Hotel Agra dengan Gim

Hotel is a little out of city and not very Marriott standards.. food is not fresh. Room is good though, small but cosy. Staff are always there to help and friendly. But check carefully as overcharges seem to happen quite often. Pool is super nice and so does the well equipped gym. Lots of international tourists. Taj Mahal is close and nice!

آقای کارن بال بسیار با حوصله و بادقت بود ممنون از ایشان گرچه تمام لوازم جانبی هتل خراب بود ولی ایشان تمام سعی خود را نمودن تا خرابی و اشکالات را برطرف کنن و با کمک همکارشان بسیار با دقت و همکاری نمودند ممنون از اقا منوج اچ کی بخاطر همکاریشان ی

Trident Agra proved to be a hidden gem. Their service staff was very warm helpful and friendly. Though it was just one night the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the drinks at the bar and the in room dining option. The presence of a potter, a palm reader and bangle seller added to the charm.

The perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel. The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything. The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice. From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees). The dinner was great. And the best thing is a swimming pool.

私が泊まった日は、1泊でしたが¥5,000を下回っていてコスパ最強でした！22:00から到着して、パーティをしているらしくかなり爆音のBGMが部屋まで聞こえていましたが日付が変わる頃には終わっていたと思います。 ホテルの前にはアイス屋さんのカート、軽食を売っているカートが深夜までいました。女1人でしたが、ホテルの前の小さな公園のようなスペースにある木がライトアップされていてずっと明るいので1:00過ぎにぶらぶらしていても危険もなさそうでした。道路は交通料が多く渡りずらいです。コンビニのようなところも近くになさそう。カフェはありました。 あとは野良犬がたくさんいます。 タージマハルに徒歩16分と表示されていましたが、40度近くある日だったのでUberが無難です。荷物もチェックアウト後、無料で預かってもらえます。 ツアーデスクの人は、少し冷たい感じですがホテルの従業員ではなさそうです。男性スタッフととくにドアマン達がとても親切で、チェックアウト後にもお水をくれたり、Uberのトラブルにもスタッフがたくさん集まってきてくれて電話してくれたり親身に対応してくれました。 もしまたアグラに来ることがあれば、絶対ここに泊まりたいです。本当にこのクオリティでこの価格はお得です！

It was really nice experience staying at pl palace, staff is really nice and professional. The food experience was awesome. This is an incredible hotel, i am astounded that this does not rate as the best hotel in India. We have stayed at most of the top rated Taj Hotels and Oberoi hotels and this is really outstanding, the views of the Taj Mahal and hotel design are exquisite, the service is generous, discrete and thoughtful, the staff are well trained, gentle, proactive and positive. The attention to detail and upkeep of the resort is immaculate. Everything runs like clockwork and the little touched and extra mile that all go to smack of quality and excellent management.
