Palazzo Greco

Ok... let's say the truth, considering that the average price we paid for other Hotel in crete was 35-40 euros.. this was a bit expensive (80 euro, sea view with breakfast).. but was amazing!! the breakfast was really good, lots of choice. We only stayed in Agia Galini 1 night... that's why we decided to spoilt ourself with this place. Room was really good: clean, spacious, tv, huge bed and a sofa. Can't find any downside, apart from the price. I really loved it.

Amazing hotel, staff the happiest I believe I have ever come across, smiling with nothing too much trouble. Great views from the breakfast terrace to the front over the bay, breakfast again excellent with approx 40plus items to choose from! continental to bacon and eggs plus cakes etc. The rooms are modern well decorated,tea coffee making facilities, a fridge, plus locking safe. Large airy bathroom with huge walk in shower in our room plus complimentary shower gels,soaps toothbrushes, slippers and bath robes. Air conditioning plus ceiling fan to deal with the heat. Small pool and sun beds to use if required at the front with complimentary beach towels. These and many smaller subtle things throughout the hotel make this a great hotel for a relaxing rewarding stay, Greek 5 star all the way, highly recommended you will not be disappointed.

This hotel has some amazing rooms with sea view ! We were in the family suite on the 3th floor and the views were absolutely beautiful ! Great room, lovely terrace, good breakfast and the staff was amazing ! We felt very welcome here with our little baby ! You can also relax by the pool and have some good colds drinks. If you leave the hotel you can go 2 directions, to the beach or to the harbour with the cosy streets, restaurants and shops ! I really recommand this place when you come to Agia Galini ! I would definatly come back with my family !

Great hotels are like great insurance. It is when you need them you assess their response and quality. Managing a family hotel is never an easy experience. We have been demonstrated how dedicated and customer oriented the management of the hotel was. There has been a technical issue at the last minute of our arrival and we had to stay in another hotel for three nights. Technical failure can happen but the hotel without hesitation compensated'us in a way an hotel of such class should do. Once this behind, we are staying two weeks for two junior suite with the family and we couldnt wait to already witness to potential customers how of a good quality the hotel is. Yes' all comments of this hotel are right. Excellent staff' very much doing everything to you without complain or else. High quality rooms with a special mention to the most silencious air co ever experienced. Very spacious' amazing view and great confortable beds which ´ in the end' is really why we are there right ? The cleaning service is absolutely done in a way that you feel passion in it. I cant say thank you enough to the hotel team and staff for the work they have done. Keep on the good work. This is a very very good hotel, with friendly and helpful staff! There are 2 younger ladies and a man who make you feel very welcome and are so incredibly kind! Always a smiling soft and loving expression on their face, nothing is too much asked for them. There´s also an older lady who seems not happy and who is less outgoing but she is ok. Every breakfast was a feast at which they add local (homemade!) delicious treats, varying each day! Fresh orange juice, a range of drinks...everything one can ask for. They even have custom placemats (kids can colour these as a nice souvenir). There´s also a bar for drinks and snacks open till 10pm with very reasonable prices which is very convenient. We had the junior suite and this room was top of the bill really. Recently renovated, cleaned with a (wet!) mop every time room cleaning happens, the cleaning staff do an amazing job. Thumbs up for them, they know how to do a proper room cleaning! The view of the room is amazing, with a nice terrace overlooking the bay. All kinds of supplies are waiting in your room upon arrival, even toothbrushes, a mosquito device and a welcoming drink and basket with fresh fruit. The airconditioning works like a charm. A luxury glass elevator with calming music takes you happily to your room. Lost for words, I recommend this hotel and want to thank the staff again for the most amazing stay. You run the hotel in the best hospital way there is, you make your guests feel like they´re coming home whilst being super professional. We even received a gift upon leaving, there are treats and antiseptic wipes you can take for free at the bar which adds to the experience. Already recommended this hotel to friends and family. We had booked the hotel but we’re shunted up the hill 5 k away to the villas. For a one night stay this was not ideal as it means a car journey into the town for a meal. We don’t know who was responsible for the error , the hotel or the agent Greca Travel? The villas are OK , rustic and nicely furnished . View of the sea in the distance. Steep drive in . The lady in charge speaks good English. dinner is seperate each night with no choice . We went into town so can’t comment on the meal. The breakfast was very good the next day served up at the reception area.
