal nicht die Beschwerden der abreisenden Gäste anhören. Wir reisen seit Jahrzehnten oft und viel. Dieses Haus gehört zu den schlechtesten Drei.

Schön und ruhig gelegenes Hotel im Grünen mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Zimmer modern und sauber, Frühstücksbüffet im kleinen, hauseigenen Restaurant/Bar mit guter Qualität, wenngleich überschaubar an Auswahl, dennoch ausreichend. Kleineres Haus von der Gästeanzahl, daher keine Massenabfertigung, was durchaus ein Pluspunkt ist.
